In electric power industry, the lack of post-evaluation system for science and technology projects leads to problems such as incomplete evaluation, lack of scientific basis, missing improvement opportunities and lowering decision-making level. Therefore, the establishment of the post-evaluation system of science and technology projects is very important to improve the level of science and technology and promote the development of the industry. This paper proposes a post-evaluation system for science and technology projects based on micro-service architecture, which adopts the separation mode of front and back end to evaluate and analyze the science and technology projects of State Grid. Through modular micro-service architecture and unified interface standard, the system realizes five modules: science and technology project data management, index system establishment, project classification, index evaluation and expert evaluation. The system can comprehensively evaluate the effectiveness and quality of scientific and technological projects, present the results in an easy-to-understand manner, provide scientific basis, and improve the level of decision-making. At the same time, we will systematically promote scientific project structure, improve fund utilization, measure project quality and promote low-carbon development. This study provides important guidance and support for the technological development of electric power enterprises.

This paper delineates a meticulous case study centered on the deployment of digital twin technology in Unity3D to augment operations in offshore environments, with a particular emphasis on Floating Liquefied Natural Gas operations. It encompasses the integration of real-time meteorological data, the application of a Proportional-Integral-Derivative controller for refined vessel maneuvering, and the incorporation of an advanced voice navigation interface. The primary objective of this research is to substantially elevate the controllability, predictability, and operational efficacy within the realm of offshore asset management. Automated visual inspection of on- and off-shorewind turbines using aerial robots provides several benefits, namely, a safe working environment by circumventing the need for workers to be suspended high above the ground, reduced inspection time, preventive maintenance, and access to hard-to-reach areas. A novel nonlinear model predictive control (NMPC) framework alongside a global wind turbine path planner is proposed to achieve distance-optimal coverage for wind turbine inspection. Unlike traditional MPC formulations, visual tracking NMPC (VT-NMPC) is designed to track an inspection surface, instead of a position and heading trajectory, thereby circumventing the need to provide an accurate predefined trajectory for the drone. An additional capability of the proposed VT-NMPC method is that by incorporating inspection requirements as visual tracking costs to minimize, it naturally achieves the inspection task successfully while respecting the physical constraints of the drone. Multiple simulation runs and real-world tests demonstrate the efficiency and efficacy of the proposed automated inspection framework, which outperforms the traditional MPC designs, by providing full coverage of the target wind turbine blades as well as its robustness to changing wind conditions. Accurate temperature forecasting is important in many fields such as environmental engineering, disaster prevention and monitoring. This study aims to use the TFT model to predict the daily maximum, minimum and average air temperatures in Urumqi city. It was trained and optimized based on the screened and integrated temperature datasets collected from public databases such as CBE Clima, Weather Spark, and NOAA, and the performance of the TFT model in the temperature data was also investigated. Based on the MAE error criterion and the comparison between the predicted and historical true values of temperature in Urumqi city from May 4, 2024 to May 8, 2024, it is found that the TFT model can predict the short-term temperature accurately with less training set training. It is an important research step in the field of temperature analysis and prediction for finding models with better prediction performance, which will also contribute to the related decision making process.
