High-resolution point clouds (HRPCD) anomaly detection (AD) plays a critical role in precision machining and high-end equipment manufacturing. Despite considerable 3D-AD methods that have been proposed recently, they still cannot meet the requirements of the HRPCD-AD task. There are several challenges: i) It is difficult to directly capture HRPCD information due to large amounts of points at the sample level;ii) The advanced transformer-based methods usually obtain anisotropic features, leading to degradation of the representation;iii) The proportion of abnormal areas is very small, which makes it difficult to characterize. To address these challenges, we propose a novel group-level feature-based network, called Group3AD, which has a significantly efficient representation ability. First, we design an Intercluster Uniformity Network (IUN) to present the mapping of different groups in the feature space as several clusters, and obtain a more uniform distribution between clusters representing different parts of the point clouds in the feature space. Then, an Intracluster Alignment Network (IAN) is designed to encourage groups within the cluster to be distributed tightly in the feature space. In addition, we propose an Adaptive Group-Center Selection (AGCS) based on geometric information to improve the pixel density of potential anomalous regions during inference. The experimental results verify the effectiveness of our proposed Group3AD, which surpasses Reg3D-AD by the margin of 5% in terms of object-level AUROC on Real3D-AD. Recent years have witnessed significant advances in graph contrastive learning (GCL), while most GCL models use graph neural networks as encoders based on supervised learning. In this work, we propose a novel graph learning model called GraphTL, which explores self-supervised teaching and learning of representations on graphs. One critical objective of GCL is to retain original graph information. For this purpose, we design an encoder based on the idea of unsupervised dimensionality reduction of locally linear embedding (LLE). Specifically, we map one iteration of the LLE to one layer of the network. To guide the encoder to better retain the original graph information, we propose an unbalanced contrastive model consisting of two views, which are the learning view and the teaching view, respectively. Furthermore, we consider the nodes that are identical in muti-views as positive node pairs, and design the node similarity scorer so that the model can select positive samples of a target node. Extensive experiments have been conducted over multiple datasets to evaluate the performance of GraphTL in comparison with baseline models. Results demonstrate that GraphTL can reduce distances between similar nodes while preserving network topological and feature information, yielding better performance in node classification. © 2023 ACM.

A machine learning-based e-commerce personalised recommendation system helps address the issue of information overload that inevitably arises when consumers have more and more options in e-commerce, leading to an increasingly complex structure. Customer segmentation is a crucial component of contemporary marketing strategy since it enables companies to effectively adjust their advertising campaigns and customise their communications with customers. Through the analysis of enormous quantities of consumer behaviour data and the discovery of trends that can be utilised for dividing customers into segments, ML algorithms provide a potent tool for automating the procedure of customer segmentation. We report our research and results for identifying a customer's segment. In order to perform machine learning, we integrate the Python Tensorflow library with Pandas for manipulating data frames. To address any discrepancies or gaps in the collected client data, it is refined. Key features are found, and to find hidden patterns and relationships, an exploratory analysis of the data is done. After that, we decide on a suitable machine learning technique to divide the clientele into various groups. We also experiment with several clustering models, including conventional machine learning techniques.

Power analysis methods are commonly used for evaluating the security of cryptographic *** are characteristically low-cost and display a high success rate and the ability to obtain important device information, e.g., keys. Given the current wide application of deep-learning technology, there is a growing tendency to incorporate power-analysis technology in *** study investigates non-profiled deep-learning-based power analysis. The labels used in this attack are uncertain,and the attack conditions required are greatly reduced. We choose the Recurrent neural network(RNN), multilayer perceptron, and convolutional neural network algorithms,which use the same network structure, to recover the keys for the SM4 software and DES hardware *** propose combining the RNN algorithm with power analysis, and validate the benefits experimentally. The experimental results show that they all successfully recover the correct key for the SM4 software implementation,although the RNN algorithm by itself achieves a better effect. This conclusion also applies to attacks on the DES hardware implementation but is limited to labels based on the bit model.

Federated learning, as a distributed machine learning paradigm, offers promising solutions for vehicular edge computing (VEC) networks. However, federated learning in VEC with classification tasks still faces two key challenges: i) Delayed data labeling hampers supervised training; ii) Dynamic vehicle behavior complicates training scheduling and model uploads to edge servers. In this paper, we propose a semi-asynchronous federated learning algorithm for VEC. Specifically, it utilizes knowledge distillation to generate soft labels from raw data for supervised training, and estimates model training and uploading time through trajectory prediction. We further logically group vehicles based on the characteristics of their dynamic behavior. We then employ synchronous aggregation within groups and asynchronous aggregation between groups to optimize model performance while reducing latency. Finally, we conduct separate comparative experiments for all components, demonstrating that each component possesses unique advantages. Experiment results show that the proposed algorithm outperforms existing schemes in terms of accuracy and latency. The code is available at: https://***/dyxcode/Semi-Asynchronous-Federated-Learning.

Deep learning has been proved to achieve excellent results in various fields, and appropriate network architecture and sufficient data play an important role. Due to the high cost of annotation for the task of object detection, domain adaptation methods have been introduced in this field. But these methods are based on the rigid network architecture and bound to the input dimension of the adaptive module, which is not only difficult to better balance accuracy and speed of detection model, but also can not use the multi-scale training method, resulting in the reduction of the application scenario of the model. Inspired by this problem, we propose a new object detection method based on multi-scale adversarial domain adaptation and network architecture search. An evolutionary algorithm is adopted to help search the network architecture to balance accuracy and speed. The ability of domain adaptation can also be effectively improved by the searched architecture. The experimental results have demonstrated the significant improvement that benefited from the framework in terms of its performance and computational efficiency in solving unlabeled object detection. © 2022 IEEE.

3D anomaly detection has recently become a significant focus in computer vision. Several advanced methods have achieved satisfying anomaly detection performance. However, they typically concentrate on the external structure of 3D samples and struggle to leverage the internal information embedded within samples. Inspired by the basic intuition of why not look inside for more, we introduce a straightforward method named Internal Spatial Modality Perception (ISMP) to explore the feature representation from internal views fully. Specifically, our proposed ISMP consists of a critical perception module, Spatial Insight Engine (SIE), which abstracts complex internal information of point clouds into essential global features. Besides, to better align structural information with point data, we propose an enhanced key point feature extraction module for amplifying spatial structure feature representation. Simultaneously, a novel feature filtering module is incorporated to reduce noise and redundant features for further aligning precise spatial structure. Extensive experiments validate the effectiveness of our proposed method, achieving object-level and pixel-level AUROC improvements of 4.2% and 13.1%, respectively, on the Real3D-AD benchmarks. Code smells can be detected using tools such as a static analyzer that detects code smells based on source code metrics. Developers perform refactoring activities based on the result of such detection tools to improve source code quality. However, such an approach can be considered as reactive refactoring, i.e., developers react to code smells after they occur. This means that developers first suffer the effects of low-quality source code before they start solving code smells. In this study, we focus on proactive refactoring, i.e., refactoring source code before it becomes smelly. This approach would allow developers to maintain source code quality without having to suffer the impact of code smells. To support the proactive refactoring process, we propose a technique to detect decaying modules, which are non-smelly modules that are about to become smelly. We present empirical studies on open source projects with the aim of studying the characteristics of decaying modules. Additionally, to facilitate developers in the refactoring planning process, we perform a study on using a machine learning technique to predict decaying modules and report a factor that contributes most to the performance of the model under consideration. © 2021 The Institute of Electronics.

Next-generation spacecraft developers are earnestly investigating the application of artificial intelligence (AI) algorithms onboard to enable new mission concepts for space exploration and science. However, the current generation of radiation-hardened processors are inferior compared to commercial-off-the-shelf alternatives in terms of the computational performance required by modern AI applications. To address this disparity, space-system designers have started employing novel radiation-tolerant architectures combining both commercial and radiation-hardened components to mitigate radiation effects at a system level. Unfortunately, developing single-board computers with radiation-tolerant, high-performance processors is challenging because designers must balance the sparce selection of radiation-hardened power converters and high-reliability decoupling capacitors with SmallSat/CubeSat area constraints and limited thermal conduction. Consequently, the next-generation of space processors, including the AMD-Xilinx Versal Adaptive Compute Acceleration Platform require demanding power solutions capable of supplying core rails with 0.8V ± 18mV and currents up to 150 A. In this paper, we present a multifaceted analysis of the power system and decoupling network for a future Versal-based design. We developed preliminary power estimates based on expected processor and FPGA resource utilization for common AI processing applications. These estimates drive the power system requirements and a comparative analysis of single-phase integrated converters and multi-phase discrete converters for high-current FPGA supplies. We develop a tradespace between the number of phases, input voltage, load current, switching frequency, power efficiency, and printed circuit board area. Finally, we design and simulate four power delivery networks based on commercial, high-reliability, and flight-qualified capacitors to compare the efficacy of 0201 decoupling capacitors in flight missions.
