With the rapid development of smart manufacturing, existing microservice deployment strategies based on the TCP protocol tend to encounter problems such as network latency, excessive header length, and port exhaustion in high concurrency scenarios. MQTT Broker can relay data between microservices, effectively alleviating these issues. However, the communication overhead of the Broker is significantly related to its deployment and the dependency of microservices. An appropriate deployment solution can significantly improve service quality. To address this issue, this paper models the deployment of MQTT Broker and microservices as a graph with cycles. By introducing auxiliary variables, the NP-hard problem is transformed into a mixed-integer quadratic programming problem, improving problem-solving efficiency and optimizing the microservices deployment strategy to reduce communication overhead. Meanwhile, a real-world heterogeneous cluster was constructed to experiment on fault detection applications, elaborating on the superiority of the microservice deployment strategy designed in this paper. Experimental results demonstrate that our approach reduces communication overhead by 20% in comparison to both the greedy strategy and the K8s strategy. This suggests that achieving an optimal balance between the number of Brokers and microservices is vital for ensuring efficient resource utilization and maintaining low communication latency, particularly as the scale of services expands. © 2024 IEEE.

This paper presents a synthesis evaluation scheme of intelligence level for the Extraterrestrial Unmanned Detection System(EUDS).Specifically and firstly,the evaluating index framework(EIF) of intelligence level is constructed for data ***,an extensible judgment matrix of EIF is defined for calculating the index weight *** eliminate the vagueness and consistency of the judgment matrix,Extension AHP(EAHP) algorithm is ***,with the purpose of objectivity and rationality of assessment,the fuzzy synthesis evaluation method is leveraged to calculate the quantitative ***,the implementation process of the evaluation scheme is demonstrated by the experimental data and simulation example,and the assessment results are analyzed for the improvement of EUDS intelligence level.

Unformer: A Transformer-Based Approach for Adaptive Multiscale Feature Aggregation in Underwater Image Enhancement

Underwater imaging is often compromised by light scattering and absorption, resulting in image degradation and distortion. This manifests as blurred details, color shifts, and diminished illumination and contrast, thereby hindering advancements in underwater research. To mitigate these issues, we propose Unformer, an innovative underwater image enhancement (UIE) technique that leverages a transformer-based architecture for multiscale adaptive feature aggregation. Our approach employs a multiscale feature fusion strategy that adaptively restores illumination and detail features. We reevaluate the relationship between convolution and transformer to develop a novel encoder structure. This structure effectively integrates both long-range and short-range dependencies, dynamically combines local and global features, and constructs a comprehensive global context. Furthermore, we propose a unique multibranch decoder architecture that enhances and efficiently extracts spatial context information through the transformer module. Extensive experiments on three datasets demonstrate that our proposed method outperforms other techniques in both subjective and objective evaluations. Compared with the latest methods, Unformer has improved the peak signal-to-noise ratio (PSNR) by 19.5% and 14.8% respectively on the LSUI and EUVP datasets. We consider the problem of consensus of a second-order multi-agent system in the situation where an eavesdropper tends to impact the security of the network.A secure encoding scheme that guarantees both consensus and security of the multiagent network is *** the network,the agents transmit messages to one another through digital channels,and there exists an eavesdropper whose aim is to overhear the state information of the agents in the *** of transmitting the states of themselves,the agents in the network send states of auxiliary systems to defend against the *** concept of topological entropy is utilized to restrict the eigenvalues of the encoding matrix.A sufficient condition is given to guarantee that the network achieves consensus,and the eavesdropper cannot get the accurate estimation of the state of any agent.A simulation example is given to show the performance of the agents and the eavesdropper under the designed encoding scheme.

To monitor industrial processes properly, soft-sensors are widely used to predict significant but difficult-to-measure quality variables. However, the prediction performances of traditional data-driven soft-sensors are usually unacceptable once suffering from high-nonlinear, high-dimension, and imblance data issues. Therefore, a semisupervised soft-sensor, which is learned by a just-in-time method with structure entropy clustering (SS-JITL-SEC), is proposed aiming to improve prediction performance with a simpler way. Inspired by a divide and conquer strategy, a novel SEC method is proposed to achieve several clusters and then to translate the highly complex and nonlinear modeling problems into simple and linear ones. Moreover, the training dataset is extended through a mixed SS labeling approach. Finally, dissimilarity-based JITL works together with the resulting clustering subdatasets to formulate a local adaptive prediction model. Two datasets from different types of wastewater treatment plants are used to verify the effectiveness of the proposed soft-sensor. The results show that the SS-JITL-SEC soft-sensor can achieve better prediction performance than other standard counterparts, and even for effective process monitoring with the resulted residuals. © 2020 IEEE.

Before the ripening period of seafood mushrooms, it is usually necessary to judge the growth status of seafood mushrooms from the effective amount of seafood mushrooms, and then adjust environmental parameters such as light to control the growth of seafood mushrooms. In order to control in time before the maturity stage, this paper selects the improved HOG feature extraction technology, and combines the image pyramid and sliding window method to complete the multi-scale detection of different mushroom cap sizes. At the same time, the sliding window area is identified by SVM model, and then the secondary detection method and non-maximum suppression method based on the mean feature of L components are used to remove the redundant detection frame and non-mushroom cap area in the detection results, and finally the accurate identification of the mushroom cap target in the image is realized. © The Author(s), under exclusive license to Springer Nature Singapore Pte Ltd. 2024.

In order to address the large amount of data interaction during high-speed train operation and the high reliability of data security, this paper designs a new type of security system based on FPGA+DSP as the main framework. The system adopts XINIF parallel interface in DSP to achieve interconnection with FPGA, which accelerates the data transmission speed. At the same time, on the base of the original double 2-vote-2, two-way redundancy system is added to improve the safety and reliability of the computer interlocking system. Analysed by simulation experiments, the new safety system has a certain degree of improvement in reliability and safety compared with the traditional double 2-vote-2 system. © Beijing Paike Culture Commu.
