The advancement of Digital Twin (DT) technology has enabled the creation of digital replicas of physical entitics, significantly enhancing the functionality and performance of mobile networks. However, this innovative approach also introduces considerable overload and performance challenges for mobile edge networks. To address these issucs, we propose a novel DT-enabled edge architecture for 6G-capable technology, employing a dynamic resource allocation strategy. The proposed approach, termed DT-based Dynamic Resource Provisioning (DT-DRP), leverages the capabilities of DT technology and Decp Reinforcement Learning (DRL) to dynamically allocate incoming tasks from mobile devices to edge devices. An intelligent DT server facilitates this allocation, optimizing resource use and improving network performance. The predictive capabilities of the framework are validated using the K-Nearest Neighbor (KNN) dlassifier at the edge network. Experimental results demonstrate that the proposed DT-DRP framework incorporates mobile devices into the DT network scamlessly, achieving superior performance in terms of minimum latency and high accuracy compared to bascline Q-learning algorithms across two medical datasets and various exccution scenarios. This research underscores the potential of DT technology in 6G networks and highlights its efficacy in enhancing mobile edge computing performance through intelligent resource management. © 2025 IEEE.

Effective recommendation systems are essential for supporting decision-making in various fields in this age of abundant information. This paper presents a novel framework for a Modified Recommender Algorithm that combines Top-K and Support Vector Machine (SVM) algorithms with the Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP). Traditional decision-making frameworks such as AHP are susceptible to subjectivity and inconsistencies, necessitating innovative approaches to improve their reliability and effectiveness. The objective is to improve recommendation systems' efficacy and precision by integrating sophisticated machine-learning techniques with resilient decision-making approaches. The proposed framework establishes the hierarchical structure of decision elements and prioritizes alternatives according to user preferences by utilizing AHP, a potent multi-criteria decision-making tool. Support Vector Machine (SVM) is then used as a text classification model to enrich the feature space for recommendations by classifying textual data into pertinent classes. In addition, the framework applies Top-K Algorithms to select the most pertinent alternatives based on SVM classification output, thereby refining the recommendation results. Top-K Algorithms improve overall recommendation accuracy and relevance by iteratively filtering and ranking alternatives. This research advances the field of data science by providing a thorough framework that combines innovative machine learning techniques with conventional decision-making methodologies to address the challenges of recommendation systems in complex and dynamic environments. ©2024 IEEE.

It is often the case that data are with multiple views in real-world applications. Fully exploring the information of each view is significant for making data more representative. However, due to various limitations and failures in data collection and pre-processing, it is inevitable for real data to suffer from view missing and data scarcity. The coexistence of these two issues makes it more challenging to achieve the pattern classification task. Currently, to our best knowledge, few appropriate methods can well-handle these two issues simultaneously. Aiming to draw more attention from the community to this challenge, we propose a new task in this paper, called few-shot partial multi-view learning, which focuses on overcoming the negative impact of the view-missing issue in the low-data regime. The challenges of this task are twofold: (i) it is difficult to overcome the impact of data scarcity under the interference of missing views;(ii) the limited number of data exacerbates information scarcity, thus making it harder to address the view-missing issue in turn. To address these challenges, we propose a new unified Gaussian dense-anchoring method. The unified dense anchors are learned for the limited partial multi-view data, thereby anchoring them into a unified dense representation space where the influence of data scarcity and view missing can be alleviated. We conduct extensive experiments to evaluate our method. The results on Cub-googlenet-doc2vec, Handwritten, Caltech102, Scene15, Animal, ORL, tieredImagenet, and Birds-200-2011 datasets validate its effectiveness. In this paper, we consider multi-view video and audio streaming using MPEG-DASH, which enables to transmit video tailored to the network conditions over HTTP communication. This paper uses HTTP/2 instead of HTTP/1.1, which the authors previously used. HTTP/2 manages a series of request-response exchanges called a stream, which is assigned a unique stream ID. We perform a subjective experiment under various network conditions to evaluate application-level QoS and QoE. From the evaluation results, we investigate the effect of the HTTP/2 stream on the video and audio quality of the users in the multi-view video transmission scenario. © 2024 IEEE.

In the workplace, risk prevention helps detect the risks and prevent accidents. To achieve this, workers' mental and physical parameters related to their health should be focused on and analyzed. It helps improve the workers' mental health and thus improves organizational performance. There are a lot of mental illnesses due to excess work and a lack of professional knowledge. It affects the performance of the worker. So, the organization needs to conduct competency training programs to improve their professional skills and the mindset to tackle the work pressure. There are several competency training programs given in various organizations to mold the workers, and it considerably reduces workplaces risks. Competency training in the workplace teaches integrity, honesty, managerial skills, and other workers. Developing organizational skills is the primary concern in this competency training. This paper enabled one of the best machine learning algorithms to be chosen to predict the hazards in the workplace and provide a healthy environment to the workers. For that, several classification methods such as Logistic Regression, Decision trees, AdaBoost classifier, Random Forest, Gradient Boosting classifier, and XGBoost classifier are implemented experimented with, and the performance is verified with python software. From the comparison, it has been found that the XGBoost classifier is selected as the best classifier and identified that it is highly suitable for analyzing and predicting workplace risks data. © The Author(s), under exclusive licence to Springer science+Business Media, LLC, part of Springer Nature 2024.

This paper compares video and audio QoE of OFDMA multi-user transmission and reliable groupcast over wireless LAN. We assume video and audio transmission to several terminals simultaneously. As a reliable groupcast method, we employ Unsolicited Retry, a technique of IEEE 802.11aa GroupCast with Retries. We utilize IEEE 802.11ax for OFDMA transmission. We evaluate application-level QoS by computer simulation. We then assess QoE through a subjective experiment with video and audio streams generated by the output timing obtained from the simulation. We notice that each method has a situation to be applied appropriately. © 2024 IEEE.

Authentication is a crucial step in the cyber security process that confirms user identities. Even though they are widely used, traditional password based techniques are frequently vulnerable to attacks like guessing and password theft. This study presents the Optimal Strong Password Authentication (OSPA) protocol, which uses USB sticks to provide safe user authentication in order to address these issues. The Multi-Level Hashing Algorithm (MLHA), which dynamically picks hash functions during authentication to generate many layers of hashed passwords, is a key component of OSPA's effectiveness. By preventing eavesdropping efforts and reducing the possibility of unwanted access through guessing attacks, this method strengthens security. This protocol provides strong authentication procedures, protecting confidential data and improving overall cyber security posture by integrating MLHA into the OSPA architecture. © 2024 IEEE.

Among exotic reptiles, bearded dragons (Pogona) are popular pets. As ectotherms, bearded dragons require special food and controlled environments, including temperature, humidity, ultraviolet light, and cleanliness. This research applied the Internet of Things (IoT) to control environments within the pet enclosure. In addition, the You Only Look Once (YOLO) deep learning algorithm applied to convolutional neural networks was used to create object detection to count crickets eaten by a dragon and detect feces inside the enclosure. To find the appropriate YOLO structure, three varied experiments were proposed, including different versions YOLO and sizes as well as hyperparameter tuning. Results were that YOLYv5s with 16 batches and 0.01 learning rate was the appropriate structure with an average precision of 0.8246 and 0.6051 for detecting crickets and feces, respectively, at a mean average precision of 0.7149. The proposed enclosure with object detection may improve efficiency and reduce redundancy in breeder tasks. © 2023 IEEE.

Traffic congestion has become a major issue that is being faced by the majority of road users. The increasing vehicle usage, and the lack of space and funds to construct new transport infrastructure, further complicates the issue. In this scenario, it is important to come up with an intelligent and economical solution that improves the quality of road users' service. The problem with the traffic handling framework is signal timings are fixed which is not adaptive to the density of vehicles. To address this issue we propose an Edge-Augument Artificial Intelligence of Things (AIoT) road user cooperation for traffic management. The proposed system efficiently utilizes electronic devices to learn and adapt to changing traffic conditions in real-time. By optimizing the traffic signal timings based on the actual traffic conditions, adaptive systems reduce delay, improve traffic flow, reduce fuel consumption and pollution, and improve the electronics consumers' and road users' experiences. The proposed system has been tested with real-time experiments by integrating Electronic devices like cameras, smartphones, and AGX Xavier (edge device) with Cloud (ThingSpeak). The proposed system is verified by simulating the proposed system in the SUMO traffic simulator and its reliability is concluded by comparing the waiting time, depart delay, running, and halt time with the existing traditional method. © 2025 IEEE.
