The paper considers the problem of projecting the dynamic sensor networks, the nodes of which are moving objects. Such a problem arises, in particular, when organizing V2V networks for transmitting telemetric information between mobile vehicles. The paper proposes to use the sensor data transmission networks for solution of this task. Furthermore such networks provide the possibility of relay-race information transmission. The paper focuses on the issues of increasing the reliability of data transmission. Various options for introducing redundancy into data that provide the highest probability of delivering the transmitted information are investigated and compared with each other. The experiments results show the possibility of organizing reliable data transfer. Such data exchange processes can be used in mobile systems of Internet of Things (IoT). Using eight modules system it is possible to get good results in terms of probability error. However, the systems which have thirty two modules are more reliable. © 2022 IEEE.

The paper is devoted to the study of the neural networks inference acceleration using the weights quantization and Intel OpenVINO Toolkit. At the same time, the study considers block architecture convolutional networks trained from scratch. In addition, it is shown that transfer learning makes it possible to obtain higher model accuracy. And their implementation on OpenVINO can significantly increase the processing performance. It is also shown that the use of OpenVINO provides significant acceleration without loss of performance for such networks, while quantization leads to significant loss of quality. © 2022 IEEE.

The paper considers the issues of image restoration when only a part of observations affected by additive noise, regularly placed on the original image, is available. To solve this problem, the special modifications of nonlinear filters was synthesized on the basis of the deep doubly stochastic Gaussian models. The results obtained allow us to conclude about the effectiveness of filters in comparison with linear methods and traditional algorithms. The study shows possibility to restore images using only 50% information with help of doubly stochastic model, which lead to only 9% relative error. © 2022 IEEE.

The article examines algorithms for processing non optical images using convolutional neural networks (CNN). Particular attention is paid to the recognition of objects on radar images of the Earth's surface and on X-ray images of baggage inspection. A brief overview of research in this topic is presented. The indicators of recognition efficiency on limited datasets using data augmentation are considered. In addition, the article describes in detail the processes of building neural networks and their training. A comparative analysis of CNNs is carried out for different training parameters and different network architectures. It has been shown that CNNs provide satisfactory results when processing non-standard types of images, such as Xray images of baggage or radar images from Synthetic Aperture Radar (SAR) systems. Furthermore, the text deals with various metrics such as accuracy, precision and recall. The suggested algorithms provides about 90-100% for recognition of SAR images and about 90% for X-ray images. © 2021 IEEE.

The paper examines the new features and dynamics of internal migration processes in the Russian Federation at the present time (2015-2020). The results of a comparative statistical study on the regions of Russia are presented. In the context of global integration, citizens of all countries, including Russia, have the opportunity to study and analyze in more detail issues related to the financial, economic, social, labor and other policies of various regions and states, and other aspects of life. Therefore, there was a desire, and sometimes a need to change the place of their further residence (both within the country and abroad). At present, internal migration should be considered as a global social phenomenon, a powerful source of demographic improvement. Various aspects of migration processes that are currently observed are studied by many authors. This is understandable: in the life of any state, population migration plays an important role, affecting all spheres of life of the peoples of the countries. Migration processes for Russia are one of the main factors that determine the socio-economic development of modern Russian society, its demographic well-being. Internal migration of the population affects the socio-economic relations in the country, solves the issues of labor and employment of the population, as it allows millions of Russians to find new jobs. Issues of population migration should be regularly monitored and analyzed in order to correctly determine the reserves and plan the growth of the country's population on this basis, and to rationally and responsibly conduct the state's migration policy. The paper examines the new features and dynamics of internal migration processes in the Russian Federation at the present time (2015-2020). The results of a comparative statistical study on the regions of Russia are presented. © 2021 IEEE.

The bifurcation diagram plays a major role in the study of the phase topology of completely Liouville-integrable Hamiltonian systems. In the works of A.T. Fomenko and A.V. Bolsinov, the problem of the permissible form of bifurcation diagrams is formulated. In particular, can a bifurcation diagram contain loops? The answer is positive. In this paper, the critical set of the integral mapping and the bifurcation diagram, which contains or almost contains a loop, is given by the example of the vortex dynamics problem. © 2021 IEEE.

The issues related to information security control engineering for an industrial company with '1C' software are considered in this paper. The article discusses the types of threats to the company's information resources, including collective knowledge stored on electronic media. The paper contains standards and other documents governing the development and operation of an industrial company's information security. A brief description of the 1C software platform and 1C ERP is given. To prevent unauthorized access to the IT infrastructure and misappropriation of information important to the client, a set of needed organizational and technical measures with the use of 1C software products is considered. Some practical conclusions are also given. © 2023 IEEE.

we developed an artificial neural network (ANN) classifier to analyze the cortical activity signals during visual information processing. We tested several ANN architectures and chose a convolutional neural network (CNN) with the Resnet50 topology. As a result, the trained CNN classifier achieved an accuracy of 74% on the data of newly recruited subjects. © 2021 IEEE
