Application of wavelet analysis to fault diagnosis of angular measuring system

For fault diagnosis, signal singularity and irregularity discontinuity fraction are very significant characteristics of signal. The discontinuity of output signal represents a system fault . In an angular measuring system, function transformer uses two D/A convertors, output circuit fault of a D/A convertor brings about discontinuity of one phase input voltage amplitude of inductosyn, results in a system error exceeding the allowable error and reduces the system accuracy. This is the reason why discontinuity is detected. Fourier transform has no resolution ability in angular domain, but wavelet can analyse signal in angular and frequency domains. So we decompose the error signal of angular measuring system by wavelet, detect the signal singularity at high frequency layer and find out the accurate position of it.

In order to solve the contradiction between wireless communication service demand and spectrum resource shortage and enhance the utilization rate of spectrum, Cognitive Radio technology is necessary. Firstly, this paper presents a cognitive engine framework structure, and then the concept of bio-inspired and its application in CR computing were emphatically introduced. Finally, in order to solve spectrum parameters problem, this paper proposed based on autonomously search algorithm. Based on population evolution,ASA algorithm employs the foraging, reproduction, selection and mutation operators, and was tested under the multicarrier simulation environment. The experiment results show that ASA algorithm can better adjust each subcarrier communication parameters according to the requirement of cognitive engine parameters optimization, which include transmitted power,modulation mode, and bit-error-rate and so on, and finally satisfy the channel condition and the dynamic changes of the user service.

Phosphorus (P) is an essential nutrient element that is critical for plant growth and ecosystem functionality. The soil P cycle plays multiple roles, such as sustaining plant growth and productivity, regulating nutrient balance within ecosystems, and enhancing ecosystem adaptability and resilience. This cycle is influenced by factors such as the restoration approach and microbial community dynamics. However, the extent to which the restoration approach alters the P cycle in karst ecosystems and the underlying microbial mechanisms remain poorly understood. The P-cycle multifunctionality index (P-cycle MFI) serves as a comprehensive indicator for evaluating soil P cycle function, and it provides insights into changes in the P cycle between different restoration approaches. To investigate the shifts in soil P-cycle MFI and microbial mechanisms between different restoration approaches, we analyzed soil available P (AP), total P (TP), microbial biomass P (MBP), and the activities of acid phosphatase (ACP) and alkaline phosphatase (ALP). These data were used to calculate the P-cycle MFI by averaging the Z-scores between two restoration approaches (artificial restoration of forest (AF) and natural restoration of forest (NF)) and a control (cropland, CP) at six subtropical karst ecosystem sites in China. We also determined the soil organic carbon (SOC), exchangeable calcium (Ca) and magnesium (Mg), pH, bulk density (BD), microbial biomass C (MBC), and microbial biomass nitrogen (MBN), as well as the community structure, relative abundance, diversity indices, and co-occurrence networks of phoD -harboring bacteria. The results showed that the community structure of phoD -harboring bacteria varied significantly among AF, NF, and CP and across different temperature gradients. These bacteria exhibited increasing complexity and tightness in co-occurrence networks from CP to AF and then to NF, along with the ACP and ALP activities, but not the TP and AP contents. Passive EMI filter is an effective way to suppress high-frequency electromagnetic interference(EMI). This work takes the electronic current transformer acquisition card as the research prototype. In order to suppress the electrical fast transient/burst (EFT7B) applied at the signal input port of the acquisition card, this work proposed an optimal index to design a specific topology of the filter. Based on the high-frequency EFT7B, the optimal parameters of the EMI filter are calculated by applying nonlinear programming theory, and the designed EMI filter is verified through experiments. © 2021 IEEE

In order to realize the synchronization between the chaotic systems with mismatching in parameters, a sliding mode control approach for chaotic synchronization was presented based on high gain state observer. It expanded the mismatching in parameters into a new state, and made full use of the information that can be measured to design high gain state observer to estimate all the states of system, while the normal form of the error system for chaotic synchronization as the model. Finally, a sliding mode control was designed, which successfully realized the chaotic synchronization between the chaotic systems with mismatching in parameters. theory analysis and simulation results had proved the feasibility and validity of the approach

The Si-surface of MEMS sensor based on Si is too smooth to combine with the sensitive material, making it difficult to produce the MEM gas sensor, in this paper, aimed at the problem, a method od porous Al2O3 modifing the Si-surface is proposed to solve this problem. A layer of aluminum film is formed on the Si-surface through the magnetron sputtering technique, then porous microstructure Al2O3 ceramic film is fabricated by the electrochemical anodic oxidation, and the composite semiconductor gas-sensing material of polyaniline and hexadecachloro zinc phthalocyanine (ZnPcCl16) is permeated in the holes of the film by chemical synthesis. In this paper, the SEM morphologies of porous Al 2O3 ceramic film, the section of Si substrate and gas-sensing material permeated in the holes are analyzed, and the best technological parameters are obtaned.

Usage based insurance (UBI) for vehicles, or sometimes pay-how-you-drive (PHYD) as it is usually called, which fuses information and telecommunication technologies, can not only enhance the accuracy of underwriting, solve the severe homogeneity problem in vehicle insurance products for insurance companies, but can eliminate the cross-subsidies from vehicles of low risk to those of higher risk, as well. However, till now, researches of driving style evaluation method are mainly for fuel consumption control or to analyze road traffic conditions. It is hard to find reports on dedicated methods for UBI premium actuary purposes. Consider that China is a country which has a huge territory with different city landforms and traffic situations. There is an urgent requirement to establish a theory structure based on UBI implementations, and to establish a theory system for autonomous driving style evaluation methods. In this paper, a novel set of risk evaluation index systems of driving style for the UBI based differentiated commercial vehicle insurance for cities on the plains in China has been proposed. d via a real vehicle driving example analysis, the objectiveness and effectiveness the proposed dynamic driving evaluation index system has been proved. © ASCE.

It's necessary to discuss an approach of chaotic synchronization based on exponent stability, because exponent stability is a type of more superior asymptotic stability. To realize chaotic synchronization with better synchronization capability, a theory of exponent stability was introduced, and a chaotic synchronization approach based on exponent stability of the chaotic synchronization error system was discussed. Because not all the states of the objective chaotic system are measurable in the application of chaotic synchronization, so an approach of state observer based on exponent stability for chaotic synchronization was presented on the basis of the bounded property, which makes the chaotic synchronization error satisfy exponent stability, and the capability of chaotic synchronization be improved while the chaotic systems arrive at chaotic synchronization. Based on theoretic analysis, simulation results had verified the capability of the approach based on exponent stability for chaotic synchronization is satisfying. When application in the fields of chaotic secure communication etc, the approach will have a perfect application prospect.

Fe(Ⅱ)is an essential trace element for anaerobic ammonium oxidation bacteria(AAOB)metabolism,and can improve the nitrogen removal efficiency of anaerobic ammonia oxidation(Anammox).Here we oper-ated two identical expanded granular sludge bed(EGSB)reactors at low temperature(15±3℃)for 154 *** 1(R_(1))received additional Fe(Ⅱ)(0.12 mmol/L)during the late startup phase,while reactor 0(R_(0))served as the control and did not receive extra Fe(Ⅱ).Nitrogen removal in R_(1)became stable at 55 d of operation,ten days earlier than R_(0).The nitrogen removal rate(NRR)of R_(1) was 1.64 kg N m^(−3)d^(−1)and its TN removal rate was as high as 89%,while R_(0)only reached 75%.The addition of Fe(Ⅱ)was fur-ther beneficial to aggregation and stability of the granular sludge,and the used sludge of both reactors showed enrichment for AAOB populations compared to the inoculum,for instance,increased abundance of Candidatus-Kuenenia and in particular of Candidatus-Brocadia(from 0.17%to 10.10%in R_(0)and 7.79%in R_(1)).Diverse microbial species and complex microbial network structure in R_(1)compared to R_(0)promoted the coupled denitrogenation by Anammox,dissimilatory nitrate reduction to ammonium(DNRA),nitrate-dependent Fe oxidation(NDFO),and ferric ammonium oxidation(Feammox).In addition,the microbial community in R_(1)was more resistant to short-term low temperature(2-7℃)starvation,illustrating a further positive effect of adding Fe(Ⅱ)during the startup phase of an Anammox reactor.

During recent years, the medium-low speed maglev system which serves as a form of urban rail transit has always been in their construction process, and that brings new chances for the development of maglev train related techniques. In the signal system design of medium-low speed maglev, traditional operation and control standards have been applied in, however, as there are no wheel sets on maglev train, the positioning function cannot be realized by the corresponding method in wheel-rail based urban rail transit. Many related research has already proved that the absolute positioning can be realized by cross inductive loop wire combined with transponders, and parallel arranged cross coding inductive loop wires with different cross cycles can even realize absolute positioning by itself without transponders;however, the performance and the precision of positioning for maglev system by using cross coding inductive loop wire still requires to be demonstrated. In this paper, based on a thorough study on cross inductive loop wire which have been applied in different areas, a system design for mediumlow speed maglev train positioning based on cross coding inductive loop wire has been proposed, and the arrangement of address line has also been optimized. Performance analysis has shown that the feasibility of the system design and has proved that the optimization of radio arrangement can double the accuracy in train positioning.
