Dance movement accuracy prediction is a critical component of modern dance training, yet traditional methods often lack objectivity due to the subjective nature of evaluations and the complexity of human movement. To address these challenges this paper introduces MoveMatch, which is a web-based platform built for real-time dance movement prediction. By leveraging deep learning techniques, the platform performs posture estimation in real-time and detects key points. The system compares the detected poses using Euclidean distance to calculate the alignment between corresponding key points which provides a quantitative measure of the user's accuracy. Based on this comparison, MoveMatch delivers real-time feedback, offering an accuracy score and personalized suggestions for improvement. This immediate feedback fosters a more efficient and engaging learning experience for dancers. Extensive testing of MoveMatch in various dance styles demonstrates its effectiveness in objectively assessing performance, enhancing both training quality and accessibility. The integration of pose estimation, deep learning and real-time comparison offers a novel, user-friendly solution for dancers seeking to improve their skills, transforming traditional dance education with AI-driven insights. © 2025 IEEE.

Optimised EfficientNet for multi-class skin cancer diagnosis: integrating chaotic grey wolf algorithms

The detection of skin cancer holds paramount importance worldwide due to its impact on global health. While deep convolutional neural networks (DCNNs) have shown potential in this domain, current approaches often struggle with fine-grained variability in skin lesion features, imbalanced datasets and inadequate augmentation. The objectives of our study encompass building a model that not only enhances accuracy but also reduces training time and cost, improves dimensionality reduction during classification and segmentation, and is evaluated on larger datasets for robustness. We enhance the learning process using an improved nature-inspired optimisation algorithm tailored specifically for skin cancer classification tasks. This algorithm optimises model parameters to maximise classification accuracy while minimising computational overhead. Our proposed architecture leverages a gold standard dermatological image dataset meticulously curated and validated by experts. This dataset spans eight distinct classes, including actinic keratosis, basal cell carcinoma, melanoma, nevus, and others, ensuring a diverse representation of skin conditions. The balanced class distribution in the training and test sets enables fair evaluation and robustness assessment of our deep learning models. The developed algorithm showcases novelty in its approach, contributing to advancements in early skin cancer detection technologies. This study introduces an optimised deep learning model designed for the early detection of skin cancer, achieving a notable accuracy of 97.48%. Our study aims to contribute significantly to the medical field by providing a reliable and efficient tool for dermatologists and healthcare practitioners to assist in diagnosing skin conditions accurately and promptly, ultimately improving patient outcomes and healthcare efficiency. © (2025), (Indian Academy of sciences). Securing data transmission in a digital era is a difficult one due to the broad application of the Internet, personal computers, and mobile phones for communication. Traditional video steganography techniques sometimes fail to identify the best pixels for encoding hidden data, resulting in lowerquality and robustness. To solve this issue, this article proposes an innovative steganography technique that improves the security and quality of data hiding. The proposed method takes cover video and secret images as input. The Structural Similarity Index Measurement (SSIM) first collects key frames from the input video. The adaptive sailfish optimizer (ASFO) is then used to find the best regions within these keyframes to insert the secret data in. To improve security, the discrete wavelet transform (DWT) is applied to the specified region, and the LL band is used for the hiding process. The secret image is encrypted by Adaptive elliptical curve cryptography (AECC) and transformed to binary bits, which then get embedded in the chosen band. This method leads to the construction of a stego-video. The extraction procedure is repeated using the same approach, which ensures secure and robust data transmission. Performance metrics, including PSNR, BER, NAE, TAF, and NC are analyzed to compare each method's efficacy. © Bharati Vidyapeeth's institute of Computer Applications and Management 2025.

This paper presents a gesture-based RockPaper-Scissors game that leverages computer vision and hand gesture recognition to enable intuitive human-computer interaction. Utilizing MediaPipe's pre-trained hand tracking module, the system detects and identifies 21 hand landmarks in real-time to classify gestures as rock, paper or scissors based on angular relationships between key points. OpenCV is used for webcam integration and video frame preprocessing, ensuring seamless interaction. The game compares the recognized gesture with a computer-generated move, dynamically displaying the results and resetting after each round for continuous play. The system identifies gestures through precise angle calculations, differentiating between closed fists, open palms and extended fingers. Sample outputs demonstrate real-time gameplay scenarios, highlighting gesture recognition accuracy and user engagement. Future enhancements include refining recognition accuracy, adding multiplayer functionality, introducing customizable gestures, and deploying the game on web and mobile platforms for broader accessibility. This project showcases the potential of integrating AI and computer vision in creating engaging and user-friendly applications. © 2025 IEEE.

Nowadays, people spend a lot of time in travel, and road safety has become an important area of research. As a result, self-driving cars have been gaining popularity in recent years because they have a lot of benefits in terms of reducing traffic congestion and improving road safety, thereby reducing accidents. They also have an environmental benefit as they reduce travel times and hence reduce the usage of fuel. Though a lot of research has already been done in this field, there are always new problems being created and new solutions being found. Apart from self-driving cars, automated navigation also has a huge number of applications. Therefore, it is important to stay up to date about the latest developments in this field. This research is a comprehensive survey that explores and evaluates the different object-detecting algorithms that have been used throughout the years, their advantages, disadvantages, and trade-offs. It also analyses the datasets and benchmarks that have been used for evaluating the models. Decentralized governance is going through radical changes due to the innovative use of blockchain which allows decisions to be made in a transparent, secure and more im- portantly, immutable way, without the authority of a single individual or party. Thus, the introduction of artificial intelligence (AI) in blockchain governing systems complicates such thing as transparency and trust, especially in the case of deep AI systems. But more on this later - this is where Explainable AI or XAI comes into the picture. XAI methods enable understanding of the reasons behind the choices made by AI models and solves the "black box"problem that is predominant in machine learn- ing. When applied to decentralised governance, XAI provides clarifications of AI's decision making in such areas as voting, resource distribution and the enactment of smart contracts. This way, the stakeholders are confident that the decision-making is fair and impartial and this is made possible by the use of XAI. This paper aims to find out more about the applicability of XAI concept in blockchain -based governance systems in terms of bias and fairness in automated decisions and explanation of the decisions made. The reasons why interpretability plays the crucial role in decentralized systems are explained with the help of the comparison between the classical artificial intelligence and the Xin Intelligent. The study also looks at various use cases such as, Decentralized Autonomous Organizations (DAOs), and voting systems implemented on blockchain platforms and how XAI can enhance the performance of the governance systems. As this study shows, XAI is vital in building trust, improving responsibility, and guaranteeing balanced majorities in decentralized blockchain governance structures. © 2025 IEEE.

Clever system that can look at pictures of fruits and figure out what kind of fruit each picture shows. AI algorithms like deep learning, which is like giving the Machine learning model a crash course in fruit recognition. This method teaches the ML Model we clearly explained the Model using application's agent using PEAS and the application's task environment using the 6 dimensions by showing it tons of fruit images, so over time, it gets really good at spotting the differences and similarities between, say, a banana and a grape. We also used another technique called pattern recognition, which helps the computer pay attention to specific details like the fruit's color, shape, size and texture. Overcoming multiple obstacles in order to automatically identify the type of fruit from the picture. The variety of images is influencing the color, texture, and shape of many different types of fruits. When it came to fruit picture detection, Convolutional Neural Network (CNN) Algorithm outperformed standard support-vector-machine-based approaches using handcrafted features in terms of accuracy also, it is a lot faster to implement for new fruits. By integrating deep learning and pattern recognition techniques such as Convolutional Neural Network Algorithm we have got the accuracy of 84%, our system efficiently identified different fruit types from images, demonstrating the power and effectiveness of our methods. The goal of our project is to create a tool that can quickly and correctly identify many types of fruits in photos, which could be useful for things like sorting fruits in a grocery store or helping people learn about different fruits by using Convolutional Neural Network Algorithm. This is not just about teaching a computer to recognize fruits;it is about making technology that can understand and interact with the world in a way that is helpful to us. © 2025 IEEE.

In the field of multiagent reinforcement learning (MARL), the ability to effectively explore unknown environments and collect information and experiences that are most beneficial for policy learning represents a critical research area. However, existing work often encounters difficulties in addressing the uncertainties caused by state changes and the inconsistencies between agents' local observations and global information, which presents significant challenges to coordinated exploration among multiple agents. To address this issue, this article proposes a novel MARL exploration method with Min-Max intrinsic motivation (E2M) that promotes the learning of joint policies of agents by introducing surprise minimization and social influence maximization. Since the agent is subject to unstable state changes in the environment, we introduce surprise minimization by computing state entropy to encourage the agents to cope with more stable and familiar situations. This method enables surprise estimation based on the low-dimensional representation of states obtained from random encoders. Furthermore, to prevent surprise minimization from leading to conservative policies, we introduce mutual information between agents' behaviors as social influence. By maximizing social influence, the agents are encouraged to interact to facilitate the emergence of cooperative behavior. The performance of our proposed E2M is testified across a range of popular StarCraft II and Multiagent MuJoCo tasks. Comprehensive results demonstrate its effectiveness in enhancing the cooperative capability of the multiple agents. © 2025 IEEE.

With the popularization of UAVs (Unmanned Aerial Vehicles) in surveillance, delivery services, environmental monitoring, and increasingly other operational aspects, besides the need to take off and land, efficient traffic management becomes integral for assuring and securing further development and exploitation. Most of the existing traffic management systems for UAVs depend on traditional rule-based algorithms or simpler machine learning techniques, such as DQN or PPO. However, these systems also have enormous challenges: dynamic environments, high-density traffic, and robust decision-making over unpredictable weather and network conditions. In addition, the above traditional models usually experience difficulties in balancing exploration and exploitation, leading to suboptimal routing and enlarged collision risks in complicated urban airspaces. These challenges have driven us to develop a new proposal: a UA V traffic management framework based on Double Deep Q-Network (DDQN) combined with Instruction-Based Learning. In this approach, advanced learning for DDQN optimizes processes at decision-making points for UAVs. The model proposed herein, along with comprehensive simulations and quantitative analyses, demonstrated higher performance in terms of leadership and cumulative rewards while keeping lower training loss compared to the classical algorithms such as DQN, A3C, and PPO. At the same time, the DDQN model presented a better success rate (95%), as also reflected in the balanced precision-recall curve showing an area under the curve of 0.90, over others in the on-point prediction of UAVstate and safety margin of collision. Our experimental results demonstrate that the proposed DDQN-based framework significantly enhances UA V traffic management by optimizing energy consumption in complex airspaces and reducing the risk of collision. © 2025 IEEE.
