Autonomy in the operation of collectives of Unmanned Aerial Vehicles for the execution of complex applications and missions including monitoring, surveillance, delivery of essential and critical supplies, communications network operation and many others, can be desired for several essential reasons, including resource and cost efficiency, responsiveness to situations and events, reliability and other factors. In this work, we addressed the problem of ensuring reliable and seamless coordination in autonomous operation of a group of autonomous UAVs. Based on relevant examples, key requirements for the functions and protocols of exchanging information in an autonomous aerial group were discussed and formulated. The results can be instrumental in the design and development of practical autonomous unmanned aerial systems. © 2023 IEEE.

Profiling and geographical distribution of seed oil content of sunflower in Ukraine

The sunflower has the potential to be a highly competitive crop owing to its diversity market and the valuable oil it ***,the amount of sunflower seed oil-a key factor for the crushing industry-is affected by genotype and environment,which sometimes is difficult to *** paper analyzes the theoretical principles of sunflower growth in Ukraine,highlights the current trends in the sowing of this crop,the influence of climatic factors of the environment on the prospects of the oilseed sunflower *** results of the research are presented for 3 years(2014-2016),during the authors conducted a grain quality observatory at the regional level,taking into account the climatic conditions of sunflower growth in different natural zones of Ukraine(from 45to 51north latitude and from 22to 37east longitude).Additionally,the research includes the coefficient of significance of the deviation from long-term climatic indicators,which makes it possible to forecast sunflower yield in the *** analyzed data was obtained from the commercial fields with a minimum area of 40 ha in all Ukrainian regions except Crimea peninsula,Donetsk and Luhansk *** results obtained in research show the great diversity of oil content index as per both latitude and longitude *** we consider the entire country,this survey shows that the seed oil content can change dramatically from year to year:e.g.47.5%in one year versus 45.7%in another ***,these changes have a completely different dynamic with a gradual decrease in seed oil content in the southern part of the *** main goal of the research was to identify the best sunflower growing areas in Ukraine according to the oil content index.

The paper presents a study of the effectiveness of software from the point of view of minimizing the energy consumption of microprocessor devices. In this case, the programming of the microcontroller in various programming languages for arithmetic operations, as well as data output through the port, is considered. The publication is devoted to methods of analysis of modes of operation of electrical devices. Based on the unity of all physical processes of such devices, the principle of using a single mathematical apparatus to study their electromagnetic processes. The task of analysis of any electromagnetic device consists of four interrelated stages: calculation of transients and steady-state processes, determination of static stability and analysis of parametric sensitivity. Only the first of them is solved in the time domain, the rest - in the timeless. © 2022 IEEE.

The article is devoted to the develop of the design procedure static mode characteristics of the resonant converters power circuits. Here the idealized converters with a serial resonant circuit with various combinations of connected voltage sources are used for the analysis. The core of the proposed design procedure assumes the superimposing the current components of the converter resonant circuit caused by each voltage source separately. As shown in the article, the procedure allows obtaining expressions for calculating the stationary current of the converter circuit. Using the obtained expressions, the static characteristics of the resonant converter with two voltage sources connected to the resonant circuit are calculated. © 2021 IEEE.

The dependences of the inverter current on the parameters of the resonant circuit of the high-voltage transformer-less resonant charger of capacitive energy storage device was obtained. Both transformer and transformer-less resonant high-voltage chargers were simulated. A comparison of the inverter switches currents of transformer and transformer-less chargers circuits was performed. The actual advantages of transformer-less charging circuits for high-voltage technologies are determined.

The problem of constructing a mathematical model for the Internet transport protocol based on additive increase and multiplicative decrease in window sizes for receiving a message flow in a router is considered. In the course of the study, a mathematical model of a TCP-friendly protocol was obtained in a new form, represented by a linear regression equation. The adequacy of the model is shown based on the known representation of the transport protocol by the system of differential equations and its representation by units in Simulink Matlab and by comparing the numerical results of the models.

The paper presents a computer wireless fire-fighting system based on the ATmega 328 microcontroller. This system is capable of GSM-sending fire alerts to the user's mobile device, as well as accumulating data in the cloud environment Rightech IoT. The structure of this system based on the principle of modularity and its schematic diagram were considered. The means of algorithmic and software implementation are described and the operation of the system is checked in practice.

The article analyzes the influence of the coupling coefficient of the transformer windings on the output characteristics of the resonant flyback converter intended for use in applications for the implementation of contactless power transmission. Expressions for the theoretical calculation of the dependences of the output characteristics of the converter on the coupling coefficient have been obtained. The coupling coefficient has been calculated for the L-shaped transformer replacement circuit of the flyback resonant converter. A simulation experiment of the wireless capacitor charging using the flyback resonant converter has been carried out. Its results coincide with the theoretical ones. It has been established that during the flyback converter design., it is most appropriate to use an L-shaped transformer replacement circuit., which causes the difference between theoretical and experimental results within 2%. © 2022 IEEE.

A discrete dynamic model of a double-circuit resonant converter with a synchronous rectifier is constructed. The discrete transfer function of the resonant converter for the counter oscillations was determined. Simulation modeling of the considered converter was carried out for comparison the experimental results with the theoretical study results.
