The implementation of computational approaches for protein glycosylation site prediction is becoming popular since the experimental-validated glycosylation data became more abundant. Some of the data were found to be wrong after the experiment was again carried out with more sophisticated technology. To solve this issue, the latest state-of-the-art model trained the model based on a positive-unlabelled algorithm. The aim of this research is to explore the possibility of an approach applying a simple neural network algorithm and still achieve high classification performance. The model proposed in this research gave competitive results with fewer preprocessing steps. Increasing the accuracy of glycosylation site prediction can complement laboratory-based methods and is very useful for understanding the role of glycosylation. © 2023 The Authors. A new, improved computer program made specifically for banking helps in solving problems like inadequate guidance and makes it convenient for people who cannot visit banks for some reason. This helps people answer questions faster and makes it easier for bank workers. Making the program better involved picking the right model and making a special set of data. After making these improvements, the llama2_sharded model is really good at answering banking questions, doing better than others by 2.67%. Internet of Things plays an important role in agriculture in order to provide an innovative and smart solution to traditional farming. IOT is all about connecting physical devices to the internet and can access from a remote place. So that crop monitoring becomes easy even if the farmer is in a remote place. Due to automation, human efforts are required less. Also the IoT data helps the farmer make decisions about planting, harvesting or fertilizing. This paper explains the system we have implemented for monitoring the agriculture with the help of IoT. The system is developed in order to provide real time information on crop conditions to the farmer. For that, it uses various types of sensors connected to the microcontroller in order to measure parameters like temperature, soil moisture, and water level, and accordingly, it activates actuators like a fan, motor or pump to manage ventilation and irrigation. We have used the GSM module to send the alert to the farmer and the WiFi module is used to send the agriculture data to the cloud platform. So that farmer can monitor the farm or crops remotely. The system is continuously collecting farm data from the sensors. If the crop soil is very dry them system will turn on the water pump. Also, for high temperature, the fan will get activated in order to cool down that area. This feature is mostly used in indoor farming. The farmer can monitor the farm condition in real time with the help of cloud platform. This system is helpful for improving productivity, crop management, and save resources i.e. efficient use of water which prevents water wastage. © 2024 IEEE.

Opening or closing dam-gate activities manually conducted in Manggarai dam to control the dam water level. The controlling action operated to avoid the flood possibility occurring in Jakarta city (the Indonesian capital). The study was conducted to develop a smart model for flood controlling based on service or called a service-oriented smart model (SOSM). The water-flow algorithm (WFA), fuzzy logic, object and service-oriented are four main methods operated in the study. The WFA is a central method to model the real water flow in the river coming from Katulampa dam (in Bogor city) until Manggarai dam (in Jakarta). The fuzzy logic functioned to simulate the dam's water level and the gate open/close decision should be decided by avoiding the bias value. The object-oriented model analysis and design approach, where the unified modelling language (UML) tools are operated to analyze and design the constructed model. Then, the service-oriented conception is used to integrate all sides in implementing the model. Finally, the constructed model can simulate the flood status in Jakarta via status value in decimal numbers with 6 numbers behind the point. © 2023 IEEE.

This paper describes the collection and analysis of feedback data which is crucial for evaluating the success of any event and identifying areas of improvement. However, when feedback forms are distributed in paper format, extracting the text responses into a machine-readable format for analysis can be a tedious and error-prone manual process. Optical Character Recognition (OCR) Technology offers an automated solution for digitizing text from scanned documents, but its accuracy can be impacted by various factors like image quality, font styles, and language complexities. This study investigates the use of Gemini 1.5 Pro, a multimodal AI, to extract text data from PDF scans of collected handwritten feedback forms. After evaluation of Gemini's performance across a range of PDF qualities and comparing its output to manually transcribed data, the results demonstrate Gemini's high accuracy rates, even on lower quality scans, enabling efficient extraction of feedback responses while minimizing manual effort. This solution offers a scalable and reliable approach for educational institutions, professional organizations and other bodies to digitize survey responses for deeper qualitative and quantitative computational techniques. © 2024 IEEE.

Thisstudy introduces the DeepStreamNet model, an advanced framework for enhancing real-time traffic management in urban environments using adaptive IoT and sophisticated big data analytics. Central to our approach is the integration of convolutional neural networks (CNNs), recurrent neural networks (RNNs), and long short-term memory (LSTM) units, which synergize with IoT devices to facilitate dynamic adaptation to fluctuating traffic conditions. The model excels in operational performance, achieving a notable accuracy of 94.7% in congestion prediction with an exceptionally low latency of only 45 ms per decision cycle and the capability to process up to 50,000 data points per second. These technical achievements have marked significant improvements over traditional traffic management systems, enhancing traffic flow efficiency and reducing congestion effectively. The results underscore the transformative potential of the DeepStreamNet model in urban traffic management and public safety, offering actionable insights for intelligent transportation systems and setting the stage for more informed urban planning. Looking forward, we suggest extending the application of our model to areas such as logistics and broader smart city initiatives, highlighting its adaptability and broad utility in various urban contexts © 2024 IEEE.

Insurance claim is a fascinating issue to study. A potential loss for the insurance company is major coming from this issue. Thus, many studies performed already to answer such an issue. This study takes aim to develop a computational decision model based on service technology. Four fundamental methods operated in constructing the model and its implementation in service technology. The analytical hierarchical process (AHP) and fuzzy logic methods are two methods benefited to construct the model;where the AHP used to prioritize thirteen parameters considered and the fuzzy logic with its inference capability operated to generate the decision. Object oriented is an analysis and design method to analyze and design the model implanting it in service oriented architecture (SOA). Then, SOA conception functioned to deploy the model in the service architecture. Ultimately, the suggested framework comprising three layers of service-oriented architecture (SOA), namely business process, service interface, and application, has been established, alongside the integration of eight essential services that connect these three applications. The model demonstrates simulation outcomes indicating that 31.47% of claims are categorized as low risk and have been approved, 17.64% of claims are considered moderate risk with currently pending decision status (requiring additional investigation), while 50.89% of claims are classified as high risk with also pending decision status. © 2023 IEEE computer Society. Rapid progress in the field of artificial intelligence has created opportunities for extensive applications in software development. One area that receives attention is the evaluation of code quality using machine learning techniques. In this investigation, we examined the possible application of machine learning to predict the likelihood of defects in computer code. We employ NASA archival data as case studies. Machine learning models employ neural network algorithms. Our exploration involves partitioning the dataset into training data and test data for performance evaluation. The findings indicate that the Neural Organize technique with resampling yields a high level of accuracy in predicting software defects. Our simulated neural network is capable of identifying intricate patterns in the data and providing precise measurements of the size and intensity of defects. These results have significant implications in the software business, enabling developers to promptly identify possible vulnerabilities and take preventive measures before product release. © 2023 IEEE.
