Aiming at the problem of workflow scheduling under the "container virtual machine" two-tier structure in cloud microservice workflow application, a "container virtual machine" load balancing strategy based on deadline limit (container virtual machine load) is proposed. Whether a corresponding container image exists, and create a new container on the virtual machine that already has a container image to reduce the time to extract the container image. Diffusion models are powerful generative models, and this capability can also be applied to discrimination. The inner activations of a pre-trained diffusion model can serve as features for discriminative tasks, namely, diffusion feature. We discover that diffusion feature has been hindered by a hidden yet universal phenomenon that we call content shift. To be specific, there are content differences between features and the input image, such as the exact shape of a certain object. We locate the cause of content shift as one inherent characteristic of diffusion models, which suggests the broad existence of this phenomenon in diffusion feature. Further empirical study also indicates that its negative impact is not negligible even when content shift is not visually perceivable. Hence, we propose to suppress content shift to enhance the overall quality of diffusion features. Specifically, content shift is related to the information drift during the process of recovering an image from the noisy input, pointing out the possibility of turning off-the-shelf generation techniques into tools for content shift suppression. We further propose a practical guideline named GATE to efficiently evaluate the potential benefit of a technique and provide an implementation of our methodology. Despite the simplicity, the proposed approach has achieved superior results on various tasks and datasets, validating its potential as a generic booster for diffusion features. An Encoder-Decoder Model Based On Spiking Neural Networks For Address Event Representation Object Recognition

Address event representation (AER) object recognition task has attracted extensive attention in neuromorphic vision processing. The spike-based and event-driven computation inherent in the spiking neural network (SNN) provides an energy-saving solution for AER object recognition. However, SNN with spike timing dependent plasticity (STDP) learning rule has not achieved satisfying AER object recognition performance. This work proposes an SNN-based encoder-decoder model to improve the recognition performance of AER objects. An STDP-based locally connected spiking neural network (LC-SNN) is proposed as an encoder to extract rich spatiotemporal features from AER event flows more flexibly. After the encoder extracts and learns primary features, we propose a fully connected spiking neural network (FC-SNN) based on the reward-modulated spike-timing-dependent plasticity (R-STDP) learning rule as a decoder to learn higher-level features for classification. In addition, we improved the winner-take-all (WTA) mechanisms and R-STDP learning rule in the decoder based on the reward and punish decision, enabling the network to perform better. The experiments are performed on the N-MNIST, MNIST-DVS, and the DVS Gesture datasets, improving the accuracy of the best existing plasticity-based SNN by 0.19%, 0.27% and 1.35%, respectively. © 2016 IEEE.

Convolutional Neural Network (CNN) is a widely used neural network in deep learning, and Graph Convolutional Network (GCN) is one of the most effective semi -supervised methods. It spread node information in a conversion way. In this article, we have studied the differences between CNN and GCN in the classification of high -spectrum image. Because the traditional GCN algorithm needs to build an adjacent matrix on all data, the calculation cost is very high, especially in large -scale remote sensing problems. MinigCNS uses a small -batch learning method to solve the problem of CCN calculation costs, and then it has not solved the problem of low efficiency of single model classification. This article studies the advantages of minigcns and CNN, and proposes a weighted fusion network FU-W, which weighs the minigcns and CNN weighted integration to break the bottleneck of single model performance. We experimented with the fusion algorithm on the two high -spectrum data sets, and its overall accuracy can reach 88.8%in Indian Pines. The experiment proves the superiority of the fusion strategy for a single CNN or GCN model. © 2023 ACM.

Diffusion models are initially designed for image generation. Recent research shows that the internal signals within their backbones, named activations, can also serve as dense features for various discriminative tasks such as semantic segmentation. Given numerous activations, selecting a small yet effective subset poses a fundamental problem. To this end, the early study of this field performs a large-scale quantitative comparison of the discriminative ability of the activations. However, we find that many potential activations have not been evaluated, such as the queries and keys used to compute attention scores. Moreover, recent advancements in diffusion architectures bring many new activations, such as those within embedded ViT modules. Both combined, activation selection remains unresolved but overlooked. To tackle this issue, this paper takes a further step with a much broader range of activations evaluated. Considering the significant increase in activations, a full-scale quantitative comparison is no longer operational. Instead, we seek to understand the properties of these activations, such that the activations that are clearly inferior can be filtered out in advance via simple qualitative evaluation. After careful analysis, we discover three properties universal among diffusion models, enabling this study to go beyond specific models. On top of this, we present effective feature selection solutions for several popular diffusion models. Finally, the experiments across multiple discriminative tasks validate the superiority of our method over the SOTA competitors. Knee Osteoarthritis (KOA) is a common joint disease that severely affects the normal lives of patients. In clinical practice, the severity of KOA is commonly evaluated by observing radiographs of the knee joint However, this approach heavily relies on a doctor’s clinical experience and exhibits a certain degree of subjectivity. In previous studies, various advanced deep convolutional neural network (CNN) models have been used to diagnose KOA. As known, CNN models often focus on learning the local detailed features for decision-making and lack attention to global structural information. In this study, we propose a dual network called GraphConvNet that integrates a visual graph neural network with a deep CNN to enhance representation learning by leveraging both local detailed features and global structural information. Our proposed method was evaluated using an Osteoarthritis Initiative (OAI) dataset and achieved an overall accuracy, recall, precision, and mean absolute error (MAE) of 75.24%, 77.75%, 74.33% and 0.283, respectively. Experiments demonstrate that our proposed method significantly improves the performance and achieves state-of-the-art performance. Based on the wide application of cloud computing and wireless sensor networks in various fields,the Sensor-Cloud System(SCS)plays an indispensable role between the physical world and the network ***,due to the close connection and interdependence between the physical resource network and computing resource network,there are security problems such as cascading failures between systems in the *** this paper,we propose a model with two interdependent networks to represent a sensor-cloud ***,based on the percolation theory,we have carried out a formulaic theoretical analysis of the whole process of cascading *** the system’s subnetwork presents a steady state where there is no further collapse,we can obtain the largest remaining connected subgroup components and the penetration ***,this result is the critical maximum that the coupled SCS can *** verify the correctness of the theoretical results,we further carried out actual simulation *** results show that a scale-free network priority attack’s percolation threshold is always less than that of ER network which is priority ***,when the scale-free network is attacked first,adding the power law exponentλcan be more intuitive and more effective to improve the network’s reliability.

Prompt as Free Lunch: Enhancing Diversity in Source-Free Cross-domain Few-shot Learning through Semantic-Guided Prompting

The source-free cross-domain few-shot learning (CD-FSL) task aims to transfer pretrained models to target domains utilizing minimal samples, eliminating the need for source domain data. Addressing this issue requires models to have robust generalization abilities and strong feature representation, aligning with the characteristics of large-scale pretrained models. However, large-scale models tend to lose representational ability in cross-domain scenarios due to limited sample diversity. Given the abundant diversity provided by semantic modality, this paper utilize prompt as "free lunch" to enhance the diversity and leverages textual modality to guide the prompt generating. Specifically, we propose the SeGD-VPT framework, which is divided into two phases. The first step aims to increase feature diversity by adding diversity prompts to each support sample, thereby generating varying input and enhancing sample diversity. Furthermore, we use diversity descriptions of classes to guide semantically meaningful learning of diversity prompts, proposing random combinations and selections of texts to increase textual diversity. Additionally, deep prompt tuning is introduced to enhance the model's transfer capability. After training of the first step, support samples with different diversity prompts are input into the CLIP backbone to generate enhanced features. After generation, the second phase trains classifiers using the generated features. Extensive experimental results across several benchmarks verify our method is comparable to SOTA source-utilized models and attain the best performance under the source-free CD-FSL setting. Self-supervised pre-training followed by fine-tuning is a potent paradigm for few-shot learning, leveraging extensive unlabeled data with remarkable efficacy. Current self-supervised methods often lean towards Vision Transformers (ViTs) rather than CNN-Transformer hybrid architectures, which generally demonstrate superior performance. However, this reliance on ViTs can lead to poor perception of local features by the model. The challenge lies in designing a suitable proxy task for hybrid architectures like CNN-Transformers, which have significant structural differences. Additionally, the current organization of CNN-Transformer hybrid backbones is often sequential, hindering collaboration during pre-training and the acquisition of robust representations. To address these issues, we propose Self-Supervised Collaborative CNN-Transformer (S2CCT) for few-shot medical image segmentation. This framework introduces three innovative designs: (1) a composite proxy task based on image masking and image super-resolution tailored for CNN-Transformer hybrid architectures, enabling the backbone to acquire robust representations during pre-training that can be transferred to downstream tasks;(2) a parallel CNN-Transformer architecture that better attends to multi-scale features in images, making it more suitable for dense prediction tasks like image segmentation;(3) a sparse and dense feature fusion module to enhance collaboration between the two encoders. Experiments demonstrate that S2CCT outperforms previous state-of-the-art methods on two public medical image segmentation benchmarks, i.e., ACDC and KiTs19.
