A fault in large online service systems often triggers numerous alerts due to the complex business and component dependencies among services, which is known as "alert storm". In a short time, an online service system may generate a huge amount of alert data. This poses a challenge for on-call engineers to identify alerts that are associated with a system failure for root cause analysis. In this paper, we propose DyAlert, a dynamic graph neural networks-based approach for linking alerts that might be triggered by a same fault to reduce the burden of on-call engineers in the fault analysis. Our insight is that alerts are often triggered by alert propagation when a system failure occurs, e.g., alert a would lead to the occurrence of alert b. Whether two alerts should be linked depends on if one alert is triggered by the propagation of the other. Leveraging this insight, we design a dynamic graph (namely Alert-Metric Dynamic Graph) that describes the propagation process of alerts. Based on the dynamic graph, we train a neural networks-based model to predict alert links. We evaluate DyAlert with real-world data collected from an online service system running 85 business units and about 30,000 different services in a large enterprise. The results show that DyAlert is effective in predicting alert links and it outperforms the state-of-the-art approaches with an average increase of 0.259 in F1-score.

3D medical image segmentation is vital for disease diagnosis and effective treatment strategies. Despite the advancements in Convolutional Neural Networks (CNN), their fixed receptive fields constrain global context modeling, leading to suboptimal performance, particularly with complex shapes and multi-scale variations. Transformer enhances the global modeling capability through self-attention mechanism. However, challenges persist in capturing fine-grained local features and extracting edge features. To overcome these issues, In this study, a dual-path encoder is proposed, which consists of a 3D PDC and a Swin Transformer and is combined with a CNN for the decoder. The 3D PDC module extracts local features by calculating the differences between neighboring pixels. To improve the ability of capturing edge structures, three 3D PDC variants (3D CPDC, 3D APDC, and 3D RPDC) are proposed to optimize the processing ability of complex edges, multi-directional edges, and multi-scale structures, respectively. After performance evaluation, the selected CARV combinations (3D CPDC, 3D APDC, 3D RPDC, and 3D ordinary convolution) achieve a compromise between high segmentation accuracy and low computational cost. The Swin Transformer encoder captures global context using a hierarchical shift-window mechanism, while the CNN decoder fuses features progressively to produce precise pixel-level segmentation. The proposed method exceeds the performance of existing state-of-the-art techniques, as shown by experiments conducted on the BTCV, FLARE21, and AMOS22 datasets. © 2025, The Authors. Learning Common and Label-Specific Features for Label Distribution Learning with Correlation Information

Label distribution learning quantifies the label space for each instance and has wide applicability in different fields. However, most existing work primarily focuses on common features, ignores the significance of label-specific features. Meanwhile, label correlation is well used in these work, but they still have limitations in capturing instance correlation. Therefore, in this paper, we propose a novel approach for label distribution learning to learn common and label-specific features with correlation information i.e. instance correlation and label correlation. First, we conduct $\ell_{2,1}-$norm regularization to select common and label-specific features, simultaneously. Then, we implement an optimization function to identify instance correlation in feature space. In addition, label correlation is collected with Pearson correlation coefficient. Finally, we design an objective function that enables the joint learning of common and label-specific features while leveraging correlation information. Comprehensive experiments manifest the superiority of our proposed approach against other well-established label distribution learning algorithms. © 2024, The Authors. All rights reserved.

Aiming at the problem of workflow scheduling under the "container virtual machine" two-tier structure in cloud microservice workflow application, a "container virtual machine" load balancing strategy based on deadline limit (container virtual machine load) is proposed. Balance strategy), CV LBMs strategy first obtains the optimal economic configuration of the corresponding instance of the micro service according to historical data, and calculated the list of remaining resources in the leased virtual machine;Determined whether the virtual machine is on the virtual machine according to the container image list in the virtual machine. Whether a corresponding container image exists, and create a new container on the virtual machine that already has a container image to reduce the time to extract the container image. The workflow simulation results showed that compared with the existing algorithms, the C-V LBMs strategy had the ability to meet the deadline success rate and reduced the cost. © 2022 IEEE

Diffusion models are powerful generative models, and this capability can also be applied to discrimination. The inner activations of a pre-trained diffusion model can serve as features for discriminative tasks, namely, diffusion feature. We discover that diffusion feature has been hindered by a hidden yet universal phenomenon that we call content shift. To be specific, there are content differences between features and the input image, such as the exact shape of a certain object. We locate the cause of content shift as one inherent characteristic of diffusion models, which suggests the broad existence of this phenomenon in diffusion feature. Further empirical study also indicates that its negative impact is not negligible even when content shift is not visually perceivable. Hence, we propose to suppress content shift to enhance the overall quality of diffusion features. Specifically, content shift is related to the information drift during the process of recovering an image from the noisy input, pointing out the possibility of turning off-the-shelf generation techniques into tools for content shift suppression. We further propose a practical guideline named GATE to efficiently evaluate the potential benefit of a technique and provide an implementation of our methodology. Despite the simplicity, the proposed approach has achieved superior results on various tasks and datasets, validating its potential as a generic booster for diffusion features. An Encoder-Decoder Model Based On Spiking Neural Networks For Address Event Representation Object Recognition

Address event representation (AER) object recognition task has attracted extensive attention in neuromorphic vision processing. The spike-based and event-driven computation inherent in the spiking neural network (SNN) provides an energy-saving solution for AER object recognition. However, SNN with spike timing dependent plasticity (STDP) learning rule has not achieved satisfying AER object recognition performance. This work proposes an SNN-based encoder-decoder model to improve the recognition performance of AER objects. An STDP-based locally connected spiking neural network (LC-SNN) is proposed as an encoder to extract rich spatiotemporal features from AER event flows more flexibly. After the encoder extracts and learns primary features, we propose a fully connected spiking neural network (FC-SNN) based on the reward-modulated spike-timing-dependent plasticity (R-STDP) learning rule as a decoder to learn higher-level features for classification. In addition, we improved the winner-take-all (WTA) mechanisms and R-STDP learning rule in the decoder based on the reward and punish decision, enabling the network to perform better. The experiments are performed on the N-MNIST, MNIST-DVS, and the DVS Gesture datasets, improving the accuracy of the best existing plasticity-based SNN by 0.19%, 0.27% and 1.35%, respectively. © 2016 IEEE.

Convolutional Neural Network (CNN) is a widely used neural network in deep learning, and Graph Convolutional Network (GCN) is one of the most effective semi -supervised methods. It spread node information in a conversion way. In this article, we have studied the differences between CNN and GCN in the classification of high -spectrum image. Because the traditional GCN algorithm needs to build an adjacent matrix on all data, the calculation cost is very high, especially in large -scale remote sensing problems. MinigCNS uses a small -batch learning method to solve the problem of CCN calculation costs, and then it has not solved the problem of low efficiency of single model classification. This article studies the advantages of minigcns and CNN, and proposes a weighted fusion network FU-W, which weighs the minigcns and CNN weighted integration to break the bottleneck of single model performance. We experimented with the fusion algorithm on the two high -spectrum data sets, and its overall accuracy can reach 88.8%in Indian Pines. The experiment proves the superiority of the fusion strategy for a single CNN or GCN model. © 2023 ACM.

Knee Osteoarthritis (KOA) is a common joint disease that severely affects the normal lives of patients. In clinical practice, the severity of KOA is commonly evaluated by observing radiographs of the knee joint However, this approach heavily relies on a doctor’s clinical experience and exhibits a certain degree of subjectivity. In previous studies, various advanced deep convolutional neural network (CNN) models have been used to diagnose KOA. As known, CNN models often focus on learning the local detailed features for decision-making and lack attention to global structural information. In this study, we propose a dual network called GraphConvNet that integrates a visual graph neural network with a deep CNN to enhance representation learning by leveraging both local detailed features and global structural information. Our proposed method was evaluated using an Osteoarthritis Initiative (OAI) dataset and achieved an overall accuracy, recall, precision, and mean absolute error (MAE) of 75.24%, 77.75%, 74.33% and 0.283, respectively. Experiments demonstrate that our proposed method significantly improves the performance and achieves state-of-the-art performance. Diffusion models are initially designed for image generation. Recent research shows that the internal signals within their backbones, named activations, can also serve as dense features for various discriminative tasks such as semantic segmentation. Given numerous activations, selecting a small yet effective subset poses a fundamental problem. To this end, the early study of this field performs a large-scale quantitative comparison of the discriminative ability of the activations. However, we find that many potential activations have not been evaluated, such as the queries and keys used to compute attention scores. Moreover, recent advancements in diffusion architectures bring many new activations, such as those within embedded ViT modules. Both combined, activation selection remains unresolved but overlooked. To tackle this issue, this paper takes a further step with a much broader range of activations evaluated. Considering the significant increase in activations, a full-scale quantitative comparison is no longer operational. Instead, we seek to understand the properties of these activations, such that the activations that are clearly inferior can be filtered out in advance via simple qualitative evaluation. After careful analysis, we discover three properties universal among diffusion models, enabling this study to go beyond specific models. On top of this, we present effective feature selection solutions for several popular diffusion models. Finally, the experiments across multiple discriminative tasks validate the superiority of our method over the SOTA competitors. Based on the wide application of cloud computing and wireless sensor networks in various fields,the Sensor-Cloud System(SCS)plays an indispensable role between the physical world and the network ***,due to the close connection and interdependence between the physical resource network and computing resource network,there are security problems such as cascading failures between systems in the *** this paper,we propose a model with two interdependent networks to represent a sensor-cloud ***,based on the percolation theory,we have carried out a formulaic theoretical analysis of the whole process of cascading *** the system’s subnetwork presents a steady state where there is no further collapse,we can obtain the largest remaining connected subgroup components and the penetration ***,this result is the critical maximum that the coupled SCS can *** verify the correctness of the theoretical results,we further carried out actual simulation *** results show that a scale-free network priority attack’s percolation threshold is always less than that of ER network which is priority ***,when the scale-free network is attacked first,adding the power law exponentλcan be more intuitive and more effective to improve the network’s reliability.
