Posture monitoring has emerged as a critical area of research and application, particularly considering increasing concerns about musculoskeletal disorders and their association with prolonged sitting and poor ergonomic practices. This study investigates the importance of posture monitoring and classification using a comprehensive dataset that includes demographic, and physiological, variables such as age, height, activity level, pain indicators, and personality traits. A pressure mapping system was used to gather data and various AI algorithms were applied to classify in-bed posture using the mined features of the dataset. With different in-bed postures, the study reached high classification accuracy. The performance of these algorithms was then evaluated with machine learning algorithms on the posture dataset. A dataset for posture monitoring and classification study is introduced for accurate and reliable monitoring and classification of these modern health and well-being issues. Relations between features and posture types are identified through the analysis and preprocessing of the dataset. We implemented the classification model using machine learning algorithms and evaluated the model performance evaluation using standard metrics like accuracy, precision, recall, and F1 Score. This paper details current posture assessment methods, providing an overview as well as a background for postural health management and ergonomic solutions. This study aims to propose an implementable posture classification model for a comprehensive assessment of body posture that may help bedridden patients have better health control and a better quality of life. The influence of advanced technologies, especially artificial intelligence (AI), on the higher education sector is considerable and cannot be overlooked. It has been found out that this technology is beneficial both for tutors and students during the process of teaching and learning respectively. The primary issue that needs to be dealt with is the lack of personalized educational recommendations that would suit the specific needs, the modes of learning and the level of achievement of each particular learner. In most cases, academic institutions of a classical type offer standardized methods, which may, however, result to some students lagging behind or failing to cope with their study problems. The aimis to develop innovative systems for educational assistance based on AI technologies to solve particular issues like diversity in learning strategies and pace among learners and to ensure that a range of approaches are employed to elevate their learning experience. The system must adapt the teaching and the materials used, to the preferred way and rate of the student. In this particular research, a qualitative approach was adopted to engage in an extensive literature review of the broad field of educational psychology, adaptive learning systems, educational AI, and learning personalization. Examine the research and technological gaps which are the foundation of the proposed system. This research starts with issues of human operations in hazardous environments and the need for robots capable of handling such issues, then introduces the main concept a six legged robot, inspired by the biological structure and movement of spiders, designed and fabricated using 3d printing technology. This research is focused on the development and evaluation of a bio inspired hexapod mobile robot for mapping and exploration in hazardous environments. It incorporates slam technology, with a view to creating an accurate map in complex and hazardous terrains using the hector slam mapping tool. The results obtained show that the walking speed of the robot on flat surfaces is 4.8 cm/s and on uneven terrains, it walks at a speed of 4.2 cm/s with mapping accuracy of about 83%. Additionally, the robot's stability was confirmed through torque tests, showing that the motors could handle the required load, maintaining balance even under additional weight. This study concludes that the spider inspired hexapod robot is a viable solution for autonomous exploration in hazardous environments, offering significant potential for applications in search and rescue operations, disaster recovery, and inspection of dangerous sites.
