In recent times, significant attention has been devoted to classifying news content in academic and industrial settings. Some studies have focused on distinguishing between fake and real news using labeled data and have achieved some success in detection. Digital misinformation or fake news content spreads through online social communities via shares, re-shares, and re-posts. Social media has faced several challenges in combating the distribution of fake news information. Social media platforms and blogs have become widely used daily sources of information due to their low cost and ease of access. However, this widespread use of social media for news consumption has led to the dissemination of fake news, creating a severe problem that adversely affects individuals and society. Consequently, identifying and addressing misinformation has become an essential and critical task. Detecting fake news is an emerging research area that has garnered considerable interest, but it also presents specific challenges, mainly due to the limitations of available resources. In this paper, we focus on identifying and classifying different forms of fake news using unlabeled data, specifically exploring how to use unlabeled data for multi-class classification. The proposed approach categorizes fake news into four forms: satire or fake satirical information, manufacturing, manipulation, and propaganda. Our method employs a relevant approach based on multi-class classification using unlabeled data. The experimental evaluation demonstrates the efficiency of our suggested system. © (2023), (Society of Sytematic Innovation). All Rights Reserved.

Pixel-level structure segmentations have attracted considerable attention,playing a crucial role in autonomous driving within the metaverse and enhancing comprehension in light field-based machine ***,current light field modeling methods fail to integrate appearance and geometric structural information into a coherent semantic space,thereby limiting the capability of light field transmission for visual *** this paper,we propose a general light field modeling method for pixel-level structure segmentation,comprising a generative light field prompting encoder(LF-GPE)and a prompt-based masked light field pretraining(LF-PMP)*** LF-GPE,serving as a light field backbone,can extract both appearance and geometric structural cues *** aligns these features into a unified visual space,facilitating semantic ***,our LF-PMP,during the pretraining phase,integrates a mixed light field and a multi-view light field *** prioritizes considering the geometric structural properties of the light field,enabling the light field backbone to accumulate a wealth of prior *** evaluate our pretrained LF-GPE on two downstream tasks:light field salient object detection and semantic *** results demonstrate that LF-GPE can effectively learn high-quality light field features and achieve highly competitive performance in pixel-level segmentation tasks.

While spin-orbit interaction has been extensively studied,few investigations have reported on the interaction between orbital angular momenta(OAMs).In this work,we study a new type of orbit-orbit coupling between the longitudinal OAM and the transverse OAM carried by a three-dimensional(3D)spatiotemporal optical vortex(STOV)in the process of tight *** 3D STOV possesses orthogonal OAMs in the x-y,t-x,and y-t planes,and is preconditioned to overcome the spatiotemporal astigmatism effect.x,y,and t are the axes in the spatiotemporal *** corresponding focused wavepacket is calculated by employing the Debye diffraction theory,showing that a phase singularity ring is generated by the interactions among the transverse and longitudinal vortices in the highly confined *** Fourier-transform decomposition of the Debye integral is employed to analyze the mechanism of the orbit-orbit *** is the first revelation of coupling between the longitudinal OAM and the transverse OAM,paving the way for potential applications in optical trapping,laser machining,nonlinear light-matter interactions,and more.

Recommendation systems deliver a method to simplify the user’s desire. Recommendation systems are now commonly used on the Internet. It helps suggest items in various categories, including e-commerce, medical, education, tourism, and industrial. The electronic commerce sector has taken a big place in our daily lives as an active research tool, which helps people find what they are looking for. This paper presents a new contribution based on the combination of different algorithms to find a suitable solution to all the drawbacks of content-based recommender systems. The main contribution of this research lies in how to solve each problem and move on to the next. This paper describes an Ideal Solution Mitigating Content Disadvantages based on Three Phases called ISMCD_3P. Experiments show that the algorithm can propose an appropriate solution to solve all the problems of content-based filtering. Experimentations operating on real datasets are used to estimate the efficacy of our strategy. © (2023). All Rights Reserved.

The rise of Large Language Models (LLMs) has been remarkable, especially exemplified by the achievements of systems such as ChatGPT and Google's Bard. Both specialized and general users are warmly embracing these potent tools, indicating their increasing integration into everyday life. Nevertheless, challenges persist in their widespread adoption, particularly within specialized fields where they necessitate meticulous fine-Tuning and access to high-quality data. Additionally, their lack of interpretability further complicates matters, often relegating them to the status of 'black boxes'. Within the legal domain, LLMs harbor transformative potential but encounter obstacles due to legal hallucinations. This research delves into these hallucinations through a distinct set of legal queries pertaining to Canadian tax law, drawing comparisons between state-of-The-Art LLMs. Its objective is to illuminate their efficacy in legal discourse and specialized domains, capitalizing on their broad knowledge base. The research advocates for fine-Tuning as a potential solution, stressing the significance of domain-specific LLMs and delineating methods for their development. This includes considerations such as dataset curation, preprocessing techniques, model selection, and adherence to regulatory requirements, encompassing the creation of domain-specific vocabularies. Practical implementation entails the generation of domain-specific LLMs tailored for legal tasks such as research, information retrieval, and question answering. Despite inherent limitations, the study proposes avenues for enhancement and underscores the significance of LLMs utilization in legal services. This contributes to the evolution of natural language processing technology within the legal realm. © 2024 IEEE.

Minimal Context-Switching Data Race Detection with Dataflow Tracking

Data race is one of the most important concurrent anomalies in multi-threaded *** con-straint-based techniques are leveraged into race detection,which is able to find all the races that can be found by any oth-er sound race ***,this constraint-based approach has serious limitations on helping programmers analyze and understand data ***,it may report a large number of false positives due to the unrecognized dataflow propa-gation of the ***,it recommends a wide range of thread context switches to schedule the reported race(in-cluding the false one)whenever this race is exposed during the constraint-solving *** ad hoc recommendation imposes too many context switches,which complicates the data race *** address these two limitations in the state-of-the-art constraint-based race detection,this paper proposes DFTracker,an improved constraint-based race detec-tor to recommend each data race with minimal thread context ***,we reduce the false positives by ana-lyzing and tracking the dataflow in the *** this means,DFTracker thus reduces the unnecessary analysis of false race *** further propose a novel algorithm to recommend an effective race schedule with minimal thread con-text switches for each data *** experimental results on the real applications demonstrate that 1)without removing any true data race,DFTracker effectively prunes false positives by 68%in comparison with the state-of-the-art constraint-based race detector;2)DFTracker recommends as low as 2.6-8.3(4.7 on average)thread context switches per data race in the real world,which is 81.6%fewer context switches per data race than the state-of-the-art constraint based race ***,DFTracker can be used as an effective tool to understand the data race for programmers.

BGNN: Behavior-aware graph neural network for heterogeneous session-based recommendation
