Universities can employ information technology as one means of achieving their goals and objectives. Universities can get advantages from information technology, such as effective resource management and information management for decision-making. However, don't forget that the campus must consider what technology is appropriate to assist them achieve their goals, particularly in the current industrial era 4.0 where technology is available with many different choices. The campus requires an enterprise architecture in order to design, manage, and coordinate information technology infrastructure, applications, and processes strategically and thoroughly. The adoption of enterprise information system architecture (EA) is also intended to improve the quality of services provided to internal and external stakeholders. In this case, Enterprise Architecture can help an organization to match its information technology resources with business processes and strategies to achieve their goals. This research was conducted using TOGAF ADM, also known as the Open Group Architecture Framework Architecture Development Method. This method offers best practices for creating enterprise architecture and emphasizes several steps that include creating an architectural vision, information systems, business architecture modeling to help XYZ campus manage all their information technology. © 2023 IEEE.

Hypertension is a noncommunicable disease (NCD) that causes global concern, high costs and a high number of deaths. Internet of Things, Ubiquitous computing, and Cloud computing enable the development of systems for remote and real-time monitoring of patients affected with NCDs like hypertension. This paper reports on a system for monitoring hypertension patients that was built by employing these techniques. This system allows the vital signs of a patient (blood pressure, heart rate, body temperature) to be captured via sensors built in a wearable device similar to a wristwatch. These signals are transmitted to the patient's mobile device for processing, and the generated clinical data are sent to the cloud to be properly presented and analysed by the health professionals responsible for the patient. To deal with semantic interoperability issues that arise when multiple different devices and system components must interoperate, a semantic model was conceived for this system in terms of ontologies for diseases and devices. This paper also presents the semantic module that we developed and implemented in the cloud to perform reasoning based on this model, demonstrating the potential benefits of incorporating semantic technologies in our system. Indonesia has the largest number of people that are active in social media and Indonesia is a country with the most social media users in the world. Social media in general is used to socialize (relate, both, personally, in groups and so on) between users. The users of social media in Indonesia already has reached 160 million in January 2020. and this number of social media users in Indonesia increased up to 12 million (8.1%) from April 2019 to January 2020. Firstly, social media was used by users to connect with each other through community. However, now social media is not only used as a means of virtual community for interaction but is also used as a channel for doing business. There are still many people who do not realize that social media has the advantage of being a very efficient and effective business, and many company that still confused about to choose which social media platform that suitable with their business promotion. Therefore, we want to show and tell them one of the advantages of social media in the field of promotion. Based on the surveys, there are four most popular social media in Indonesia such as YouTube, WhatsApp, Facebook, and Instagram. However, there still very few studies can be found to understand that social media is effective or not for business promotion. For this reason, this article will examine the advantages that social media have that can support business promotion. This article will utilize the questioners method to assess the important factors of social media users such as user satisfaction factors in using social media and what social media are often used by user to promote their business. Recent advancements in on-demand multimedia streaming have revealed the potential of this business model, driven by the convenience of accessing content anytime and anywhere. However, delivering a seamless user experience remains challenging due to the demanding nature of audiovisual streams, despite significant resource allocation. A promising solution involves using load balancers to distribute workloads evenly among processing units. This study proposes optimizing the processing and transmission resources by means of Software-Defined Networks (SDN). By continuously monitoring performance metrics like CPU usage and throughput, the SDN network controller determines the best server for handling new connections, even allowing seamless server migration during playback. The results show up to 80% faster response times and more consistent video quality, with reduced latency and uninterrupted playback. The approach also confirms the feasibility of SDN in streaming services, providing a foundation for future network improvements.

This paper explores the development of a multilabel machine learning system for predicting both gender and age from human gait patterns. Gait analysis, a non-intrusive method of identifying subtle nuances in human movement, has proven to be a rich source of information related to demographic characteristics. The research extends beyond traditional single-label classification approaches, adopting a multilabel framework to simultaneously predict gender and age *** study evaluates various multilabel machine learning algorithms, with the Random k-labeLsets (RAKEL) algorithm demonstrating superior performance in predicting gender and age labels from human gait datasets. The accuracy of the algorithm can reach up to 87%. We also compared the multilabel approach with several multiclass algorithms such as Decision Tree, Random Forest, Gradient Boosting, K-Neighbors and XGBoost. However, when we also considering the training time, Classifier Chain algorithm showed the best trade off with the accuracy of 86% and the training time is twice faster than the RAKEL algorithm. © 2024 IEEE.

Over the last decades, there has been growing interest in research in multiple and interdisciplinary fields of human-AI computing. In particular, approaches integrating the intersecting design with reinforcement learning (RL) have received more attention. However, the current research on RL may need to consider its enhancement from a humaninspired approach further. In the present work, we focus on enabling a meta-reinforcement learning (meta-RL) agent to achieve adaptation and generalization according to modeling Markov decision processes using Bayesian knowledge and analysis. By introducing a novel framework called human-inspired meta-RL (HMRL), we incorporate the agent performing resilient actions to leverage the dynamic dense reward based on the knowledge and prediction of a Bayesian analysis. The proposed framework can make the agent learn generalization and prevent the agent from failing catastrophically. The experimental results show that our approach helps the agent reduce computational costs with learning adaptation. Finally, we conclude and anticipate that integrating human-inspired meta-RL can enable learning more formulations relating to robustness and scalability, leading to promising directions and more complex AI goals in the future. © 2023 IEEE.

Circular dichroism(CD)spectroscopy has been widely demonstrated for detecting chiral ***,the determination of chiral mixtures with various concentrations and enantiomeric ratios can be a challenging *** solve this problem,we report an enhanced vibrational circular dichroism(VCD)sensing platform based on plasmonic chiral metamaterials,which presents a 6-magnitude signal enhancement with a selectivity of chiral *** by coupled-mode theory,we leverage both in-plane and out-of-plane symmetry-breaking structures for chiral metamaterial design enabled by a two-step lithography process,which increases the near-field coupling strengths and varies the ratio between absorption and radiation loss,resulting in improved chiral light-matter interaction and enhanced molecular VCD ***,we demonstrate the thin-film sensing process of BSA andβ-lactoglobulin proteins,which contain secondary structures a-helix andβ-sheet and achieve a limit of detection down to zeptomole ***,we also,for the first time,explore the potential of enhanced VCD spectroscopy by demonstrating a selective sensing process of chiral mixtures,where the mixing ratio can be successfully differentiated with our proposed chiral *** findings improve the sensing signal of molecules and expand the extractable information,paving the way toward label-free,compact,small-volume chiral molecule detection for stereochemical and clinical diagnosisapplications.

The use of technology nowadays does not feel strange. Social media is a tool that can be used by people to become with each other by creating, sharing, and exchanging information virtually through a network. However, in the current era, the notion of social media is not only about exchanging information, but also to support business products. The problem is how to compete tightly in this modern era in increasing the selling value of business products. The positive impact of social media for sales in business products are huge such as, increase sales, increase product promotion, greater market distribution. On the other side, the negative impact also takes part such as, the more competitors, the products compete fiercely in the market. This research aims to identify more the impact of social media on sales of business products that focused on business, benefit, and factor. The research method that we used is quantitative which focuses on the number of samples of respondents to support the research results and the results are in the form of a graphic that shows the answers of the respondents to the questionnaire. © 2023 IEEE.

Despite an emerging interest in fluid manipulation within confined environment such as biological cells and micro-scale biomimics, remotely controllable micro-scale flow remains unexplored. However, intracellular microfluidics is not compatible with established top-down microfluidic methods because of limited accessibility. Here, we demonstrate photoresponsive DNA fluid, condensate of DNA nanostructures (DNA motifs), as a versatile mechanistic tool for the remote control of microflow. Insertion site of azobenzene, introduced for photocontrollability, determines an extent of dynamic shift in binding enthalpy between DNA motifs, providing the underpinning mechanism for drastic and facile flow-mode switching. © 2022 MicroTAS 2022 - 26th International Conference on Miniaturized Systems for Chemistry and Life sciences.
