The haircut art community is a community that is interested in the art of hair or hair-related issues and information. This haircut art community has several members, but they need the application of technology to support their hobby as a community. In this mobile application, a system where users can make transactions connected to the haircut community has been proposed. Users can make online appointments with barbers' haircuts, make online payments, engage with forums, and get information about the barbershop community. In addition, this mobile app will allow people in the community to sell and buy anything related to haircuts. In addition, it is hoped that it can be used as an income opportunity for people who have expertise in the art of barbering. This application is implemented using visual studio and MySQL database for the database. This application is modeled using use case diagrams to describe its business processes and class diagrams to describe the database design. © 2022 IEEE.

In the digital era, digital talent development has become increasingly vital for organizations and economies to thrive. While much focus has been placed on technical skills, this report emphasizes the often-overlooked role of soft skills in developing digital talent. Through an extensive literature review and data analysis, the study identifies that soft skills are crucial in enhancing digital talent performance. This research explores the factors that influence Digital Talent Performance in Indonesia, specifically comparing the performance levels of male and female digital talents. Data were collected from college students in the Jabodetabek area (cities surrounding Jakarta, Indonesia) using a purposive sampling method, with an online questionnaire distributed to 378 respondents. The study utilized Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) to analyze the collected data using SmartPLS 4.1. software. Key variables examined include Communication Skills, Teamwork, Emotional Intelligence, Academic Achievement, Problem-Solving, Digital Readiness, Digital Skills, Digital Technology, and Digital Talent Performance. Out of the nine hypotheses tested, one was not statistically significant. The results suggest that a combination of both technical and soft skills significantly affects digital talent performance, with important gender-based differences in performance levels emerging from the analysis. This research contributes to understanding Indonesia's complex dynamics of digital talent development. © 2024 IEEE.

Application architecture and information technology systems in the company should be able to support the company's policy that leads to their alignment with the business objectives. The alignment of the implementation of information technology systems to the needs and goals of the organization will be able to be answered by taking into account the integration in the development, so that the gap of these two things can be minimized. As a company engaged in IT consulting, project management system is one form of application systems that support core business objective of the company: to produce high-quality software. Nevertheless, the project management system should be able to work together with other supporting information systems, so that the flow of information within the company can run effectively. To achieve these objectives, required the analysis and design of an integrated system, which can be achieved through a service-oriented architecture based system. which includes the stages of requirements and analysis, design and development, and the last is the IT operations. Most tourists have limited time and schedule when they are visiting a particular tourism area. One of the main issues faced by those tourists is that they can not make simple queries to search engines about, for example, which sites or places to visit optimally if we only have one day or two-day visit? Search engines are better and better in replying users' queries with relevant answers. However, search engines are not always able to respond queries suited to users' characteristics such as their styles, personalities, knowledge backgrounds, etc. Also, search engines are not as flexible as chatbots in enabling dialogical-communication-queries. This case study aims to respond aformentioned issue by applying hierarchical cluster analysis on a set of tourism sites around Malang city, Malang regency, and Batu city based on AGNES (Agglomerative Nesting) algorithm. The result, then, is fed into chatbot's knowledge base. This chatbot will assist tourists to get information on which possible sites they have to visit optimally if they are under limited vacancy-Time constraints. © 2018 IEEE.

Wireless technology gradual growth in the latest years has facilitated it to bridge its applications operated extensively in many types of industry. Wireless sensor network (WSN) technology brings several benefits over traditional wired technology by reason of the lower cost, immense flexibility escalation, and scalability which is able to be obtained from the old-style one. However, in its application WSN still experience some constraints on resource limitations in the form: processor, memory and energy, and any more challenges that related to availability, reliability and security. Based on its benefits, limitation, and challenges, and also three systematic stages, the review study was performed. The result of study was portrayed in this paper. It is regarding investigation result of hybrid cryptography (HC, as one of defense methods) realized for WSN to methodically increase the security level and decrease the resources usage. The result concluded that HC was proven in escalating the security defense level and downgrading the resources use on WSN compared to symmetric and asymmetric algorithms. © 2018 IEEE.

Nowadays, there are so many people in Indonesia particularly young people who are interested in playing badminton, but at the end of the day, this game will make boring for young people particularly with the booming of the smartphone game. Literally, it will make the young generation too lazy for outing activity or doing sports and busy with their digital technology, particularly their smartphone. Obviously, we are interested in using the mobile application which can be used to bridge the boring of doing sports mainly badminton sport, wherewith this mobile application is not just only for field badminton or coach booking, but can extend their friendship and community in positive ways. Hopefully, with this mobile application not just only booking for Badminton fields, but beyond that, there will be a mobile application that supports the fans of the badminton sports community when can know each other from different places and make friendship and competition among the members. At the end of the day, we hope this mobile application will support young people to stay away from trouble and drug and to have a positive life with the sport, particularly badminton sport as Indonesian's favorite sport. © Published under licence by IOP Publishing Ltd.

Mixed reality is becoming more popular, and a lot of technology companies trying to develop and enhance mixed reality technology and using it not just in manufactures or industries but lately the technology is used for teaching and learning, either in school or for training purposes. While traditional teaching and learning processes are not effective anymore and most of the time, the learning objectives are not reached. This paper has an objective to point out the benefits of using mixed reality for teaching and learning. 99 articles have been collected and reviewed carefully as a quality assessment process, there are 41 articles has been selected for further review and top 5 benefits will be discussed. Education stands out as one of the most impactful applications of the metaverse, holding immense potential for the future. Within the realm of satellite communication system science education, the integration of immersive learning through the metaverse adds a layer of interest and interactivity to the teaching and learning process. Numerous design and evaluation techniques have been employed in a growing body of research, aiming to understand how immersive learning via the metaverse can effectively contribute to specific educational objectives. Hence, this research is dedicated to delving into the development of an immersive learning metaverse model for the science of satellite communication systems. The research contributes a model that advocates for a holistic learning approach by integrating metaverse technology, VR, the 6E Instructional Process Model, and the MSLQ evaluation instrument. The objective of this model is to enhance the efficiency, effectiveness, and interactivity of learning within the field of satellite communication systems science. © 2024 IEEE.

Electronic government, or e-Government, is the use of information and communication technology by the public sector (ICT). Additionally, it can be viewed as a paradigm shift in terms of how governments operate. The government protects public values, while citizens act as problem solvers, co-creators, and active participants in value creation. On the other hand, decentralized systems have grown in popularity over the last few years. Data has become a significant issue in decentralized E-Government;each local entity has their own data, which is private. A suitable data governance tool is required to ensure that data governance is properly implemented and to prevent the organizational entity from leaking information. Dynamic Sampling-Based Meta-Learning Using Multilingual Acoustic Data for Under-Resourced Speech Recognition

Under-resourced automatic speech recognition (ASR) has become an active field of research and has experienced significant progress during the past decade. However, the performance of under-resourced ASR trained by existing methods is still far inferior to high-resourced ASR for practical applications. In this paper, speech data from languages that share the most phonemes with the under-resourced language are selected as supplementary resources for meta-training based on the Model-Agnostic Meta-Learning (MAML) strategy. Besides supplementary language selection, this paper proposes a dynamic sampling method instead of the original random sampling method to select support and query sets for each task in MAML to improve meta-training performance. In this study, Taiwanese is selected as the under-resourced language, and the speech corpus of five languages, including Mandarin, English, Japanese, Cantonese, and Thai, are chosen as supplementary training data for acoustic model training. The proposed dynamic sampling approach uses phonemes, pronunciation, and speech recognition models as the basis to determine the proportion of each supplementary language to select helpful utterances for MAML. For evaluation, with the selected utterances from each supplementary language for meta-training, we obtained a Word Error Rate of 20.24% and a Syllable Error Rate of 8.35% for Taiwanese ASR, which were better than the baseline model (26.18% and 13.99%) using only the Taiwanese corpus and other methods. © 2013 IEEE.
