End-user feedback in social media platforms, particularly in the app stores, is increasing exponentially with each passing day. software researchers and vendors started to mine end-user feedback by proposing text analytics methods and tools to extract useful information for software evolution and maintenance. In addition, research shows that positive feedback and high-star app ratings attract more users and increase downloads. However, it emerged in the fake review market, where software vendors started incorporating fake reviews against their corresponding applications to improve overall software ratings. For this purpose, we conducted an exploratory study to understand how end-users register and write fake reviews in the Google Play Store. We curated a research data set containing 68,000 end-user comments from the Google Play Store and a fake review generator, that is, the Testimonial generator (TG). Its purpose is to understand fake reviews on these platforms and identify the common patterns potential end-users and professionals use to report fake reviews by critically analyzing the end-user feedback. We conducted a detailed survey at the University of Science and technology Bannu, Pakistan, to identify the intelligence and accuracy of crowd-users in manually identifying fake reviews. In addition, we developed a ground truth to be compared with the results obtained from the automated machine and deep learning (M&DL) classifier experiment. In the survey, 512 end-users participated and recorded their responses in identifying fake reviews. Finally, various M&DL classifiers are employed to classify and identify end-user reviews into real and fake to automate the process. Unlike humans, the M&DL classifiers performed well in automatically classifying reviews into real and fake by obtaining much higher accuracy, precision, recall, and f-measures. The dynamic traveling salesman problem(DTSP)is significant in logistics distribution in real-world applications in smart cities,but it is uncertain and difficult to *** paper proposes a scheme library-based ant colony optimization(ACO)with a two-optimization(2-opt)strategy to solve the DTSP *** work is novel and contributes to three aspects:problemmodel,optimization framework,and ***,in the problem model,traditional DTSP models often consider the change of travel distance between two nodes over time,while this paper focuses on a special DTSP model in that the node locations change dynamically over ***,in the optimization framework,the ACO algorithm is carried out in an offline optimization and online application framework to efficiently reuse the historical information to help fast respond to the dynamic *** framework of offline optimization and online application is proposed due to the fact that the environmental change inDTSPis caused by the change of node location,and therefore the newenvironment is somehowsimilar to certain previous *** way,in the offline optimization,the solutions for possible environmental changes are optimized in advance,and are stored in a mode scheme *** the online application,when an environmental change is detected,the candidate solutions stored in the mode scheme library are reused via ACO to improve search efficiency and reduce computational ***,in the algorithm design,the ACO cooperates with the 2-opt strategy to enhance search *** evaluate the performance of ACO with 2-opt,we design two challenging DTSP cases with up to 200 and 1379 nodes and compare them with other ACO and genetic *** experimental results show that ACO with 2-opt can solve the DTSPs effectively.

The underwater acoustic networks (UANs) have the characteristics of long propagation delays and low bit rates. The characteristics above pose significant challenges in UANs media access control (MAC) protocol. Slotted floor acquisition multiple access (S-FAMA) protocol is widely used in UANs. This protocol is based on FAMA, and data packet collisions can be avoided by adding a time slot mechanism. However, S-FAMA is not suitable UANs when the number of nodes is dense and long propagation delays, because this will lead to a low system throughput. To overcome this shortcoming, this paper proposes a protocol based on S-FAMA, called peaking staggering floor acquisition multiple access (PST-FAMA). PST-FAMA introduces a near-far model and makes use of long propagation delays to improve system throughput. First of all, via the near-far model, it can effectively plan the data packet sequence and complete multiple data transmissions when in the situation of dense nodes and long propagation delays. Secondly, PST-FAMA sets a short time slot, and the idle of initiator nodes will be reduced. Simulation results show that comparing with S-FAMA, PST-FAMA improves the system throughput and minimizes the idle time of initiator nodes. © 2022 IEEE.

Modeling stochastic multi-ship trajectories is vital for maritime safety and interaction efficiency. Recent researches show that diffusion models excel in trajectory prediction, surpassing GANs and VAEs in generation quality, diversity and stability. However, their slow sampling speed remains a major limitation, as producing high-quality trajectories typically requires hundreds of denoising steps. We introduce DDA, a novel method that accelerates multi-ship trajectory generation by distilling the reverse diffusion process, progressively reducing sampling steps by half while minimizing quality loss. We use CVAE-based encoder to map multimodal inputs into state embeddings in the latent space, and use distillation diffusion in the latent space to more quickly and better represent multi-ship trajectories. The diffusion model uses Transformer-based core, and we incorporate SO(2) invariance and equivariance to enhance model representation. Validation on real-world AIS datasets shows that the student model retains high-quality trajectory generation while sampling speed is approximately 30 times faster. © 2025 IEEE.

Traffic incident detection based on the width characteristic of the moving object marker

Aiming at the current situation that the existing traffic event detection algorithm is complex and cumbersome, a traffic incident detection method based on the width characteristics of the moving object was proposed. Firstly, the foreground object is extracted by ViBe (visual background extractor) and the foreground target is subjected to hole removal and smoothing processing. Then, the moving target is marked with a label, the width change characteristic of the moving target mark frame is analysed and the traffic event detection model is introduced, thereby achieving detection of traffic events. The experimental results show that the method can effectively detect the rear-end event, the crossing event and the collision-fixing event in the traffic incident. Optimization in ad hoc networks is a highly specialized task because the structure of the network is loosely formed, and each node is independently responsible for its operation. In order to obtain a better result from this solely formed networks this report offer extensive Dynamic Topology Management (DTM) method. Dynamic routing protocols lager lines, dividend balancing, Life-saving administration, guarantee of reliability, cross-layer design, security aspects and the on-time monitoring and discovery of topology changes are the main objectives and steps to be accomplished. Real-time Location monitoring and forest structure discovery are made possible by employing adaptive routing protocols, namely Dynamic Source Routing(DSR) and Ad-Hoc On-Demand Distance Vector(AODV). Also, the algorithms are capable of making advance adjustments to routing routes and resource allocations drawn from the mobility patterns forecasting which is vital. Load balancing methods, which distribute traffic in a network evenly, enable the system to run efficiently and avoid problems caused by overloading. Algorithms that are energy-efficient and make the best use of energy resources having their topology's optimized are introduced to the streamlined energy distribution systems. These algorithms are focused on the node's energy level. Through fault tolerance techniques which recognize and handle failures in nodes and partitioned networks, connectedness activity is a continuous one. Through QoS perception, the network topology might automatically be tailored to conform to the given quality criteria, thus not restricting the choice for differing applications. The proposed could have defenses against adversary nodes and their potential DDoS attacks which will enhance network protection. Yet another advantage of an architectural style that promotes cross-layer collaboration is enhanced topology management which is the goal around which the functions of various levels of the protocol stack revolve

YOLOv5 is a widely used object detection method for its high-performance of balancing speed and accuracy. Data transfer for YOLOv5 is a challenging task, as it could involve domain shift between different datasets. We propose a data transfer method for YOLOv5 based on a Selector Network and Partial Pseudo-Labeling. The backbone network of YOLOv5 is used for feature extraction, a Selector Network is employed to filter source domain outlier samples to address the domain shift issue, and Partial Pseudo-Labels are leveraged to improve classification performance in the target domain. The results show that our method improves detection accuracy by an average of 2.4% on public datasets (COCO and VOC) and our datasets, with a notable improvement of 3.1% under complex backgrounds and varying lighting conditions. It demonstrates that our method can effectively enhances the accuracy and stability of YOLOv5.

software testing is a critical phase due to misconceptions about ambiguities in the requirements during specification,which affect the testing ***,it is difficult to identify all faults in *** requirement changes continuously,it increases the irrelevancy and redundancy during *** to these challenges;fault detection capability decreases and there arises a need to improve the testing process,which is based on changes in requirements *** this research,we have developed a model to resolve testing challenges through requirement prioritization and prediction in an agile-based *** research objective is to identify the most relevant and meaningful requirements through semantic analysis for correct change *** compute the similarity of requirements through case-based reasoning,which predicted the requirements for reuse and restricted to error-based ***,the apriori algorithm mapped out requirement frequency to select relevant test cases based on frequently reused or not reused test cases to increase the fault detection ***,the proposed model was evaluated by conducting *** results showed that requirement redundancy and irrelevancy improved due to semantic analysis,which correctly predicted the requirements,increasing the fault detection rate and resulting in high user *** predicted requirements are mapped into test cases,increasing the fault detection rate after changes to achieve higher user ***,the model improves the redundancy and irrelevancy of requirements by more than 90%compared to other clustering methods and the analytical hierarchical process,achieving an 80%fault detection rate at an earlier ***,it provides guidelines for practitioners and researchers in the modern *** the future,we will provide the working prototype of this model for proof of concept.

The recent large-scale text-to-image generative models have attained unprecedented performance, while people established adaptor modules like LoRA and DreamBooth to extend this performance to even more unseen concept tokens. However, we empirically find that this workflow often fails to accurately depict the out-of-distribution concepts. This failure is highly related to the low quality of training data. To resolve this, we present a framework called Controllable Adaptor Towards Out-of-Distribution Concepts (CATOD). Our framework follows the active learning paradigm which includes high-quality data accumulation and adaptor training, enabling a finer-grained enhancement of generative results. The aesthetics score and concept-matching score are two major factors that impact the quality of synthetic results. One key component of CATOD is the weighted scoring system that automatically balances between these two scores and we also offer comprehensive theoretical analysis for this point. Then, it determines how to select data and schedule the adaptor training based on this scoring system. The extensive results show that CATOD significantly outperforms the prior approaches with an 11.10 boost on the CLIP score and a 33.08% decrease on the CMMD metric. © 2024 Neural information processing systems foundation.
