In the cultivating new engineering talents of information discipline, people tend to adopt virtual simulation to simulate production line scenes of enterprises' intelligent manufacturing so as to solve the problem that students fail to go deep into the production lines of industrial fields for scene practice and that they can not collect, analyze and optimize data in the real intelligent manufacturing production lines. The innovative talent training methods which combine regional industries can be used to improve students' ability to analyze, design, debug, operate, maintain and optimize the intelligent manufacturing big data and to master methods and ideas for solving complex engineering problems with big data technology. AR-CNN: an attention ranking network for learning urban perception

An increasing number of deep learning methods is being applied to quantify the perception of urban environments, study the relationship between urban appearance and resident safety, and improve urban appearance. Most advanced methods extract image feature representations from street-level images through conventional visual computation algorithms or deep convolutional neural networks and then directly predict the results using features. Unfortunately, these methods take color and texture information together during processing. Color and texture are prime image features, and they affect human perception and judgment differently. We argue that color and texture should be operated differently; therefore, we formulate an end-to-end learning methodology to process input images according to color and texture information before inputting it into the neural network. The processed images and the original image constitute three input streams for the triad attention ranking convolutional neural network(AR-CNN) model proposed in this *** accordance with the aspects of color and texture, an improved attention mechanism in the convolution layer is proposed. Our objective is to obtain the scores of humans on urban appearance in accordance with the prediction results computed from pairwise comparisons generated by the AR-CNN model.

In recent years, the state-of-the-art semantic segmentation models have made extremely successful in various challenging scenes. However, the high computation costs of these models make it difficult to deploy to mobile devices. To better serve in computation constraint scenes, the semantic segmentation model should not only have high segmentation performance, but also fast inference speed. In this paper, we proposed an efficient multi-scale context module named LSPPM, which can gather abundant context information at a low computation cost. Base on this, we present a real-time semantic segmentation model called LSPPNet which is specially designed for real-time application. We have done an exhaustive experiment to evaluate LSPPNet in the challenge urban street scenes datasets Cityscapes. Extensive experiment shows that LSPPNet gets a better trade-off between segmentation performance and inference speed. We test LSPPNet on an NVIDIA 2080 super graphics card and it can achieve 75.8% MIoU in Cityscapes test set in real-time speed. © Published under licence by IOP Publishing Ltd.

An oversampling method based on adaptive artificial immune network and SMOTE

The problem of data imbalance often causes classification algorithms to overlook the minority classes, which are usually more valuable in practical applications. Consequently, this impacts the classification performance. Sampling strategies balance class distribution at the data level, making them an effective means of improving classifier performance. However, most existing methods focus on achieving a balance in sample quantity between classes while neglecting the impact of the original data’s spatial distribution in the feature space on classification outcomes. A new oversampling algorithm based on Adaptive Artificial Immune Network and SMOTE (ADAIN-SMOTE) is proposed in this paper. ADAIN incorporates a global mutation operator and an adaptive network suppression operator into Artificial Immune Network, enhancing the evolutionary network’s learning capability for the original data and achieving adaptive network compression. Ultimately, it evolves a network structure capable of mapping the distribution of the original data, which is then used to augment the minority class. SMOTE is subsequently applied to oversample the new minority class. The resulting synthetic minority samples avoid excessive sampling of noisy or irrelevant data and better preserve the true distribution of the original data. This method demonstrates general applicability across various classification models and significantly enhances classification performance. Comparative experiments on 26 datasets, 5 classifiers, and 8 oversampling algorithms show that the proposed algorithm ranks first in terms of average F1, G-mean, PR_AUC, and MCC metrics.

In the field of intelligent digital healthcare, Continuous-flow microfluidic biochip (CFMB) has become a research direction of widespread concern. CFMB integrates a large number of microvalves and large-scale microchannel networks into a single chip, enabling efficient execution of various biochemical protocols. However, as the scale of the chip increases, the routing task for CFMB becomes increasingly complex, and traditional manual routing is no longer sufficient to meet the requirements. Therefore, this paper proposes an automatic routing framework for CFMB based on Genetic algorithm (GA) and A* algorithms. Specifically, we adopt a two-stage A* algorithm to design the routing between modules, using the routing results obtained from the A* algorithm as the basis for evaluating the quality of solutions in the GA algorithm. Then, the GA algorithm is used to search for the optimal approximate solution in the solution space. Experimental results show that this method can reduce routing length and minimize routing crossings, thereby improving the parallel transmission speed of reagents on CFMB. This approach provides a feasible solution for large-scale automated routing of CFMB in the field of intelligent digital healthcare. © The Author(s), under exclusive license to Springer Nature Singapore Pte Ltd 2024.

Continuous-Flow Microfluidic Biochip (CFMB), with their integrated features, bring traditional biochemical experiments on a single chip to accomplish complex operations and reactions through precise control, efficient reactions and emerging ways of saving reagents. In the field of intelligent digital healthcare, CFMB have attracted a lot of attention. However, traditional manual design schemes can no longer meet the needs of increasingly complex chip architecture design. Therefore, this paper proposes an automated design method for resource binding and module placement of CFMB based on a list scheduling algorithm and an improved Simulated Annealing algorithm. Through the resource binding and scheduling design based on the list scheduling algorithm, an effective scheduling strategy is generated, which effectively improves the biochip execution efficiency. In addition, the improved Simulated Annealing algorithm solves the module placement problem in the biochip in a limited physical space. Compared with some benchmark algorithms, the experimental results demonstrate the effectiveness of the method in the biochip design process and provide a practical framework for further development of CFMB in the field of intelligent digital healthcare. © The Author(s), under exclusive license to Springer Nature Singapore Pte Ltd 2024.

Real-world networks can be divided into homophilic and heterophilic graphs. Significantly, many nodes tend to be heterophilic in a homophilic graph. Graph representation learning in heterophilic graphs has attracted considerable significance in recent years as it breaks the homophily assumption and achieves higher-quality graph embeddings. However, existing heterophilic graph representation learning methods often mix attribute and topological information, neglecting the mutual exclusion between attribute information and topological information. Furthermore, algorithms in heterogeneous graphs usually rely on specific matrix structures to capture high-order information, which may restrict the applicability of these methods. To tackle these issues, this paper proposes a GNN-based strategy for Heterophilic graph Representation Learning based on Multi-order information extraction and High and Low pass filters (HRLMHL). First, we designed two relatively independent modules to learn attribute information and topological information, respectively, to address the issue of mismatch. Second, we built a multi-order information extraction module to extract multi-order similarity features, thereby achieving the learning of high-order graph information. Experiments on real datasets show that the node classification accuracy is superior to that of the state-of-the-art methods on most datasets. © 2024 IEEE.

Prior studies on Aspect-level Sentiment Classification (ALSC) emphasize modeling interrelationships among aspects and contexts but overlook the crucial role of aspects themselves as essential domain knowledge. To this end, we propose AGCL, a novel Aspect Graph Construction and Learning method, aimed at furnishing the model with finely tuned aspect information to bolster its task-understanding ability. AGCL's pivotal innovations reside in Aspect Graph Construction (AGC) and Aspect Graph Learning (AGL), where AGC harnesses intrinsic aspect connections to construct the domain aspect graph, and then AGL iteratively updates the introduced aspect graph to enhance its domain expertise, making it more suitable for the ALSC task. Hence, this domain aspect graph can serve as a bridge connecting unseen aspects with seen aspects, thereby enhancing the model's generalization capability. Experiment results on three widely used datasets demonstrate the significance of aspect information for ALSC and highlight AGL's superiority in aspect learning, surpassing state-of-the-art baselines greatly. Artificial intelligence(AI) systems surpass certain human intelligence abilities in a statistical sense as a whole, but are not yet the true realization of these human intelligence abilities and behaviors. There are differences, and even contradictions, between the cognition and behavior of AI systems and humans. With the goal of achieving general AI, this study contains a review of the role of cognitive science in inspiring the development of the three mainstream academic branches of AI based on the three-layer framework proposed by David Marr, and the limitations of the current development of AI are explored and analyzed. The differences and inconsistencies between the cognition mechanisms of the human brain and the computation mechanisms of AI systems are analyzed. They are found to be the cause of the differences and contradictions between the cognition and behavior of AI systems and humans. Additionally, eight important research directions and their scientific issues that need to focus on braininspired AI research are proposed: highly imitated bionic information processing, a large-scale deep learning model that balances structure and function, multi-granularity joint problem solving bidirectionally driven by data and knowledge, AI models that simulate specific brain structures, a collaborative processing mechanism with the physical separation of perceptual processing and interpretive analysis, embodied intelligence that integrates the brain cognitive mechanism and AI computation mechanisms,intelligence simulation from individual intelligence to group intelligence(social intelligence), and AI-assisted brain cognitive intelligence.
