The dependences of the charging time of the capacitive energy storage device to the specified voltage and power of the inverter high-voltage transformer-less resonant charger of the capacitive energy storage on the resonant frequency were obtained. The obtained dependences made it possible to substantiate the frequency range for which the greatest power of the high-voltage resonant charger of the capacitive energy storage device at the constant charging current will be provided. Simulation of the charging process of capacitive energy storage with high-voltage transformer-less resonant charger was performed.

Authors have developed a method of control over one of the main technological processes of manufacturing foil solar panels, i.e., burning tracks in the layers of semiconductor material and insulation. The proposed method is based on neural networks trained directly on the control object. This eliminates the laborious process of identifying the parameters of the control object mathematical model and the impact of its error on the training outcomes. To clarify the conditions for optimizing a certain law for generating the control action by neural networks various laws of control have been simulated. It's established that laws of control can be changed according to the current situation of the control object. Simulation outcomes proofed that the most efficient is the system with the PI- controller. © 2020 IEEE.

Autonomy in the operation of collectives of Unmanned Aerial Vehicles for the execution of complex applications and missions including monitoring, surveillance, delivery of essential and critical supplies, communications network operation and many others, can be desired for several essential reasons, including resource and cost efficiency, responsiveness to situations and events, reliability and other factors. In this work, we addressed the problem of ensuring reliable and seamless coordination in autonomous operation of a group of autonomous UAVs. Based on relevant examples, key requirements for the functions and protocols of exchanging information in an autonomous aerial group were discussed and formulated. The results can be instrumental in the design and development of practical autonomous unmanned aerial systems.

The purpose of this study is to solve the urgent problem of constructing infrastructure models of complex information systems and procedures for diagnosing them. Models, methods and information technology of diagnostics of information systems with multilevel structure that allow to identify combinations of hidden malfunctions that lead to their imposition at different levels are describes. The procedure for constructing a generalized intelligent diagnostic model and its individual forms, which reflect the cause and effect relationships between typical combinations of faults and corresponding changes in the values of the controlled parameters of information systems, is described. A method of constructing algebraic forms adequate to intelligent models of diagnostics is developed, which allows to use the algorithm of sequential analysis and screening of variants for the identification of combinations of faults.

The article is devoted to the dependency analysis of the thermoacoustic devices performance from acoustic wave parameters (frequency, pressure magnitude etc.). Detailed study of electroacoustic parameters impact on the overall productivity of loudspeaker driven thermoacoustic systems is given. Authors proposed the structure and algorithm basis of the microprocessor system for automated electroacoustic performance calculation. Proposed by Fusco et al. [1] two sensor method is implemented in digital signal processing algorithm for real-time acoustic power calculation. Synthesized microprocessor system is tested during the experimental research of the loudspeaker driven standing wave thermoacoustic refrigerator performance measurements. Analysis of the results obtained shows that the proposed microprocessor system with implemented data processing algorithm can be used for calculations of the thermoacoustic devices overall efficiency. © 2013 IFSA.

In this paper the approach of automation of control processes of floating docks parameters on the basis of SCADA systems with wireless data transmission is presented. The hierarchical structure of SCADA system for floating docks docking operations, which has the decentralized information processing as well as individual software and hardware components, is given. The specialized human-machine interface for visual display of functioning of the floating docks docking operations SCADA system is designed. The efficiency of the proposed SCADA system is tested on the developed experimental stand.

The article deals with the problem of controlling the multi-agent system that consists of n UAVs moving in environment with obstacles. One of UAVs is an agent-leader and the others are agent-members. Behavior of an agents group in dynamic environment is considered as aggregation. This task supposes describing UAVs group movement as integrator of the second order, and each agent has information about others. Bypass obstacles and avoidance of collision is the main problem of this paper. Therefore we are considering movement of agents group in potential field, which includes two components: attractive and repulsing. The movement law is only known for agent-leader and agent-members that follow him in potential field. Simulation demonstrates main result of proposed approach.

The paper presents a study of the effectiveness of software from the point of view of minimizing the energy consumption of microprocessor devices. In this case, the programming of the microcontroller in various programming languages for arithmetic operations, as well as data output through the port, is considered. In the course of the tests, the peculiarities of the application of this or that program and their operation, taking into account the energy saving of the microcontroller, are noted.

Identification of the oculo-motor system based on the Volterra model using eye tracking technology

Instrumental algorithmic and software tools for constructing a nonparametric dynamic model of the human oculo-motor system (OMS) based on its inertial and nonlinear properties are developed in the paper on the basis of the experimental studies data of «input-output» in the form of the Volterra model. Taking into account the specificity of the object investigated, test multistage signals (visual stimulus) were used for identification. Based on the experimental data obtained using the developed computational algorithms and data processing software, a nonparametric dynamic model of OMS in the form of a transition function and transition functions of the 2nd and 3rd orders is constructed. Verification of the constructed model showed its adequacy to the object investigated – a practical coincidence (within the acceptable error) of the object and model feedback for the same test effect.
