In recent years, due to the rise in Peer to Peer (P2P) networks has brought a significant way in which the data is shared and services are offered over the internet. These P2P networks make use of decentralized architecture in which nodes directly interact and exchange resources. However, due to the use of decentralized architecture, the P2P networks are exposed to various security threats such as data breaches, and other malicious attacks. In this research, Stacking Ensemble Model (SEM) is proposed for network intrusion detection in P2P networks. Initially, the data is considered from network intrusion detection dataset and then preprocessed with data imputation and min-max normalization effectively handles the missing values and rescales the data into significant range. After that, Recursive Feature Elimination (RFE) is incorporated to select optimal features from preprocessed data based on feature importance. Finally, the proposed SEM effectively detects the intrusion in P2P networks which enhances the security. From the results, the proposed SEM model obtained a better outcome in terms of accuracy, precision, recall, and F1-score compared to the existing K-Nearest Neighbor (KNN) by accomplishing 97.20%, 94.71%, 96.62%, and 95.65%, respectively. © 2025 IEEE.

Osteoporosis is a major public health issue due to its association with increased fracture risk and reduced quality of life. Early diagnosis is crucial for effective treatment and prevention. This study introduces OSIS-NET, an advanced deep learning-based framework for detecting and classifying osteoporosis using MRI imaging. The model integrates convolutional neural networks (CNNs) with machine learning techniques to enhance accuracy, computational efficiency, and clinical reliability. The next stage applies deep learning (DL) based Dilated leaky ShuffleNet to process images for extracting textural and shape features from them. The selected ST features undergo an evaluation process using ML models which includes SVM, KNN, DT, and RF for detecting normal and abnormal patterns. The system reaches an excellent accuracy level that exceeds 99.76 % for normal cases and 99.89% for abnormal cases. The model achieves 0.86% superior accuracy when compared to GoogleNet alongside 0.54% and 0.16 % and 1.07 % superior results than ShuffleNet, AlexNet and MobileNet respectively. The study addresses model complexity, validation methodologies, and performance improvement strategies. Compared to traditional approaches, OSIS-NET demonstrates superior classification accuracy. We discuss the framework's real-world applications, limitations, and future directions for optimizing its robustness and clinical deployment.

Now a days in EFL procedure of education the ability of reading became as significant belief and personal-efficacy reading as a basic understanding for students. By monitoring the acknowledged participates under the ballpark figure of large studying and methods of understanding, the impact of their observation is premeditated on reading of each one’s personal-efficacy. On a daily routine all these things are comparatively considered which are put into effect by teachers of handful in number. Approach towards exhibiting Extensive reading (ER) is inspected to be "more expensive, difficult, and time-consuming". Method of recognition of elements in a various way for effective impact in putting its efforts to utilize for its empowerment. Paper has been segregated into two contexts: Association with attitude is considered as primary one and attitude is considered as secondary one. Whether knowledge work is understood by student or not is considered as the impact of ER by the first review. Procedure which are convenient is taken as the observations of student and is analysed as second one. The examinations are quantifiable to utilize the observations as information in terms of subjective way taken from students who belong to first academic year of reading course in a systematic way and 603 details of undergraduate students from KLEF of Guntur were chosen as participants for extant examination. In ER programme of includes and excludes "comprehension reading work" is treated as fundamental in the proposal of disclosures. In case of any, "the programme appeared to positively affect contributing students". Techniques of classification like "decision tree and Mixed Model database Miner (MMDBM)" are employed in this paper which leads to improvements of post-test to pre-test in ER group. When a human body moves within the coverage range of Wi-Fi signals,the reflected Wi-Fi signals by the various parts of the human body change the propagation path,so analysis of the channel state data can achieve the perception of the human *** extracting the Channel State Information(CSI)related to human motion from the Wi-Fi signals and analyzing it with the introduced machine learning classification algorithm,the human motion in the spatial environment can be *** the basis of this theory,this paper proposed an algorithm of human behavior recognition based on CSI wireless sensing to realize deviceless and over-the-air slide *** algorithm collects the environmental information containing upward or downward wave in a conference room scene,uses the local outlier factor detection algorithm to segment the actions,and then the time domain features are extracted to train Support Vector Machine(SVM)and eXtreme Gradient Boosting(XGBoost)classification *** experimental results show that the average accuracy of the XGBoost module sensing slide flipping can reach 94%,and the SVM module can reach 89%,so the module could be extended to the field of smart classroom and significantly improve speech efficiency.

We often open our eyes in the morning with the appalling news of data breaches of different popular companies. This is a significant threat not only to giant companies but also to the general people’s privacy. Various methods are maneuvered for data breaches, and identifying these methods in a short can help understand the loss and take proper steps against these incidents. Researchers nowadays focus on the data breaches issue to reduce its threats to the tech industry. In this research, we have used advanced deep learning methods(e.g., BERT, XLNet, and Electra) to predict data breach methods using the data breach story. The proposed classifier has provided an accuracy of 92.86%.

Linear discriminant analysis (LDA) is a well-known feature-extraction technique for data analytic and pattern classification. As the dimensionality of multimedia data has increased in this big era, it is often to characterize data by tensors. Over the past two decades, researchers have thus explored to extend LDA to the general tensor space, especially in two common ways: LDA of tensors using tensor decomposition methods (by conversion of tensors to matrices) and LDA of tensors built upon the T-product. However, both of the aforementioned approaches have restrictions thereby. A critical problem about how to carry out LDA of arbitrary scatter tensors based on the Einstein product still remains unsolved by the existing methods. Therefore, we propose a novel tensor LDA (a.k.a. TLDA) approach, which can carry out the LDA of arbitrary-dimensional scatter-tensors without any need of tensor decomposition. Besides, for reducing the computation time, we also design a parallel paradigm to execute our proposed TLDA in this work. Numerical experiments conducted over real multimedia data demonstrate the efficacy of our proposed new TLDA in terms of classification accuracy. Moreover, the comparison of the classification accuracies, computational-complexities, and memory-complexities of our proposed novel TLDA scheme and other existing tensor-based LDA methods is made. By leveraging TLDA for high-dimensional feature extraction, segmentation, and user-item interaction data processing, future multimedia recommendation systems can facilitate more accurate, engaging, and satisfactory user experience over the Internet. © 1963-12012 IEEE.

The survivable mapping problem in an IP-over-WDM network with a logical graph and physical graph is the problem of finding a mapping of a logical network in a physical layer so that any failure in physical topology does not break the logical topology’s connection. Determining whether a survivable mapping against failure exists is an NP-complete problem, and therefore many heuristic algorithms have been proposed in the literature. In this paper, a heuristic mapping design strategy is proposed to enable the lightpaths to more efficiently endure a node failure. We individually consider the logical topology by building a Hamiltonian cycle and then deal with the mapping problem for disjoint physical paths. Experimental results demonstrate that the proposed algorithm can provide efficient survivable mapping in IP-over-WDM networks. The simulation shows that the survivability of previous methods (SNF and SMART-Node) is around 60–80%, but our proposed algorithm can build survivable mapping in all kinds of situations. © 2022, The Author(s), under exclusive licence to Springer science+Business Media, LLC, part of Springer Nature.

Amidst today’s fast-paced world, the escalating levels of stress among students have become a significant concern, and it appears to be inversely related to their academic performance. There have been several types of research on the link between stress and grade prediction. Our study aims to leverage the available dataset about the stress level in such a way that can predict students’ grades to comment on the student’s performance. The dataset is collected using the wearable device during three exams containing electrodermal activity, skin temperature, and heart rate from 7680 student subjects. Our approach involves employing a variety of machine learning and deep learning algorithms, including Decision Trees Regressor, CNN Regressor, KNN Regressor, Random Forest Regressor, and Support Vector Regressor models. Through our investigation, we aim to demonstrate the potential of wearable devices in extracting meaningful insights from physiological signals to predict students’ academic outcomes. The challenges associated with wearable observations present unique opportunities for addressing and mitigating stress-related issues among students, and this study harnesses the power of a publicly available dataset to contribute to this important area of research.

A remote data storage service provided by cloud providers is known as cloud storage. It substitutes an online-accessible central storage repository for the need for nearby physical storage devices. Cloud storage is efficient due to its wide range of accessibility. An efficient approach for managing file storage in cloud computing environments is presented in this paper. The proposed method utilizes the concept of dividing files into blocks and combining them to generate file hashes using Merkle hash tree (MHT). These file hashes facilitate quick and reliable data integrity verification. Upon transmission of multiple files to the Cloud Service Provider (CSP), a secure storage process is implemented within the cloud environment. The data packets are organized and managed through a $B+$ tree structure. The proposed scheme also supports dynamic file operations. Where users can modify files, and for each modification, a new file hash is generated by merging the block hashes through MHT. By combining the efficiency of Merkle hash tree and B+ tree structures, this proposed system offers a dependable solution for effectively managing files in cloud storage. This method makes a significant contribution to the fields of cloud computing and file management by improving data security, integrity, and accessibility.

A location semantic privacy protection model based on spatial influence

The utilization of numerous location-based intelligent services yields massive traffic trajectory data. Mining such data unveils internal and external user features, offering significant application value across various domains. Nonetheless, while trajectory data mining enhances user convenience, it also exposes their privacy to potential breaches. To address the problem that existing traffic trajectory privacy protection methods rarely consider the location semantics and the spatial influence of interest points when constructing k-anonymity sets, which makes user trajectories vulnerable to attacks, a Location Semantic Privacy Protection Model based on Spatial Influence (LSPPM-SI) is proposed to resist semantic attacks. Firstly, a location semantic mining algorithm is proposed to classify the stopovers based on positional semantics, thereby simplifying the semantic information contained in user trajectories. Secondly, a diversified semantic dummy location selecting algorithm is proposed to resist semantic attacks. To enhance the availability of traffic trajectory data while safeguarding location semantics, a Hilbert curves is used to reduce the area of anonymous regions, and a diversified semantic anonymous set is constructed. Thirdly, the spatial influence of interest points is defined and used to verify the rationality of dummy trajectories within the anonymous trajectory set, thereby preventing attackers from identifying dummy trajectories. Finally, the problem of synthesizing dummy trajectories is transformed into a matching problem for directed bipartite graphs and the optimal k-anonymity set is obtained using the Kuhn Munkres algorithm. Experimental results demonstrate that the proposed model improves traffic trajectory data availability and semantic protection performance by 14% and 46.5%, respectively, compared to traditional models. © The Author(s) 2025.
