In this study, we conducted a comparative analysis of three deep learning models - CNNs (90% accuracy), LSTMs (92% accuracy), and RNNs (95% accuracy) - for skeleton-based action recognition. The research focused on evaluating each model's ability to accurately classify a variety of human actions using a Kaggle dataset. Our findings revealed CNNs' strength in spatial recognition, LSTMs' proficiency in temporal dynamics, and RNNs' overall superiority in sequential processing. The study emphasizes the importance of model selection in action recognition tasks and lays groundwork for future exploration into hybrid models. © 2024 SPIE.

The paper presents project and its verification of a prototype integrated circuit containing an analog, programmable finite impulse response (FIR) filter, implemented in CMOS 350 nm technology. The structure of the filter is based on the switched capacitor technique. In circuits of this type, one of main challenges is an efficient implementation of filter coefficients, which result from several factors described in this work. When implementing such filters as programmable circuits, the values of their coefficients have to be limited to a selected range, i.e. a given resolution in bits. In the implemented prototype filter, the filter coefficients are represented by 6 bits in sign-magnitude notation, so they can take 63 different values only. In such filters, it is not possible to directly implement any frequency response of the filter. Each time, it is necessary to properly round the theoretical values of the coefficients so that they fit into the available range of discrete values resulting from the implementation. The authors of the work designed an algorithm that allows such matching. This paper, presents the non-linear analysis of the most common configurations of Switched Reluctance Generators (SRG). Finite Element Analysis (FEA) of two-phase (4/2), three-phase (6/4), and four-phase (8/6) SRGs have been carried out using (ANSYS Maxwell 16 - 3D Modeler - Transient solution). The simulation process was performed utilizing the Asymmetric Half Bridge Converter (AHBC) model as an external excitation circuit for the SRG model. Research interests have been dedicated recently to SRG as a promising and reliable candidate in both low-speed and high-speed applications, especially for small-scale renewable applications. However, this study includes the non-linear validation for both the conventional short-pitched and the fully-pitched SRG winding configurations at low-speed simulation conditions. This study aims to analyze the non-linear performance of SRG and validate the influence of stator and rotor pole angles (\beta{s} and \beta{r}) variation in addition to the excitation current patterns on the induced output voltage. The dynamic performance of SRG has been simulated, with the exact description of rotor angular position, number of conductors per phase, and the excitation current pattern for each case study. The FE simulation was applied to the same SRG test model;i.e., the same dimensions, the same angular speed, and the same number of conductors per phase. Moreover, SRG FEA output results have been recorded and compared to the corresponding results delivered from a related SRG linear analysis study done by the authors;hence the final proposed design was highlighted for further prototype implementation. The outcome of this study provides the recommended SRG design that can generate the maximum induced output voltage for the same machine design parameters. © 2022 IEEE.

In order to accurately and efficiently identify the behavior of running red light by electric bicycles, this paper proposed an intelligent recognition model combining target detection and tracking, cross-road analysis and red light running decision. This model takes video frame sequence as input, firstly, electric bicycles and traffic lights are detected by YOLO network, and the bicycles are tracked in real time by DeepSort algorithm to get its trajectory. Then, LSTM is used to analysis the trajectory and distinguish whether there is behavior of crossing road. Finally, make decision of illegal behavior by integrating the state of signal light and the behavior of crossing road. In YOLO, MobileNet is introduced to replace the original CSPDarknet53 backbone, which greatly simplifies the network structure and improves detection efficiency. Dropout is introduced into LSTM to improve detection accuracy. Experimental results show that the optimized model achieves balance between accuracy and efficiency, can detect in real time on the experimental data set, and the final accuracy of recognition reach 94.9 %. © 2022 IEEE.

Rolling bearings are frequently employed in machinery equipment, and the safely production of such equipment depend greatly on the properly work of bearing. Fault diagnosis of bearing is usually performed by means of vibration signal analysis, which are further divided into traditional analysis methods and machine learning based analysis methods. Traditional methods rely on expert knowledge, which makes it difficult to extract fault features, machine learning methods rely on huge volumes of data and need to eliminate the distraction of surrounding noise. This paper proposes a fault diagnosis method based on wavelet transform and deep residual shrinkage network. Firstly, transform the vibration signal into wavelet time-frequency map by wavelet transform method, and then expand data set by augment to create enough training samples, next, build a deep residual shrinkage network, and train the model for fault classification, thus implement the fault diagnosis task. Experiment shows that the accuracy of this model is superior to other comparable models, which reached 99.3% in low-noise environment, and 93.6% in high-noise environment. © 2022 IEEE.

The paper presents a solution for an irrigation controller based on the fuzzy-logic methodology. First, it describes the general problem of irrigation. Then, it discusses the physical control model. The precious irrigation is great significance for arid and semiarid area. In this paper, a fuzzy control algorithm was proposed to make an optimal irrigation strategy based on the actual measured soil humidity. In this paper, the fuzzy control algorithm was introduced in detail which included the setting of input and output, the selection of membership function and the setting of fuzzy rules. Following the discussion and the formal presentation of the fuzzy controller, the paper provide examples that will show the simplicity in designing and constructing such a system and other advantages of using fuzzy logic in the feedback control problem. © 2023, Politechnica University of Bucharest. In the realm of e-commerce customer support, the adoption of chatbots is on the rise, driven by a quest for heightened user interactions. This study introduces an inventive approach harnessing the advanced capabilities of GPT-4 to construct chatbot interfaces that are both context-aware and personalized. The main aim of this work is to revolutionize ecommerce customer support by developing intelligent and adaptable chatbot interfaces that are context-aware, personalized, and significantly enhance user experiences. Existing chatbot models struggle with context retention and personalization, limiting effectiveness in dynamic e-commerce environments despite the promise of automation. This innovative approach leverages GPT-4's robust language processing, integrating it with user profiling systems for personalized responses grounded in user preferences and historical interactions. The method gives, diverse e-commerce dataset undergoes collection and pre-processing, followed by fine-tuning GPT-4 with an emphasis on context-awareness and personalized responses. The model is seamlessly integrated with e-commerce backend systems for real-time information, multimodal input support caters to varied user preferences. Results exhibit a significant 95% accuracy improvement, affirming the chatbot's enhanced ability to comprehend user queries. By integrating personalization and advanced context retention, this study enhances user engagement, paving way for revolutionary intelligent and adaptable chatbot interfaces in ecommerce customer support. © 2024 IEEE.

The integration of electric vehicles (EVs) into power grids presents a significant challenge for sustainability due to their dynamic charging demands and the need to accommodate renewable energy sources. Existing optimization methods often fail to adequately address the complexity of this problem. In this study, propose a novel approach that combines Sine Hunter-Prey Optimization (SHPO) with Gated Recurrent Units (GRUs) to dynamically optimize EV charging for sustainable power grid operation. Traditional optimization methods struggle to capture the nonlinear and time-varying nature of EV charging demands and renewable energy availability. To overcome this limitation, SHPO's ability to efficiently explore complex solution spaces and GRUs' capability to model temporal dependencies in sequential data. This proposed method optimizes EV charging schedules by considering grid stability, renewable energy utilization, and cost minimization. Validating the approach using historical data on EV charging patterns, renewable energy generation, and grid conditions. Performance metrics include grid stability indices, renewable energy integration rates, and cost savings compared to baseline strategies. Experimental results demonstrate that the method outperforms traditional optimization techniques, leading to more sustainable and resilient power grid operation with 92% stability. Overall, this study contributes to advancing the modern methods in dynamic optimization of EV charging, paving the way for more sustainable transportation and energy systems. © 2024 IEEE.
