This paper introduces an automated grading system for mangoes, enhancing efficiency and accuracy compared to human-based methods. The system uses the Lion Assisted Firefly Algorithm (LA-FF) to extract the best features from multiple highlights, enhancing grading efficiency and accuracy. The LA-FF algorithm is then used to fine-tune the convolutional layers of a deep CNN based on the specific requirements of mango grading. The system integrates the latest algorithms, automation, and adaptation to create an even more effective and precise grading system suitable for rural agricultural contexts. The LA-FF algorithm is used to extract the best features from multiple highlights, resulting in a more accurate and efficient grading process.

There are many medical applications for the Internet of Health Things (IoHT). In order to offer patients with more intelligent and effective health diagnoses, contemporary IoHT incorporates wellness items such sensors with continuously monitored medical equipment for the evaluation and handling of a medical chart. Using the combination of 5G networks and ethereum technology, we presented the IoT using a fog medical decision assistance system in this study for the forecast and monitoring of illness along with its severities. Due to its visibility, a frame provides a method for keeping and exchanging knowledge which is safe. Ethereum has various uses in the medical industry and therefore can enhance monitoring equipment, clinical study storage systems, mobile medical software, exchanging and keeping of digital media files, and insurer details stockpiling. The suggested structure will assemble a cloud provider will hold client information from the health equipment that's going to be connected to the individual, along with any pertinent health records. The use of 5G with cryptocurrency technologies allows the reliable transfer of patient information at high transmission rates with short reaction times. In addition, a Deep Neural (NN) classification is employed to forecast illnesses as well as the degree of underlying severity. The suggested model is tested using a variety of classifiers. In order to determine which classification is appropriate for the information, the effectiveness of various classifier is compared by contrasting the results. The NN improved a 98.98 average accuracy. This NN is additionally trained on the information such so this can forecast the outcome of the information category that carries no labels. A taught Naive Bayes is more accurate than conventional classifications at making predictions and effectively displaying the findings. © 2023 IEEE.

Effective communication is crucial for success in various interactions, including personal and online interviews. The work proposed is to refine the communication effectiveness and extend the understanding of interactions by incorporating new system functions of real-time emotion and body language capture. Facial and body landmarks are analyzed using Google’s Mediapipe to ensure accurate identification of the frequently performed emotions and frequently posed postures. The proposed system uses three classifiers, namely Random Forest, Gradient Boosting, and Ridge Classifier, all integrated in one pipeline; this makes our work distinct. In the testing phase the classifiers are checked to avoid misidentification of emotions or incorrect posture in different situations. One of the major novelties of this work is its ability to address users of different languages, thus it is relevant anywhere in the world. This dynamic and robust system provides accurate emotion analysis achieving the accuracy of 92%, enhancing understanding in various communication contexts and setting a new standard for interview and interaction analysis.

In a traditional supply chain system, the process of producing raw materials so that a product may be delivered to a customer is a manual operation with insufficient data and transaction security. The entire process is time consuming and requires a lot of effort. The undivided process is generally ineffective and unreliable for consumers. The data security, authenticity, the inclusion of will significantly improve the time management and transaction procedures of conventional supply chain management systems. data is shielded from illegal access via the ground-breaking, decentralized technology known as blockchain. After smart contracts are put into place, the complete supply chain management (SCM) will be satisfied with the customer. When the mediator is contracted, which is possible in various ways, the plan becomes more reliable. This article places particular emphasis on lowering third party involvement in the supply chain system and enhancing data security. Conventional supply chain management techniques have several serious shortcomings. Some of them include a lack of traceability, difficulties maintaining product safety and quality, a failure to track and manage inventories in stores and warehouses, escalating supply chain costs, and so on. The reduction of third-party involvement in the supply chain system and the improvement of data security are the main goals of this article. This enhances process accessibility, effectiveness, and timeliness overall. They will feel safer throughout the payment procedure, which is the main benefit. Yet in this investigation, a smart contract and a peer-to-peer encrypted system were both used. There are a few additional features as well. © 2024 IEEE.

Determining the precise location of Alzheimer's nodules is essential for estimating the risk of brain cancer. Conventional CAD modules, including MRI, PET, and CT, struggle with feature extraction and segmentation due to time limits and complexity. This study proposes an efficient brain nodule detection technique based on the Multi-Scene Deep learning Framework (MSDLF) that makes use of the vesselness filter. A four-channel CNN model is developed using information from two image sequences to enhance radiologists' ability to recognise four-stage nodules. This adaptable model may be used in two different classes. The outcomes demonstrate how well the MSDLF performs while processing substantial volumes of image data for brain nodule recognition, improving with accuracy 98.86% and 98.45% of sensitivity by using decreasing false positives. © 2024 IEEE.

Foodborne disease is still a major public health concern in both advanced and emerging economies. In terms of adopting new technology, the health industry continues to lag behind all other sectors. India has traditionally relied on food farming to make money but which food item is good for whom we have no proper idea. Especially when it comes to healthcare sectors, the Internet of health things (IoHT) and blockchain can play an important role. It can enhance the quality of care for its users and reduce costs by allocating the correct food chain to the targeted users. We are currently employing blockchain in supply chain management to cluster the patients based on their health care type. For example, diabetic patients prefer a particular type of food. Segregating the food type within the supply chain can reduce a lot of effort and cost. Blockchain can provide a solution to the issues that arise in the healthcare-based supply chain system because of its decentralized and immutable nature. The service's execution has been depicted in pictures and accompanied by detailed descriptions. Monkeypox is a contagious viral infection caused by the monkeypox virus (Mpoxvirus). Characterized by skin lesions, fever, respiratory difficulties, swollen lymph nodes, and neurological complications, MPX can be fatal. Recent outbreaks have spread the disease across Europe, Australia, the United States, and Africa. Traditionally diagnosed through PCR testing of skin lesions, this process poses significant risks to medical personnel due to potential exposure to the highly contagious virus. However, the usage artificial intelligence (AI) is revolutionizing diagnostics, providing a safer and more efficient approach to MPX detection. In this paper, a new AI technique based on vision transformer and lion optimizer for classifying Monkeypox Skin Images. The presented model used for classifying the dataset and results reached accuracy of 99.6%. © 2024 IEEE.

A key difficulty of dealing with imbalanced datasets is that machine learning models are trained to favor the majority class and therefore perform poorly when it comes to a minority class classification. In this paper, we consider the following methods of tackling the issue of the overrepresentation of a class; random oversampling, under-sampling, SMOTE, cost-sensitive learning, and ensemble methods. Comparing them, we assess the performance of each of these techniques within different classifiers. Techniques including SMOTE together with combined methods including Random Forests also show higher capacity in minority class predictions. However, problems such as overfitting and the increase in the computational load are not escapable yet. We briefly recap the strengths and weaknesses of each approach and propose potential refinements including a combination of both methods and dynamic resampling methods to serve as the next steps toward improving the model. Thereby, our results draw attention to the necessity of accurate methods for handling the class imbalance, which will further yield more accurate and fair machine learning solutions across a variety of applications.

Breast cancer is a serious worldwide health concern, and advanced diagnostic tools are needed for an accurate and timely identification of the illness. In order to classify breast cancer through ultrasound pictures, this method suggests a hybrid strategy that combines Convolutional Neural Networks (CNNs) with Recurrent Neural Networks (RNNs). CNN integration makes it possible to extract spatial data from ultrasound pictures and identify complex patterns that may be signs of cancer. Concurrently, RNNs are used to record temporal relationships between successive ultrasound frames, which enables the model to identify changing features of possible anomalies. By combining the advantages of both CNNs & RNNs, the suggested hybrid architecture improves the model's capacity to identify minute, dynamic patterns that are essential for precise diagnosis. In comparison to standalone CNN or RNN models, the hybrid model performs better in classification, as evidenced by experimental assessments carried out on a variety of ultrasound picture datasets. The findings highlight the hybrid approach's potential to improve breast cancer diagnostic skills and present a viable path for raising the precision and dependability of ultrasound-based tumour classification techniques.

In this paper, we present new techniques for increasing the diversity of red-teaming prompts generated by automated machine learning-based methods, thereby enabling the discovery of more vulnerabilities in large language models. Using reinforcement learning to train models to output effective prompts for this task results in the models converging deterministically to a single output. Our first technique, which we term Defender, acts by blocking the reward signal for prompts that have already been discovered, thus making what was a stationary problem into a non-stationary problem that compels the reward maximizing algorithm to continually seek new prompts. Our second technique, Teamplay, trains two prompt generation models in tandem and adds the KL divergence between them to the reward in order to make them search in disparate regions of the space of prompts. Our techniques are shown experimentally to increase the effectiveness and diversity of prompts generated by existing reinforcement learning baselines.
