The area of oil palm plantations in Indonesia increased by 7% from 14 million ha in 2017 to 15 million ha in 2021. The vast land requires the support of effective and efficient management techniques to maintain sustainable productivity. The high-performance computing technologies, Internet of Things (IoT), Big Data, Artificial Intelligence, spatial modeling, and drones are the answers to these needs. This study aims to design an application that can obtain plantation image data and analyze the calculation of the number of oil palm trees. The image of oil palm plantations is obtained from processing photo data from drones through a mosaic and composite process. This study also employed Scrum and UML as a system model development method. The image of the oil palm plantation area is used to build a tree counting model using the Viola-Jones algorithm. The oil palm tree count information generated by this system can then be used by management for fertilizing, harvesting, and monitoring the condition of oil palm trees. © 2022 IEEE.

Blockchain, Metaverse & NFT are technologies that were booming during the Pandemic. As a derivative product of blockchain, the Non-Fungible Token (NFT) is one of the technologies that has attracted the most interest from investors and the public because of its potential benefits and has always been closely associated with the Metaverse as a main purposes research of the NFTs. This paper is to explore the possibilities and provide an overview of the current use of NFT technology so that it can provide insight for further research & gap with the big picture that it is trying to present in this paper. However, after exploring further related to NFT in this research, it was found that the problem that most people are trying to solve through NFT is related to the topic of Decentralization & Web3 not as a Metaverse main backbone.

In carrying out drilling projects at PT China Oilfields Services Limited ( COSL) Indo, especially Project 1 to Project 4, there were a mismatch between the initial plan of the project and the actualisation in the field because there were inhibiting factors in implementing the project. The purpose of the research was to look the factors that caused for the additional time in well drilling project at PT. COSL Indo, to build a relationship model of these factors, and formulate a strategy for the company to be able to overcome the occurrence of additional time in the future project. Data analysis was conducted by using a factor analysis method and the location of the research was carried out in just one company with 102 valid respondents. The results of the research indicate that there are four factors that influence the time gap, namely Project Management Activities, Risk Analysis and Procurement, Manage Stairs, and Project Planning Development. By knowing the causes of the delay, companies can find the best solutions for future learning and the impact on environmental, social and economic problems can also be anticipated so that sustainable development occurs in the context of petroleum management. © Published under licence by IOP Publishing Ltd.

In the world of education, learning management systems are currently widely used. The massively open online courses are accessible either via the web or mobile. The Learning Management System (LMS) is one of the learning media that is widely used today in online learning. An LMS with the use of a personalized recommendation system can provide items tailored to the interests and behavior of its users. Items in the recommendation system can be in the form of recommendations for learning models, ways of learning, learning patterns, or learning stages according to the characteristics and profile of the user. The purpose of this study is to identify opportunities for better online learning by utilizing a customized recommendation system based on the history of user interaction with the system, using several factors as determinants or variables. The method used is a review conducted from several stages. The result of this is knowing the factors that influence the user, and the opportunities that exist in the system recommendations on personalized development.

Airport runway designs must consider wind climatology to reduce the potential for crosswind and tailwind events that can cause accidents and aircraft delays. The large potential of crosswind and tailwind on a runway at the airport is very detrimental to aircraft passengers and airlines. Therefore, it is necessary to know the potential of crosswind and tailwind on the runway of Soekarno Hatta Airport and find the right parameters for the approximate direction and speed of the wind on the airport runway. Analysis was carried out using the direction and wind speed data from the Soekarno Hatta meteorological station in 2007-2017 to determine the potential for crosswind and tailwind on the runway of Soekarno Hatta airport and run a Weather Research and Forecasting (WRF) weather model to determine the parameterization of the right weather model for wind forecast at Soekarno Hatta airport. The highest maximum crosswind component in the 2007-2017 period occurred in August 30.53 knots, while the highest maximum tailwind of 25 knots occurred in January for a 250-degree runway and 24 knots occurred in August for a 070-degree runway. The potential for crosswind and tailwind is different every month. The scheme produces forecasts of wind direction and speed with a strong level of correlation with observations of wind direction and speed from the Soekarno Hatta meteorological station, the correlation value is 0.61. The most significant social impact of plane delays is time loss for passengers. While the economic impact on one of the crosswind events at Soekarno Hatta airport was an economic loss for one airline of US $ 43,392. © Published under licence by IOP Publishing Ltd.

Multimodal deepfakes involving audiovisual manipulations are a growing threat because they are difficult to detect with the naked eye or using unimodal deep learning-based forgery detection methods. Audiovisual forensic models, while more capable than unimodal models, require large training datasets and are computationally expensive for training and inference. Furthermore, these models lack interpretability and often do not generalize well to unseen manipulations. In this study, we examine the detection capabilities of a large language model (LLM) (i.e., ChatGPT) to identify and account for any possible visual and auditory artifacts and manipulations in audiovisual deepfake content. Extensive experiments are conducted on videos from a benchmark multimodal deepfake dataset to evaluate the detection performance of ChatGPT and compare it with the detection capabilities of state-of-the-art multimodal forensic models and humans. Experimental results demonstrate the importance of domain knowledge and prompt engineering for video forgery detection tasks using LLMs. Unlike approaches based on end-to-end learning, ChatGPT can account for spatial and spatiotemporal artifacts and inconsistencies that may exist within or across modalities. Ethereum is one of the most popular blockchain platforms with a high number of adoption in the blockchain world today. Ethereum token (ERC-20) can tokenize any real-world object while it is also possible to exchange the token across the network participants. This utility from the token drives many blockchain enthusiasts to create decentralized applications. ERC-20 token could be used to collect project funds, decision voting, or even can be used to provide investment platforms for people that want to hedge the volatility of the currency with buying an asset that is back to back with the crypto-token. This research shows the main characteristics of asset-backed token and its implementation on a complete end-to-end "digitalization assets system" (assets buy and assets redemption). Citrus Limon L. (Lemon) is a type of fruit that is currently widely consumed, because it contains abundant vitamin C, fiber, and antioxidants. This fruit have high potential in the agribusiness sector and is widely cultivated by traditional farmers. However, during harvest time, traditional farmers generally still use manual methods using the human eye in distinguishing the maturity level of lemons which is less efficient because it has a low accuracy. Digital image processing is one solution to this problem. In the research on the classification of lemon maturity levels using digital image processing with the feature extraction method of the Mean RGB, HSV, and LBP methods and the K-Nearest Neighbor classification algorithm in this study, a total of 120 lemon images were used which were divided into 80 training image data and 40 image data. testing. The results of model performance measurements in the form of the highest accuracy level in the Mean RGB method of 100%, the highest accuracy in the HSV method of 98%, and the highest accuracy in the LBP method of 82.5%.

A NEW HOPE: Contextual Privacy Policies for Mobile Applications and An Approach Toward Automated Generation

Privacy policies have emerged as the predominant approach to conveying privacy notices to mobile application users. In an effort to enhance both readability and user engagement, the concept of contextual privacy policies (CPPs) has been proposed by researchers. The aim of CPPs is to fragment privacy policies into concise snippets, displaying them only within the corresponding contexts within the application’s graphical user interfaces (GUIs). In this paper, we first formulate CPP in mobile application scenario, and then present a novel multimodal framework, named SEEPRIVACY, specifically designed to automatically generate CPPs for mobile applications. This method uniquely integrates vision-based GUI understanding with privacy policy analysis, achieving 0.88 precision and 0.90 recall to detect contexts, as well as 0.98 precision and 0.96 recall in extracting corresponding policy segments. A human evaluation shows that 77% of the extracted privacy policy segments were perceived as well-aligned with the detected contexts. These findings suggest that SEEPRIVACY could serve as a significant tool for bolstering user interaction with, and understanding of, privacy policies. Furthermore, our solution has the potential to make privacy notices more accessible and inclusive, thus appealing to a broader demographic. Environmental awareness has recently emerged as one of the most crucial topics. As a result, various groups advocate for these technologies and research ways to promote their usage in various contexts. This study examines the factors influencing the intention and use of green technology among academics. This study integrates Price Value (PV) and Consideration of future consequence (CFC) to Theory Planned Behavior (TPB) as a theoretical basis. Two hundred five valid replies were gathered and processed through statistical analysis. The results of this study partly support the developed hypotheses. Four hypotheses developed from TPB have presented significant relationships. However, PV and CFC were not. The findings indicate that individuals in this study did not consider CFC or PV of green IT products as critical factors in their decision-making process. Findings also suggest that for implementation success, competent parties must consider the campaign to increase individual awareness and provide financial support regarding environmental policy.
