Collaborative robotics cells leverage heterogeneous agents to provide agile production solutions. Effective coordination is essential to prevent inefficiencies and risks for human operators working alongside robots. This paper proposes a human-aware task allocation and scheduling model based on Mixed Integer Nonlinear Programming to optimize efficiency and safety starting from task planning stages. The approach exploits synergies that encode the coupling effects between pairs of tasks executed in parallel by the agents, arising from the safety constraints imposed on robot agents. These terms are learned from previous executions using a Bayesian estimation;the inference of the posterior probability distribution of the synergy coefficients is performed using the Markov Chain Monte Carlo method. The synergy enhances task planning by adapting the nominal duration of the plan according to the effect of the operator’s presence. Simulations and experimental results demonstrate that the proposed method produces improved human-aware task plans, reducing unuseful interference between agents, increasing human-robot distance, and achieving up to an 18% reduction in process execution time. © 2025, CC BY.

Visual-based object detection has become a crucial component in the realm of autonomous vehicles. However, conducting reliable testing for such systems remains unresolved. In this paper, we advocate for the application of causal inference to investigate the pivotal environmental factors influencing detection accuracy. Through the integration of diffusion models, we address the specialized conditional generalization of hazardous testing images. Our approach involves the construction of observational data to attribute key factors and fine-tune the diffusion model. Additionally, we introduce an optimal prompt words search method that strikes a balance between test coverage and level of challenge. Subsequently, leveraging these optimal prompts, we propose a cost-effective testing image generation through both "Text2Scene" and "Image2Scene" fashions. The experimental results indicate that, on the generalized dataset, the performance of object detection algorithms is the poorest, with the average detection accuracy decreasing from 0.81 to 0.285. Moreover, retraining object detection models on our generalized critical test cases can ultimately enhance algorithm performance, achieving a median accuracy improvement of up to 8.13%. Overall, our research proposes a novel approach to generalize test cases, thereby contributing to the advancement and deployment of safer autonomous vehicles.

The internal availability of silent speech serves as a translator for people with aphasia and keeps human–machine/human interactions working under various *** paper develops a silent speech strategy to achieve all-weather,natural *** strategy requires few usage specialized skills like sign language but accurately transfers high-capacity information in complicated and changeable daily *** the strategy,the tattoo-like electronics imperceptibly attached on facial skin record high-quality bio-data of various silent speech,and the machine-learning algorithm deployed on the cloud recognizes accurately the silent speech and reduces the weight of the wireless acquisition module.A series of experiments show that the silent speech recognition system(SSRS)can enduringly comply with large deformation(~45%)of faces by virtue of the electricitypreferred tattoo-like electrodes and recognize up to 110 words covering daily vocabularies with a high average accuracy of 92.64%simply by use of small-sample machine *** successfully apply the SSRS to 1-day routine life,including daily greeting,running,dining,manipulating industrial robots in deafening noise,and expressing in darkness,which shows great promotion in real-world applications.

Information is the key to success in every domain; this statement also applies to cryptocurrencies and blockchain domains. Beginning with Bitcoin back in 2009, which the anonymous Japanese Satoshi Nakamoto launched, blockchain technology emerged. This technology has revolutionized and continues to do so in digital transactions. In addition, this technology led to the further development of other cryptocurrencies that are active at these moments on the market. One class of cryptocurrencies obtained differently from classical bitcoin is those obtained due to web-based mining. The most known coins of this type are Monero, Dash, or Electroneum. This paper aims to analyze the web-based mining process of Monero and the whole process’s security. In addition, we want to explore the performance of the mining processes used in the user’s web browser. Moreover, finally, we aim to research the profitability of coins obtained due to web-browser mining, having as an object of study the cryptocurrency Monero.

During the coal seam drilling process, the drill string is subject to compressive deformation, compounded by unpredictable variations in formation hardness and borehole wall friction, leading to challenges in maintaining a stable feeding speed. This paper presents a novel approach by introducing uncertain parameters to describe the effects of formation hardness and borehole wall friction. Drill string axial movement model is modeled as a polyhedral system based on a lumped parameter representation. To meet industrial performance requirements, we design a robust $H_{\infty}$ controller to achieve consistent feeding speed control. Our simulation results demonstrate the controller's effectiveness in ensuring system stability despite fluctuations in formation hardness and drill string friction.

The Youla-Kucera parametrization, a method to parametrize all stabilizing controllers, is developed for linear and nonlinear systems based on their stable image and kernel representations. As a stepping stone of parametrizing nonlinear controllers for contraction, we investigate in this paper stable image and kernel representations for variational systems. In particular, we construct stable inner image (resp. co-inner kernel) representations having stable left (resp. right) inverses based on differential Riccati equations for contraction analysis.

As a key component in the transmission system of high-speed trains, once a failure occurs, it will directly affect the safety of train operation. Therefore, it is of great significance to construct a degradation index that can comprehensively characterize the running state of bearings and establish a reliable remaining useful life model to ensure the safety of train operation. Aiming at the problems that the redundant features in the existing multi-feature fusion process affect the diagnosis performance and the spurious fluctuations phenomenon of the fusion features causes the inaccurate determination of the start fault time and leads to the low prediction accuracy of remaining useful life (RUL), A method based on adaptive feature fusion and autoregressive integrated moving average model is proposed for rolling bearings prediction. The research in this study demonstrates that by comparing and verifying with two sets of public data, the proposed method is effective in accurately identifying the features that are most sensitive to degradation trends, accurately determine the initial fault moment of bearings, achieve effective prediction of the RUL of bearings, and the related research results can provide reference basis for predictive maintenance of train bearings. © 2024, The Authors. Multi-feature fusion is a useful way to improve the classification of hyperspectral image (HSI). But the multi-feature fusion is usually at the decision level of classifier, which causes less link between features or poor extensibility of feature. In this paper, we propose a multi-feature fusion based deep forest method for HSI classification, named mfdForest. In mfdForest, the morphological features, saliency features, and edge features are extracted, then the three deep multi-grained scanning branches in dgcForest (one of improved deep forest) are used to extract and fuse the extracted features deeply, and the fused features are sent into cascade forest in dgcForest for classification. Experimental results indicate that the proposed framework consumes less training time and has better performance on two HSI data sets. © 2022, Springer Nature Singapore Pte Ltd.

This paper provides an oscillation trajectory optimization and control method for two-link underactuated manipulators (UMs) in a vertical plane. The proposed method solves the problem that the UMs cannot always enter the balance region in the partitioning method. First, we establish the system dynamic model, and analyze the system couple characteristics. Then, we program an oscillation trajectory for the active link, and use the intelligent method to obtain the trajectory parameters, so ensuring the system can reach the area adjacent to the target position through tracking control. Next, we design the controller to realize the stable control at the target position. Finally, the simulation results show the effectiveness and generality of the control strategy.
