Sports science can have a significant and positive impact on coaches and athletes, as well as for the professional sports organization. According to this situation, more and more organizations are competing to implement sports science as the monitoring systems. Along with the development of technology, it becomes easier for humans to carry out their activities, including communication with each other. Advances in the field of communication technologies have led to the use of social networks to support all activity. With social media, all kinds of information that people want to search for can be found easily. Social networks have their uniqueness in their characteristics. Like LINE has free calling and video calling features, while Instagram has features like Instagram Story, where users can document their activities in the form of photos or recordings. By all the characteristics of social networks, it will support the activity of sports science. The methodology of this research focused on quantitative research based on the T-test approach. The result shows that social media involvement can significantly support collaboration in sports science, so it can increase people's motivation to interact with other participants in sport organizations.

Vibrations transmitted throughout the hand and arm during touch contact play a central role in haptic science and engineering but are challenging to model or experimentally characterize. Here, we present SkinSource, a data-driven toolbox for predicting skin vibrations across the upper limb in response to user-specified input forces. The toolbox leverages impulse response measurements that encode the physics of vibration transmission across the hands and arms of four participants and provides software tools for analyzing the predicted skin responses. We show that the SkinSource predictions closely match experimental measurements and confirm the underlying assumption of linear vibration transmission in the skin. We also demonstrate through several usage examples how SkinSource can act as a versatile computational platform for haptic research applications, such as characterizing vibrotactile transmission in the skin, engineering haptic interfaces, and investigating touch perception.

The Brimob Corps is a special police force, just like the special military detachments held by the TNI such as Paskhas and so on. At present brigade corps police national is busy being discussed in the real world and cyberspace, especially on social media twitter. Many opinions about the brigade corps police national so there are positive and negative opinions. Social media twitter is now one places to spread information about brigade corps police national. This study cases uses text mining techniques with support vector machine (SVM) method which aims to classify public sentiments towards brigade corps police national on twitter. The dataset used is tweet in Indonesian with keyword "Brimob" with a total dataset of 1000 tweets. Text mining, transform, tokenize, stemming, and classification, etc. techniques are useful for building classification and analysis of sentiment. RapidMiner and Gataframework are also used to help create sentiment analysis to measure classification values. Accuracy values obtained with support vector machine (SVM) approach 86,96%, with precision values of 86,96%, and recall values of 86,96%. © Published under licence by IOP Publishing Ltd.

This paper presents a novel system architecture that integrates blind source separation with joint beat and downbeat tracking in musical audio signals. The source separation module segregates the percussive and non-percussive components of the input signal, over which beat and downbeat tracking are performed separately and then the results are aggregated with a learnable fusion mechanism. This way, the system can adaptively determine how much the tracking result for an input signal should depend on the input's percussive or non-percussive components. Evaluation on four testing sets that feature different levels of presence of drum sounds shows that the new architecture consistently outperforms the widely-adopted baseline architecture that does not employ source separation. The growing impact of industrial dynamics will be a challenge to increase productivity. Productivity is a demand for improving organizational performance. ERP systems are a way to increase productivity. Therefore, ERP implementation is important to ensure that ERP runs well. Critical factors in ERP implementation must get serious attention to project management. Even so, the reality of ERP implementation is slowly, even tends to experience failure, resulting in highly expensive. The previous research that carried out ERP implementation showed that the failure reached 40%, and the achievement of the benefits of ERP implementation in Indonesia is still not optimal. It can be said that ERP implementation is a complexity project. For this reason, it is necessary to consider other implementation methods that can overcome the problem in implementing ERP. An agile method is a proactive and reactive alternative to handle the problem in implementing of ERP. The development of an agile ERP model is one way to achieve success in ERP implementation. This research methodology is a survey approach to the study of literature. This research will propose an agile ERP model which will be used as an effective guide for achieving the success of ERP implementation. © 2019 IEEE.

This paper headed to the role of the Internet of Things in transportation life and as one of an important thing, the Internet of Things (IoT) is getting grow and grow every day. Slowly but sure, IoT enters our experience in all things. Different visions of this IoT are reported and enabling technologies reviewed. What appears is that still significant issues must be faced by the research community. The technology that relates to IoT is still in development until now, and soon it will be used in human life. IoT embraced people to bring welfare and efficiency for every activity, played the role of technology development;IoT also shows people to think and invent more technology for every application such as vehicle and smart cities. Once it was implemented, the IoT will bring efficiency and make the activity more comfortable than before. The development of IoT also creates a vision for everybody, because it opens people's minds to technology development. Smart transportation will also be implemented in every city, and soon it will become a smart city. Context: Contemporary software development is typically conducted in dynamic, resource-scarce environments that are prone to the accumulation of technical debt. While this general phenomenon is acknowledged, what remains unknown is how technical debt specifically manifests in and affects software processes, and how the software development techniques employed accommodate or mitigate the presence of this debt. Objectives: We sought to draw on practitioner insights and experiences in order to classify the effects of agile method use on technical debt management, given the popularity and perceived success of agile methods. We explore the breadth of practitioners' knowledge about technical debt;how technical debt is manifested across the software process;and the perceived effects of common agile software development practices and processes on technical debt. In doing so, we address a research gap in technical debt knowledge and provide novel and actionable managerial recommendations. Method: We designed, tested and executed a multi-national survey questionnaire to address our objectives, receiving 184 responses from practitioners in Brazil, Finland, and New Zealand. Results: Our findings indicate that: 1) Practitioners are aware of technical debt, although, there was under utilization of the concept, 2) Technical debt commonly resides in legacy systems, however, concrete instances of technical debt are hard to conceptualize which makes it problematic to manage, 3) Queried agile practices and processes help to reduce technical debt;in particular, techniques that verify and maintain the structure and clarity of implemented artifacts (e.g., Coding standards and Refactoring) positively affect technical debt management. Conclusions: The fact that technical debt instances tend to have characteristics in common means that a systematic approach to its management is feasible. Objective: Extraction of the third molar of the mandible is one of the most common oral surgical procedures. Preoperative monitoring and assessment are crucial to mitigate neurological risks. Identifying whether the third molar in the mandible compresses the inferior alveolar nerve still relies on dental professionals, a task that is repetitive and time-consuming. Thus, the primary objective is to utilize dental panoramic radiography for image processing and classify whether the third molar compresses the inferior alveolar nerve, aiming to reduce the demand for CT images in symptom diagnosis and mitigate the risks associated with high-dose radiation. Technology or Method: This study proposes an innovative dental panoramic radiography segmentation technique to locate the third molar position. Subsequently, an innovative edge masking enhancement method is used to extract features of the inferior alveolar nerve and the third molar. Moreover, a transformer-based image detection model to consider whether the third molar compresses the inferior alveolar nerve. Results: The third molar position localization method achieved an accuracy rate of 97.92%, compared to recent research at least improved by 3.6% accuracy. Subsequently, innovative edge masking and image enhancement methods improve classification accuracy by 4.3%, when supplemented with computed tomography scan images for further evaluation, the maximum accuracy reached 98.45%, representing a 4.5% improvement compared to previous studies. Conclusions: The third molar position detection results will impact the identification of the inferior alveolar nerve compressed by the third molar. Through the innovative edge region segmentation algorithm can effectively distinguish this object, and the overall evaluation accuracy can be improved by approximately 3.8%. © 2013 IEEE.

Researchers and experts have developed various techniques, models, and methods to predict the price movements of cryptocurrencies, especially Bitcoin. However, among the many techniques studied in the literature, there is still a lack of focus on mining, creating, and developing datasets with specific patterns for predicting the next cryptocurrency price movement. This is an exciting reason to conduct further research. A web-based Patterned Dataset Application and a Telegram bot were constructed to address this issue. These tools read the price position of each cryptocurrency and predict the next price direction based on the last position indicated by the Patterned Dataset Application. The experiment’s results show that when the Patterned Dataset Application shows a diamond crash position, it is time to make a purchase; conversely, when it shows a diamond moon position, it is time to make a sale. It is hoped that by utilizing the Patterned Dataset Application, potential losses can be minimized, and there is more potential for profit in cryptocurrency trading. Even though the initial data source comes from Indonesia’s most prominent digital cryptocurrency trading market, according to coinmarketcap, namely Indodax, the results of this patterned dataset application can often describe the same cryptocurrency conditions globally. The novelty of this research is to produce a new way of predicting the next cryptocurrency price movement using patterned datasets. At the end of this paper, it will be proven that hypothesis 1 and hypothesis 2 on the results of the patterned dataset are true.

The purpose of this paper is to understand the deployment model of MEC with distributed cloud in 4G network before rolling out 5G and make the most successful deployment without creating conflict with NFV as part of digital transformation. MEC brings flexibility and agility to meet the application demands of low latency, high reliability with high scalability, bandwidth and battery savings. It explains few reasons why MEC should be adopted before 5G deployment and what would be the benefits for all the actors like operators and public cloud service providers. MEC architecture is designed by ETSI and there are some known challenges with MEC use scenarios like AR/VR, IoT and connected vehicles. MEC offerings few deployment options which available for 4G and take that deployment model as a reference for MEC deployment on 5G include the migration options. This paper provides list of recommendations for key successes deploying MEC in 4G network and 5G and help the stakeholders understand the way to realize the MEC benefits. © 2019 IEEE.
