Quantum computing is progressing at a fast rate and there is a real threat that classical cryptographic methods can be compromised and therefore impact the security of blockchain networks. All of the ways used to secure blockchain like Rivest–Shamir–Adleman (RSA), Elliptic Curve Cryptography (ECC) and Secure Hash Algorithm 256-bit (SHA256) are the characteristic of the traditional cryptographic techniques vulnerable to attack by quantum algorithms: Shor’s and Grover’s algorithms: can efficiently break asymmetric encryption and speed up brute force attacks. Because of this vulnerability, there exists a need to develop an advance quantum resilient blockchain framework to protect the decentralized ledgers from the future threats of the quantum. This research proposes Post-Quantum Cryptography (PQC), Quantum Key Distribution (QKD) and Quantum Random Number Generation (QRNG) as a formidable architectural integration, to fortify security of blockchain. Classical encryption is replaced with PQC, QKD with secure key exchange by detecting eavesdropping, and QRNG with improving cryptographic randomness to remove the predictable key vulnerability. Only with a small loss of transaction efficiency, we increase transaction encryption accuracy, key exchange security, and resistance to quantum attacks. In this quantum enhanced blockchain design, the idea is to preserve the decentralization, transparency and security and at the same time overcome the future quantum threat. By going through rigorous analysis and comparative evaluation, we demonstrate that the approach saves blockchain networks from the emerging quantum risks to make sure that the decentralized finance, smart contracts and cross chain transactions. © (2025), (Science and Information Organization). Gas turbine health management is of great significant for enhancing flight safety and reducing maintenance costs. Based on the architecture of gas turbine fault identification system, a multi-arm spiral microphone array with high positioning accuracy, high beam resolution, and strong anti-interference capability is designed in this paper with simulation and experiment. On this basis, by utilizing multi-channel acoustic digital acquisition and analysis equipment, high-precision, wide dynamic range, and high-real-time acquisition of audio data from the combustion chamber of gas turbines are achieved. An audio data analysis strategy based on feature extraction and an autoencoder network construction strategy are proposed, fulfilling the imaging of audio data from the combustion chamber of gas turbines, which can effectively identify gas turbine faults. Experiments conducted on the platform of the multi-arm spiral microphone array indecates that the proposed fault detection strategy has an accuracy rate of over 98%. This is of great theoretical significance and practical value for enhancing the level of gas turbine fault detection, and improving the performance, reliability, and lifespan of gas turbine systems. © The Institution of Engineering & Technology 2024.

Interaction-Aware Gaussian Weighting for Clustered Federated Learning

Federated Learning (FL) emerged as a decentralized paradigm to train models while preserving privacy. However, conventional FL struggles with data heterogeneity and class imbalance, which degrade model performance. Clustered FL balances personalization and decentralized training by grouping clients with analogous data distributions, enabling improved accuracy while adhering to privacy constraints. This approach effectively mitigates the adverse impact of heterogeneity in FL. In this work, we propose a novel clustered FL method, FedGWC (Federated Gaussian Weighting Clustering), which groups clients based on their data distribution, allowing training of a more robust and personalized model on the identified clusters. FedGWC identifies homogeneous clusters by transforming individual empirical losses to model client interactions with a Gaussian reward mechanism. Additionally, we introduce the Wasserstein Adjusted Score, a new clustering metric for FL to evaluate cluster cohesion with respect to the individual class distribution. Our experiments on benchmark datasets show that FedGWC outperforms existing FL algorithms in cluster quality and classification accuracy, validating the efficacy of our approach. © 2025, CC BY.

FPGA was a programmable chip with powerful high parallel computing capabilities. Through the FPAG&ARM collaborative processing of neural networks, it can improve computing efficiency and reduce energy consumption. Aiming at a large number of matrix operation problems involved in the AlexNet network, this paper uses the OPENBLAS acceleration algorithm to optimize the matrix operation, and proposes a research and implementation of an embedded image classification method based on ZYNQ. This paper uses FPGA to realize the real-time image acquisition, takes the acquired image as the input of the convolutional neural network model, uses the AlexNet network on the ARM side to realize the classification of the image, and finally deploys the neural network model to the ZYNQ-7000 platform. The experimental results show that in the case of ensuring that the accuracy is not reduced during the image classification process, compared with using the AlexNet network to achieve image classification in 23.4s, using the OPENBLAS acceleration algorithm to accelerate the matrix calculation in the AlexNet network, the image classification consumes time is about 4.5s, and the classification performance has been improved by nearly 5.2 time. © 2022 IEEE.

The paper deals with complementary changes in scientific research and real economy (exemplified by the farming industry) taking place when using the holistic approach to the industry”s digital transformation resulting in the appearance of precise agrarian technologies that require a comprehensive., system-based combination of research and production resources that are able to ensure increased productivity in the industry. We demonstrate that among these new technologies, the artificial intelligence methods have a special significance. They have to, however, go through integration transformations to become standards for the proposed common digital farming management platform.

The efficient task offloading and scheduling mechanisms in fog computing networks can significantly enhance the service quality for IoT applications. However, a fundamental problem in this domain lies in determining the optimal number of fog nodes and selecting the most suitable offloading nodes. In this paper, we introduce a novel approach to address this issue by proposing a method to accurately estimate the required number of fog nodes while ensuring network stability. Meanwhile, we also delve into the tradeoffs involved in offloading tasks to nearby fog nodes versus remote fog nodes to delineate the network capacity region. Then, we establish a lower bound on the number of tasks that should be offloaded to remote fog nodes, considering both task execution times and their associated delay-deadlines. Finally, the simulation results show the efficacy of our proposed method in upholding network stability.

Aiming at the complex problem of parameter tuning of fractional order PID controller, an improved sparrow search algorithm(ISSA) is proposed for parameter tuning. The elite reverse learning is used to initialize the population and improve the iterative process. At the same time, the random walk mechanism is introduced and the conversion probability P is set so that they can be executed alternately. Optimize the 10 benchmark functions and the results indicate that ISSA improves the convergence accuracy, convergence speed and global search ability. Finally, two kinds of control systems are simulated. Compare with the existing results, the optimization and effectiveness of parameter tuning of FOPID controller based on ISSA are verified. © 2022 IEEE.

A control Barrier Function Approach for Observer-based Visually Safe Pursuit control with Spherical Obstacles*

Pursuing a target in the presence of obstacles requires that an autonomous mobile robot keeps sight of the target in a way robust to the target's unknown behavior. This paper presents visually safe pursuit control, which keeps a target with the unknown motion inside the camera's field of view while preventing occlusion caused by spherical obstacles. Framed as forward invariance of sets in the SE(3) state space, visual safety is ensured by the control Barrier Functions (CBFs) approach. Concretely, by showing the Input-to-State stability of the vision-based observer that estimates the target's motion, we design safety certificates for visual safety that accommodate uncertainties in the target's motion. This enables us to synthesize a safe controller as a Quadratic Programming problem. Finally, the theoretical results are verified via a simulation of a visual pursuit scenario.

High-resolution angle-resolved photoemission measurements were taken on FeSe;S;(x=0,0.04,and 0.08)*** an ultrahigh energy resolution of 0.4 meV,unusual two hole bands near the Brillouin-zone center,which was possibly a result of additional symmetry breaking,were identified in all the sulfur-substituted *** addition,in both of the hole bands highly anisotropic superconducting gaps with resolution limited nodes were *** find that the larger superconducting gap on the outer hole band is reduced linearly to the nematic transition temperature while the gap on the inner hole is nearly S-substitution *** observations strongly suggest that the superconducting gap increases with enhanced nematicity although the superconducting transition temperature is not only governed by the pairing strength,demonstrating strong constraints on theories in the FeSe family.

This paper presents three relatively effective numerical algorithms,i.e.,94 LVI algorithms of OIpU(one-iteration-perupdate) type,to handle time-dependent QP(quadratic programming) problems subject to two constraints respectively(i.e.,equality and inequality constraints,equality and bound constraints,or inequality and bound constraints).Specifically,two "bridges" play essential parts of the methods(i.e.,the first "bridge" makes a QP problem convert to an LVI [linear variational inequality],and the second "bridge" makes the LVI convert to a PLPE [piecewise-linear projection equation]).On the basis of the standard94 LVI algorithm,the methods only update once through the solution of the previous sampling time ***,we conduct a number of experiments to substantiate the three algorithms respectively,which use exponential functions,log functions,and trigonometric functions in corresponding coefficients of the experimental examples.
