Source-load scheduling is based on multi-energy-load forecasting. The integrated energy system mainly includes three types of energy: electricity, cooling and heating. Studying the correlation among electricity, cooling and heating may improve the accuracy of multi-energy-load forecasting. This paper considers the correlation of three energy sources, fully analyzes the correlation, and applies the correlation of the three in the forecasting model. This paper proposes a CL-MDT (CNN-LSTM-Multi-Decoder-Transformer) model for multi-energy-load forecasting. The model is based on the Transformer, and the Multi-Head Attention part in the Encoder is replaced by a 2dimensional 3*3 CNN (Convolutional Neural Network) feature extraction module for feature extraction of data. And a 1dimensional CNN feature extraction module and LSTM structure are added to the Decoder. The structure of single Encoder and multiple Decoders is used in this paper to realize the application of the correlation of the three in the forecasting model. Finally, the model is tested on public datasets and the forecasting results of CL-MDT are compared with that of LSTM model for multi-energy-load joint forecasting. The results show that the CL-MDT model proposed in this paper has better forecasting accuracy. © 2022 IEEE.

This article is based on the theoretical achievements of design psychology, takes graphic poster design as the research object, and combines experimental psychology methods with information processing technology to construct a visual cognitive model that can serve art design. This article firstly starts from the laws of formal beauty in design psychology, and screens the formal beauty features of posters. Secondly, a subjective evaluation experiment for the formal beauty characteristics of the poster materials was conducted, and correlation analysis and factor analysis on the processed experimental data were completed. Finally, this article uses a variety of machine learning algorithms to construct a visual cognitive prediction model. This article summarizes seven low-level and four high-level feature descriptors of the beauty of poster form, and constructs a prediction model from low-level features to high-level features. In addition, this article also quantifies the 'Balance' feature which has the highest word frequency in the low-level features, realizing the calculation of the balance degree of the poster image. © 2022 IEEE.

This project is dedicated to developing an advanced power system simulation and training environment tailored specifically for dispatchers. The intelligent panoramic simulation system, operating on a training cloud platform, can effectively model various grid dispatch scenarios and facilitate comprehensive and collaborative simulation training from any location. t addresses challenges in simulation technology while enhancing dispatchers’ understanding, cognition, and forecasting of new power system characteristics, effectively mitigating the current gap in the online grid dispatch training market. The system is currently used at the State Grid of China technology College and will be promoted across the State Grid Corporation and its subsidiaries.

As a new generation of computing paradigm for Internet of things (IoT), edge computing has been proved to be promising in solving the problems of insufficient centralized computing power, bandwidth congestion and transmission delay by distributing traditional cloud resources down to edges. While so, massive of computing resources have not been utilized due to the physical heterogeneity and allocation issues. Addressing on the two major challenges, in this paper, we propose a blockchain-based edge computing solution (MECaaS), which integrates smart contract, component interface, distributed allocation algorithm and other elements as a service. Comparing with the existing blockchain-edge computing solutions, we focus more on technical implementation than just the theoretical framework, by distributing this service to inspire devices’ self-potential in interaction, perception and decision, in further forms a distributed intelligent system. The service is deployed in a heterogeneous IoT scenario, and proved to be efficient for edge computing. Also, experimental results show that distributed resource allocation strategies perform better than centralized ways to some extent. © 2023, Beijing Paike Culture Commu. Co., Ltd.

Infinite-Dimensional Sparse Learning in Linear system Identification

Regularized methods have been widely applied to system identification problems without known model structures. This paper presents an infinite-dimensional sparse learning algorithm based on atomic norm regularization. Atomic norm regularization decomposes the transfer function into first-order atomic models and solves a group lasso problem that selects a sparse set of poles and identifies the corresponding coefficients. The difficulty in solving the problem lies in the fact that there are an infinite number of possible atomic models. This work proposes a greedy algorithm that generates new candidate atomic models maximizing the violation of the optimality conditions of the existing problem. This algorithm is able to solve the infinite-dimensional group lasso problem with high precision. The algorithm is further extended to reduce the bias and reject false positives in pole location estimation by iteratively reweighted adaptive group lasso and complementary pairs stability selection respectively. Numerical results demonstrate that the proposed algorithm performs better than benchmark parameterized and regularized methods in terms of both impulse response fitting and pole location estimation. In this research, the Human Following Robot (HFR) prototype has been designed and implemented using YOLO v3-Tiny and Tensor Flow Lite on Raspberry Pi hardware named Rewang. The HFR Rewang is designed to assist aircraft technicians by bringing maintenance tool kits to aircraft shelters. Rewang's movement is based on a camera as a vision sensor following the movement of human entities. Image input is processed by YOLO v3-Tiny through the determination of the bounding box, the calculation of Euclidean Distance, and the determination of the pixel value of the camera as the basis of Rewang's movement which is regulated by an L298N driver motor that controls two Direct Current (DC) motors for the left and right wheels. The test results show that Rewang can move at an average speed of 0.18 m/s at 2 m with a travel time of 11 seconds with a light intensity of more than 250 lux. The minimum and maximum distance of object detection is as far as 120 cm and 400 cm, with an object detection accuracy of 95.8%. Rewang allows the HFR to have a larger carrying capacity to bring more complete aircraft maintenance tools and is prospective for other aerospace and general applications.

With the rapid development of the national economy, the number of substations and the amount of substation information have doubled, but the monitoring information table of the station monitoring system, gateway computer, centralized control system and PMS3.0 management module has not yet established the functions of automatic verification, exception reminder and centralized management. There is a lack of automatic support means for the standardization and integrity verification of the information point table, and there are risks in the integrity and correctness of the monitoring information, It is not conducive to the daily work of equipment management discipline. Therefore, relying on the overall architecture of PMS3.0 and centralized control system, in accordance with the basic principle of "multi-level application and data penetration", through technical means and management methods, we can realize the automatic verification of the consistency of "four tables", strengthen the standardized management of the whole process, and improve the intrinsic safety of substation operation and maintenance monitoring.

This article main research of Substation Automation and Dispatch SCADA system intergrated communication protocol technology, and proposes using IEC61850 ACSI core service as the communication protocol of substation dispatch automation system to replace the currently used IEC104 protocol. Firstly, the requirements and objectives of information exchange between the substation automation system and the dispatch SCADA system were analyzed. Based on the decomposition of the objectives, a specific communication scheme based on IEC 61850 was designed in three parts: model, graphics, and data. Designed a three-part communication scheme for modules, graphics, and data that meets the IEC61850 standard. Through the expansion of the model and the definition of transmit file conform to SCD(Substation Configuration Description) format implement model compatible. Through SVG and SSD(Substation system Description) implement graphics compatibility. Through the MMS and IED multi agent technology implement data compatibility. Finally, an integrated platform supports both substation and SCADA system which is compatible with the international standard was developed based on this solution. The capability and the usability have been approved by theoretical calculating and site applying. As a conclusion, a better solution that realizing the secondary integration technic compatible with the current technology condition had been provided in this article.

High-voltage circuit breakers are the core equipment in power networks,and to a certain extent,are related to the safe and reliable operation of power ***,their core components are prone to mechanical *** study proposes a component separation method to detect multiple mechanical faults in circuit breakers that can achieve online real-time ***,a model and strategy are presented for obtaining mechanical voiceprint signals from circuit ***,the component separation method was used to decompose the voiceprint signals of multiple faults into individual component *** on this,the recognition of the features of a single-fault voiceprint signal can be ***,multiple faults in high-voltage circuit breakers were identified through an experimental simulation and verification of the circuit breaker voiceprint signals collected from the substation *** research results indicate that the proposed method exhibits excellent performance for multiple mechanical faults,such as spring structures and loose internal components of circuit *** addition,it provides a reference method for the real-time online monitoring of high-voltage circuit breakers.
