Today, Agricultures has become a significant element of people's life. Among them fruits and vegetables are a great thing for healthy lives. Classification of fruits and vegetable are difficult for normal person because of some same similarities like shape and color. Also, Fruits and Vegetables classification is an important process in industries applications as well as local market. Lots of similarities available between fruits like apples, pears and peaches, and that kinds of fruits are generally used in daily routine. As well as some vegetables are same in shape, so it will be difficult to differentiate in this type of situation for old persons. The previous research for solution of this type of problem for classification of fruits CNN is used but the problem in this research is when they use the self-made datasets then their accuracy decreases as compare to public datasets accuracy increases. To solve this type of problem, here produce a kind of algorithms in the paper to classify fruits and vegetable, using deep leaning technique such as VGG16 and DenseNet169 model have capability to extract the feature of images very deeply using various small filters so it provide a better result. On this premise, it was used to classify fruit kinds against a complex background and integrated with data improvement technology for future usage. It might be helpful for human for automatic differentiate the both categories. This project is implemented in the python programming language and the dataset used Fruits and Vegetables Image Recognition Dataset for the classification. Which will help to differentiate between Fruits and Vegetables with high accuracy rate. For the implementation of this project used Python programming and this implementation using the tool like Jupiter and Kaggle Notebook and used GPU for highspeed execution. © 2024 IEEE.

Detecting intracranial hemorrhage promptly and accurately is vital for ensuring optimal patient outcomes, especially in areas with limited access to radiologists. This paper introduces an automated method employing advanced convolutional neural networks (CNNs) to identify intracranial hemorrhage from Computed Tomography (CT) scans. The methodology involves comprehensive preprocessing techniques tailored for CT scan analysis. Subsequently, we systematically evaluate various CNN models, including DenseNet, ResNext101, and EfficientNet. Remarkably, InceptionNet emerges as the most proficient model, achieving an accuracy rate of 84.03%. Our optimized DenseNet model demonstrates exceptional performance in accurately detecting intracranial hemorrhage and categorizing its subtype. By leveraging state-of-the-art machine learning techniques, our method facilitates swift and precise identification of hemorrhagic conditions from CT scans, empowering healthcare professionals to make informed decisions and provide timely interventions. This advancement holds significant promise for improving patient care, particularly in underserved regions where radiologist shortages persist. ©2024 IEEE |

The word energy is frequently used in MANET in both daily life and the computer industry. Reducing energy consumption and extending node lifespan are critical components of the MANET. There are many nodes available between the path and destination as the data are transferred from the source to the destination nodes. Energy can be used by the intermediate nodes during data transfer, and some energy is lost during travel to the destination. The EAC-ASR protocol (Energy Aware Clustering Aggregate Node Rotation) with sink relocation approach is suggested to be utilised in order to get over these disadvantages. There are some processes that are present in this protocol are clustering, data aggregation, mobile node rotation by swapping algorithm and sink relocation. The theoretical and simulation analyses are done and the result will be shown in the EAC-ASR protocol reduces the energy consumption and increase the energy efficiency. With the increasing use of unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs) in a variety of applications, their safety has become a critical concern. UAVs face numerous emergencies during missions, in these situations, the UAVs need to autonomously find a suitable landing site, plan flight routes, and avoid obstacles in unstructured environments. However, due to the limitations of computing power and sensors, it is challenging to achieve this goal. This research aims to explore the monocular emergency autonomous landing algorithm. Specifically, this work focuses on extracting depth and vision information. A topology information extractor is designed to convert image to graph and assess the connectivity of terrain. Additionally, a depth information extractor is designed to calculate the slope and roughness of the ground. A 3D topology optimizer is designed to optimize the graph by depth information and evaluate the landing suitability by a heuristic strategy. To make the action decision, a hybrid decision network (DGN) based on 3D topology information is proposed. Finally, this work build a simulated scenario based on real scene to verify the efficiency of DGN. The results of the experiment show that DGN outperforms its counterparts in terms of action prediction accuracy and landing success rate. © 2023 IEEE.

Oil palm plantations in Indonesia still have many challenges, especially in terms of monitoring and mapping technology. One of the important aspects in the monitoring stage of oil palm plantations is monitoring the productivity of oil palm plants. To identify the oil palm plants, many previous studies have utilized image analysis to solve the problem. The problem is that poor image conditions can affect the architecture model to be built.[1] So in this research we do tune mapping on the image to produce a quality image. Each image data that has been improved will be feature extracted using ResNet and VGG to produce the best model. Furthermore, the classification model development process is carried out using CNN architecture as the model architecture. We also provide innovation by using object detection technology. Which uses artificial neural networks. Here we train the model using aerial video datasets of oil palm plants obtained from drones. Furthermore, to evaluate the performance of the above technique, it is proposed to use the mapping model, precision and accuracy evaluation obtained in the test phase[2] © 2024 IEEE.

The recent proliferation of distributed energy resources (DERs) in the power network along with the retirement of conventional generators has made it challenging to regulate system frequency. This paper presents a centralized control framework to leverage the potential of DERs in the distribution network to provide secondary frequency control services to the grid. The proposed framework is based on network volt-watt sensitivity analysis and takes into account DER operational and network-imposed constraints to allocate the automatic generation control (AGC) request among the aggregated units. The proposed framework was implemented on the IEEE 8,500-node test feeder and the results were validated against a standard linear programming-based scheme. Numerical results indicate that the proposed framework can successfully utilize the available power production headroom of the network to meet the AGC request while maintaining nodal voltages within acceptable limits. © 2024 IEEE.

Intelligent defect detection methods are important for the surface of the containment of nuclear power plants and face many challenges in the field of computer vision. Due to the irregular shapes and large variation of defects, as well as the similarity of the features between some defects and the background. Most existing deep learning-based defect detection networks suffer from insufficient feature extraction capabilities, making it difficult to detect defects from the background. Inspired by discrete representation learning methods, we propose a two-stage defect detection model called ConVQVAE, which uses a semi-supervised method for representation learning to achieve binary classification for defect detection. In addition, contrastive learning is performed in two stages to enhance the model's diversity representation ability and inter-class disentanglement representation ability. Finally, we experimentally verify that the proposed method can obtain good classification results. © 2023 IEEE.

Image captioning is a vision-language task that targets at describing an image by generating a coherent sentence automatically. This technology allows computers to understand and describe images like humans, enabling further processing of images. It combines computer vision and natural language processing, which has broad applications. This paper investigates the use of vision-language pre-trained models for image captioning. In this article, an encoder-decoder hybrid model based on PVT and BERT is pre-trained on a large number of image-text pairs, possessing both understanding and generation capabilities. It consists of three components: 1) an image encoder and a text encoder to extract image and text features respectively;2) a multi-modal encoder to align the two modalities;and 3) a text decoder to generate text descriptions. This paper focuses on enhancing the image encoder of the model, which is crucial for image captioning models as it extracts high-resolution image features. Reducing training time and computational costs can also improve the applicability of pre-trained models. Improvements are made to the original model by modifying the ViT model architecture of the image encoding module. A feature pyramid structure and a spatial reduction attention mechanism is introduced to extract high-resolution image features while reducing computational complexity and memory usage, thereby enhancing the universality of the model. The model adopts a pure Transformer architecture, discarding the convolutional structure, and achieves excellent performance. © 2023 IEEE.

As deep neural networks (DNNs) are widely applied in the physical world, many researches are focusing on physical-world adversarial examples (PAEs), which introduce perturbations to inputs and cause the model's incorrect outputs. However, existing PAEs face two challenges: unsatisfactory attack performance (i.e., poor transferability and insufficient robustness to environment conditions), and difficulty in balancing attack effectiveness with stealthiness, where better attack effectiveness often makes PAEs more perceptible. In this paper, we explore a novel perturbation-based method to overcome the challenges. For the first challenge, we introduce a strategy Deceptive RF injection based on robust features (RFs) that are predictive, robust to perturbations, and consistent across different models. Specifically, it improves the transferability and robustness of PAEs by covering RFs of other classes onto the predictive features in clean images. For the second challenge, we introduce another strategy Adversarial Semantic Pattern Minimization, which removes most perturbations and retains only essential adversarial patterns in AEs. Based on the two strategies, we design our method Robust Feature Coverage Attack (RFCoA), comprising Robust Feature Disentanglement and Adversarial Feature Fusion. In the first stage, we extract target class RFs in feature space. In the second stage, we use attention-based feature fusion to overlay these RFs onto predictive features of clean images and remove unnecessary perturbations. Experiments show our method's superior transferability, robustness, and stealthiness compared to existing state-of-the-art methods. Additionally, our method's effectiveness can extend to Large Vision-Language Models (LVLMs), indicating its potential applicability to more complex tasks.
