This paper proposes the practice of applying the culture of DevOps with machine learning to build and deploy the model rapidly and seamlessly. Without leveraging the power of DevOps and without adopting it, no industry could think of surviving today. Today, industries are dependent on old data and fetching the important data out of it, making models, and training it that help them grow their companies. That practice we call it today is ML. So, there is no possibility of surviving without being quick and ML;however, ML models take time to be developed, so to overcome that issue of time, MLOps plays a vital role today in the industries. Now, they could build it fast and grow fast. The machine learning processes initially seem easy, but if not carefully handled and designed, then creating and deploying such models may lead to huge time loss and resources. Hence, the overall performance of the system would be degraded, as well as the efficiency. This paper presents an applicable model of continuous open-source integration (CI) and continuous delivery (CD) principles and tools to minimize time wastage during system resourcing. Throughout our methodological results, we observed that the model improves the time efficiency, reduces the efforts of data scientists and cost-cutting after avoiding using heavily paid MLOps tools. © 2023, The Author(s), under exclusive license to Springer Nature Singapore Pte Ltd.

Digital fraud has become a menace in every industry. It is critical for any firm to have a concentrated focus on detecting and preventing fraudulent activities. Security is a priority. The way we communicate has changed dramatically as a result of digitization. A simple click of a mouse, complete our day-to-day transactions. On the other hand, it has created concerns from swindlers who take advantage of absent protections in current financial systems and mimic real customers, undertake time-consuming transactions on their behalf that result in a profit causing financial setbacks to the organizations and customers. Organizations will need to pay attention as a result of this. Its brand value is also affected. Organizations have learned from their mistakes. To prevent fraud and keep ahead of the criminals, it is necessary to maintain a constant focus. It's critical to keep an eye on major trends. We might be able to tell the difference between a legitimate and a fraudulent transaction, obtaining customer data such as geolocation, authentication, and so on, it is possible to keep track of the device's IP address during the session. Machine Learning (ML) will assume a significant part in the future in identifying examples of such frauds consequently. We use algorithms like decision trees, XGBoost, K-NN and others to find an optimal solution for our concerning project. © 2023 IEEE.

IoMT has become an attractive playground for cybercriminals due to its market value and rapid growth. As the amount of sensitive data transmitted across IT infrastructures grows, healthcare organizations and companies that generate wearable data become targets for attackers. Recently, government agencies and healthcare organizations have prioritized collecting this data and using machine learning to protect users’ privacy. In all test cases, the proposed method performed better than any other method, including the IoMT intrusion dataset, with an accuracy increase of 2.9%. It can also monitor IoMT networks within the healthcare and medical environment to protect IoMT devices and networks from attackers. Based on the ECU-IoHT dataset, it achieves 99% performance improvement in accuracy, precision, recall, and F1-score compared with existing anomaly detection models. The proposed model shows higher detection accuracy than the existing latest state-of-arts. IEEE

In today's world, connectivity and performance-driven technology are rapidly advancing each year, and new platforms and mechanisms are being utilized to enhance the security and performance of databases and cloud computing, which are trending in the global market. This examination focused on customer information security in cloud computing, i.e., information stockpiling security issues and how to control unapproved access to data by proposing access control;valuable measures were characterized subsequently, and an entrance control show was prescribed. Cloud computing can be described as an innovation that depends on the web and the sharing of resources. It has an adaptable foundation that customers can use with much of a stretch. With its wide event relationship, there are numerous obstacles to continuing with cloud computing because of security issues, mostly considering customer data security. The proposed study helped hesitant clients sensibly continue forward in the cloud while understanding the dangers of cloud computing. The research objective is to examine the security techniques employed in cloud technology to improve its performance by utilizing data mining within a unified cache system. We will apply the Apriori algorithm as a proposed solution to be used in a single cache while considering the security measures in the cloud. The study expects to apply this method to all cloud providers and vendors by entering data into a single cache mechanism that can be extended into different components and implemented using SPSS modelers to improve the security of the database. © 2024 IEEE.

Leveraging a number of inner capacitors/inductors, hybrid-clamped multilevel converters (MLCs) normally face great challenges among good performance (proper charge/discharge of these devices), high efficiency (maintaining low losses) and high power density (compact profile). On the other hand, these multiple-device energy-processing requirements have been addressed well in some promising multi-port converters (MPCs), and, therefore, inspire us to implement well-developed compact MPCs to facilitate the voltage/current level generation process in hybrid-clamped MLCs. Though recently, some researchers started to integrate active cells into hybrid-clamped MLCs and improve capacitor voltage control and generate extra output levels, the systematic synthesis method is still unclear and rarely discussed in the literature. To address this gap, we propose a systematic synthesis method for those hybrid clamped MLCs that can benefit from embedding well-developed MPCs. The approach can be applied for both voltage-source and current-source hybrid-clamped MLCs, covering emerging MLCs. In particular, we also derived and verified a new mixed hybrid MLC family through an emerging current-fed dual-input isolated multi-port converter. This topology features both current-source and voltage-source benefits and is ideal for future renewable generation integration. © 2023 IEEE.

This study presents a new machine learning model for detecting malware in cloud computing settings called Conjugate Self-Organizing Migration (CSOM), which is based on Z-score. Feature vectors are standardized by the model through the use of Z-score normalization, which improves its flexibility with changing data distributions. By merging self-organizing migratory processes with statistical analysis, the CSOM model effectively reduces the threat of growing malware. Using Z-score normalization to guarantee correct representation of changing data, the imaging approach depicts the cloud environment as a dynamic, self-organizing landscape. Through conjugate migration techniques, the CSOM model dynamically modifies synaptic weights to minimize false positives and enable the identification of tiny fluctuations in harmful actions. The Z-score-based CSOM model is effective in detecting malware at high accuracy rates in a variety of dynamic cloud environments, as demonstrated by the experimental results. The model demonstrates its flexibility in responding to changing cyberthreats with its strong performance in real-world settings. Finally, with its better accuracy and adaptability, the suggested Z-score-based CSOM model offers a potential approach for cloud computing virus detection. In order to handle the constantly shifting environment of cloud-based cyber threats, further research may examine scalability and more refinement. © 2024 IEEE.
