This study proposes methods that can be used to examine and interpret comments that users have made after watching videos on YouTube on a particular topic. YouTube tutorials are very popular among young people. They have become an important pillar in informal education, thus contributing to the rapid acquisition of skills and knowledge. Under these circumstances, we were interested in analysing the YouTube videos comments, knowing that the platform has a continuous increase in popularity, which is also due to the opportunities of sharing them. Since ChatGPT-themed YouTube videos have seen a significant surge in popularity since 2022, we were interested to analyse some videos that approach the topics of 'ChatGPT, AI clone, AI robot and Deep Learning.' © 2024 IEEE.

Droplet-based microfluidics is a device that can process fluids on a micro-scale to be broken down into uniform droplets at a relatively fast rate. The droplet forming process can be done in a T-junction droplet-based microfluidics configuration where a dispersed fluid is injected into a continuous fluid flow to produce dispersed fluid droplets. In general, droplet-based microfluidics research is done using experimental tests which are limited in empirical observation, especially for mass production cases where an optimized design is needed. In this study, a numerical simulation was carried out to replicate the droplet generation in the droplet-based microfluidic device based on three-dimensional (3D) printed resin T-junction geometric scheme. Numerical simulation was carried out in a two-dimensional (2D) simulation using the level-set method (LSM) based on the finite element method (FEM) using computational fluid dynamics (CFD) tools for two-phase flow. Water is used as the dispersed fluid, and silicone oil 350 cp is used as the continuous fluid streamed into microfluidic channels with a height of 0.5 mm and a flow rate of 2.5 ml/hr. This study provides the influence of physical parameters such as the shear stress, pressure, and velocity profile which are evaluated at an evaluation point which directly affects the formation of droplets due to the interaction between two immiscible fluids. In addition, suggestions for future droplet generation simulations in microfluidics simulations are also obtained. © 2023 IEEE.

The paper deals with a new algorithm for controlling a multi-phase buck DC-DC converter. The principle of its control is explained in detail using a flowchart. It is based on the continuous change of the converter topology using the number of its currently controlled phases depending on the size of the input power. In connection with this, its microprocessor control is also mentioned. The whole issue is explained on the design, simulation and measurement of a laboratory sample of a four-phase buck converter. © 2023 IEEE.

This article presents a way to implement a collection of fitness moves on an iCub (Cognitive Universal Body) robot, whose objective is to act as a fitness instructor and interact with humans. Due to the advantages of a simulation medium, the robot is simulated in the Gazebo simulator, on The Construct online platform. The control is done using Robot Operating System (ROS) with PID controllers for the robot joints, with the proportional, integral and derivative parameters tuned using a Genetic Algorithm. The scripts for the collection of moves and the algorithm used to tune the PID controllers are written in Python. © 2023 IEEE.

This study proposes an anti-slip control system for electric trains based on the fuzzy logic theory, which prevents the wheels from slipping during the acceleration and simultaneously tracks the desired speed profile. To improve the control performance, the train longitudinal velocity and the slip ratio are estimated. By using a field-oriented control (FOC), the angular speed of the traction motor is controlled. The fuzzy control system determines the desired angular speed of the traction motor as the reference input of FOC to obtain the desired slip ratio and track the desired speed profile. Simulation results show the effectiveness of the control system in various wheel–rail surface conditions based on the real parameters of ER24PC locomotive. © 2020 Chinese Automatic control Society and John Wiley & Sons Australia, Ltd

An important measure of the success of the expert system’s implementation is its users’ acceptance. An expert system doesn’t have to provide very good conclusions when its use is very complex and time-consuming both in learning and in use. From the user’s point of view, it is important that working with the system is easy and easy to understand. It is appropriate for the system to be able to correct the most common user errors. It is necessary to note that expert systems can also be used for training new experts when workers are familiarized with evaluating input data and the possible conclusions that may result from them with the help of the explanatory mechanism of the system. We cannot get complete information to solve most problems. It remains only to fill in the information data gaps while considering the possibility of error. During processing, the effects of stored knowledge and probabilities are combined. In the post, the main problem was the determined amount of tyres provided to each driver for the race. The work deals with t collecting and processing data on the climate, the type of circuit and the subsequent use of this data in motorsport to reduce the number of tyres provided for the benefit of expert systems. © ICST Institute for Computer Sciences, Social informatics and Telecommunications engineering 2024.

Current trends in the transport industry, in the area of computerization and digitalization, are the use of intelligent sensors for the control of wagons, the control of railway lines, and the automatic control of trains. Emerging solutions seek to combine biometric information, artificial intelligence (UI), and cloud computing. For train operators and railway companies, Internet of Things (IoT) devices enable the implementation of predictive maintenance to monitor any anomalies. Support for developing intelligent systems and their complex solutions is based on information and communication systems and technologies in transport. It is oriented toward the use of a unified system environment for the collection, processing, sharing, distribution, and use of traffic information in specific information and control applications. Augmented reality technology is currently experiencing a significant surge. The potential of AR is immense, and while it may not be as ubiquitous as smartphones, it is rapidly gaining ground. The past decade has seen a remarkable expansion of AR applications, with many industries already leveraging its capabilities. The use of AR is not limited to a few areas but is expanding across various fields, from science to marketing to art. This adaptability across diverse fields reassures us that AR is not just a passing trend but a technology with wide-ranging applications. However, in most of these industries, AR is often only at a theoretical level in development. The use of augmented reality is increasingly important in the production process. However, the linear economy and its current model will not be able to ensure long-term sustainability. It is not appropriate, and above all possible, to increase production from primary sources indefinitely. In some areas, it directly affects the population's life. It brings negative elements, such as climate change, increasing differences between poor and rich regions, and natural disasters with more serious consequences. Emerging problems such as the deterioration of air, soil and water quality directly impact declining human well-being. But there is an economic model in which such non-ecological behaviour and waste of resources do not occur. This model is called a circular economy. The manuscript is focused on applying the circular economy within the enterprises of the Slovak Republic and individual EU states. An important task will be to use the information system and the method for obtaining data and subsequent processing. A properly set up circular economy can minimize the waste of resources, improve the efficiency of their use, reduce g reenhouse gas emissions and contribute to the preservation of biodiversity. © 2023, ICST Institute for Computer Sciences, Social informatics and Telecommunications engineering.

The digitization of technological processes in enterprises is rapidly changing the world of work and requires new and up-to-date solutions in occupational health and safety (OSH). The European Agency for Safety and Health at Work (EU-OSHA) provide information to policymakers, researchers and workers about the possible effects of digitization on OSH, so that they can take timely and effective measures to ensure the safety and protection of workers. Occupational health and safety are often poorly managed in micro and small enterprises, and employees are exposed to a greater risk of workplace injuries and occupational diseases. The paper deals with online monitoring of risk assessment in the injection moulding workplace and is key to creating healthy workplaces. However, conducting a risk assessment can be quite challenging, especially for micro and small businesses that may lack the resources or expertise to do it effectively. © 2023, ICST Institute for Computer Sciences, Social informatics and Telecommunications engineering.
