In the problem of collaborative situational awareness, the single sensor inevitably has random errors, systematic errors, false alarms, and missed alarms. To improve the accuracy of target association in the above cases, this paper proposes an anti-bias target association method based on the Laplacian spectrum and Kuhn-Munkres (KM) algorithm. The main contributions of the paper include addressing the coupling problem between system error calibration and target association through two stages, focusing on the structural characteristics of the target formation in the first stage and the absolute position of the target itself in the second stage. The algorithm takes into account both factors and achieves accurate association under complex errors. The test results demonstrate that the proposed method effectively improves the accuracy of anti-bias target association. © beijing HIWING Scientific and Technological Information institute 2024.

In the process of cooperative guidance for multiple unpowered flight vehicles,not only the collision avoidance between the flight vehicles should be considered,but also completion of the cooperative guidance task should be taken into *** this paper,to address the above complex issue,a cooperative guidance method with collision avoidance based on artificial potential field method and a decision strategy based on fuzzy logic thought are ***,a control law is designed to keep each flight vehicle flying at the same height in the longitudinal ***,a collision avoidance guidance law based on the artificial potential field method in horizontal plane is designed by using the feedback linearization *** cooperative guidance and collision avoidance decision strategy based on fuzzy logic is also designed to ensure that multiple flight vehicles can reach the target and maintain a safe distance during *** simulation results show that the proposed method can realize cooperative guidance and effective collision avoidance of multiple unpowered flight vehicles,with a simple guidance law form and strong engineering value.

The Homicidal Chauffeur game is a classic pursuit-evasion problem for its significant application in aerospace, robot control, and military. Different from the well-known Isaacs' Homicidal Chauffeur game in which the car's speed is constant, we assume that the car's speed decreases during turns, reflecting the energy limitations in real-world applications. The paper aims to derive the optimal strategies and construct a barrier separating the capture and evasion zones. Initially, we simplify the six- dimensional problem to a three-dimensional one. Subsequently, we deduce the optimal strategy and construct the barrier using the Hamilton-Jacobi-Isaacs equation and backward induction method. A new barrier appears where the optimal strategy of the pursuer is different from the traditional one. That is, when the pursuer's speed is greater than a critical value, the optimal strategy is to apply maximum control; when the pursuer's speed is less than the critical speed, the optimal strategy is to apply zero control.

An impact time cooperative guidance method based on incremental learning is proposed for multi-missile cooperative guidance problem in the attack scenario. Firstly, a guidance model is established to represent the relationship of the missiles and the target. Secondly, an impact time coordinated guidance law based on the consensus method is designed. Then, time-to-go of the missile is predicted using an incremental learning algorithm, so that the accuracy of time-to-go can be better than the results calculated by traditional methods. Finally, the trained neural network is used to predict time-to-go. The results show that the algorithm can be used in the cooperative guidance law to complete the coordination in time, which is superior to the traditional guidance rate in coordination and has advantage in the scene of large maneuvering target. © 2023 Technical Committee on control Theory, Chinese Association of Automation.

This paper proposes an iterative-based dead-time compensation method to help integrated interleaved boost-LLC converter (IIBLLC) converter achieve higher frequency. By adjusting switching frequency and compensating dead time, the converter can operate in quasi-resonant mode and the rectification control signal is synchronized with the primary side. In quasi-resonant mode, smaller current RMS results in lower conduction losses and the advantages of realizing ZCS on the secondary side can be preserved. Finally, a 400 W / 850 kHz IIBLLC prototype with 36 - 60 V input and 12 V output is demonstrated, which achieves a peak efficiency of 96.2%. The experimental results show that the LLC operates in quasi-resonant mode, and the efficiency and power density are improved. © 2023 IEEE.

A method combining multi-source input fusion-based underwater image enhancement and GAN-driven grayscale image colorization is proposed to mitigate underwater imaging interference and lighten deep learning models for better generalization and real-time performance. Firstly, spatial domain image enhancement algorithms are utilized to preenhance the underwater images, obtaining predictions of red information in different channels. Then, the original images and pre-enhanced images are jointly used as input images, enabling the model to access more information. This model introduces the idea of fusing and reconstructing features from different levels of multiple input images, aiming to preserve as much original information and features as possible during the image enhancement process. Finally, a generator capable of colorizing grayscale images is trained using a large dataset of color images. The quality of the output colorized images is improved by defining an objective function composed of multiple loss functions. Experimental results show that compared to commonly used methods for low-light image enhancement and colorization, this method achieves better objective evaluation results in terms of peak signal-to-noise ratio, structural similarity, scale-invariant feature transform, thus verifying its excellent performance. © 2024 SPIE.

To improve efficiency of the three-level (3-L) simplified neutral point clamped (SNPC) inverter, a novel space vector modulation (SVM) strategy is proposed in this paper. The proposed SVM strategy is characterized by switching all switches in 2-L inverter stage only under zero voltage, thus achieving zero voltage switching (ZVS). Therefore, the switching loss of 2-L inverter stage can be diminished. 3-L SNPC inverter suffers from unbalanced neutral-point voltage (NPV) as conventional multilevel inverters. By using alternative small vectors, the NPV can be balanced as well. The performance of the proposed SVM strategy is analyzed in terms of switching loss and the ability of NPV control. Finally, the feasibility and superiority of the proposed strategy are verified by simulation and experiment. © 2023 IEEE.

This paper investigates the position tracking control problem in electromagnetic satellite formation by utilizing the relative motion CW equation as the dynamic model. Firstly, a finite-time state feedback controller is derived using the adding a power integrator method, without considering external disturbances. This controller constitutes the feedback component of the composite controller. Subsequently, when the relative velocity of the system cannot be measured and is subject to external disturbances, a finite-time extended state observer is designed to estimate the relative velocity and disturbances of the system. The estimated disturbances serve as feedforward compensation, and the combination of the observer and the feedback control law achieves finite-time control without velocity measurements. Finally, it is proven that the proposed control law can achieve position tracking within a finite time. Light-emitting diodes(LEDs)based on perovskite semiconductor materials with tunable emission wavelength in visible light range as well as narrow linewidth are potential competitors among current light-emitting display technologies,but still suffer from severe instability driven by electric ***,we develop a stable,efficient and highcolor purity hybrid LED with a tandem structure by combining the perovskite LED and the commercial organic LED technologies to accelerate the practical application of *** LED and organic LED with close photoluminescence peak are selected to maximize photon emission without photon reabsorption and to achieve the narrowed emission *** designing an efficient interconnecting layer with p-type interface doping that provides good opto-electric coupling and reduces Joule heating,the resulting green emitting hybrid LED shows a narrow linewidth of around 30 nm,a peak luminance of over 176,000 cd m^(−2),a maximum external quantum efficiency of over 40%,and an operational half-lifetime of over 42,000 h.
