Text mining can be used to classify opinions about complaints or not complaints experienced by XL customers. This study aims to find and compare classifications in the sentiments of analysis from the view of XL customers. This dataset was derived from tweets of XL customers written on myXLCare Twitter account. In text mining techniques, 'transform case', 'tokenize', 'token filters by length', 'n-gram', 'stemming' were used to build classification and sentiments of analysis. Gataframework tools were used to help during preprocessing and cleansing processes. RapidMiner is used to help create the sentiment of analysis to search and compare two different classifications methods between datasets using the Naïve Bayes algorithm only and Naïve Bayes algorithm with Synthetic Minority Over-sampling Technique (SMOTE). The results of the two methods in this study found that the highest results were using the Naïve Bayes algorithm with Synthetic Minority Over-sampling Technique (SMOTE) with an accuracy of 86.33%, precision 82.85%, and recall ratio 92.38%.

The photovoltaic (PV) system energy generation is closely related to climate conditions, installation site, and system design. In this paper, a simple energy generation model is proposed and established by means of module temperature and solar irradiation, module temperature coefficient, module rated power, number of modules, and three correction coefficients including temperature derating coefficient, inverter conversion loss coefficient, and other loss coefficients. The experiment results show that the estimation model proposed in this paper has high accuracy using the Mean Absolute Percentage Error (MAPE) model as the evaluation index, the estimation model MAPE is 6.75%, while the PV SYST software simulation has MAPE of 11.90%. According to international MAPE evaluation standards, the method proposed in this paper has higher accuracy level than PV SYST software. This model can be used for the estimation of energy generation when installing solar PV systems, and can be used for the reasonable assessment of PV system long-term power generation, to predict system power generation anomalies, and reduce system abnormalities caused by downtime losses, and increase investment efficiency.

Background: We aimed to develop and validate multimodal models integrating computed tomography (CT) images, text and tabular clinical data to predict poor functional outcomes and in-hospital mortality in patients with intracerebral hemorrhage (ICH). These models were designed to assist non-specialists in emergency settings with limited access to stroke specialists. Methods: A retrospective analysis of 527 patients with ICH admitted to a Japanese tertiary hospital between April 2019 and February 2022 was conducted. Deep learning techniques were used to extract features from three-dimensional CT images and unstructured data, which were then combined with tabular data to develop an L1-regularized logistic regression model to predict poor functional outcomes (modified Rankin scale score 3–6) and in-hospital mortality. The model's performance was evaluated by assessing discrimination metrics, calibration plots, and decision curve analysis (DCA) using temporal validation data. Results: The multimodal model utilizing both imaging and text data, such as medical interviews, exhibited the highest performance in predicting poor functional outcomes. In contrast, the model that combined imaging with tabular data, including physiological and laboratory results, demonstrated the best predictive performance for in-hospital mortality. These models exhibited high discriminative performance, with areas under the receiver operating curve (AUROCs) of 0.86 (95% CI: 0.79–0.92) and 0.91 (95% CI: 0.84–0.96) for poor functional outcomes and in-hospital mortality, respectively. Calibration was satisfactory for predicting poor functional outcomes, but requires refinement for mortality prediction. The models performed similar to or better than conventional risk scores, and DCA curves supported their clinical utility. This review presents a comprehensive perspective on the genomic surveillance of SARS-CoV-2 in Taiwan, with a focus on next-generation sequencing and phylogenetic interpretation. This article aimed to explore how Taiwan has utilized genomic sequencing technologies and surveillance to monitor and mitigate the spread of COVID-19. We examined databases and sources of genomic sequences and highlighted the role of data science methodologies in the explanation and analyses of evolutionary data. This review addressed the challenges and limitations inherent in genomic surveillance, such as concerns regarding data quality and the necessity for interdisciplinary expertise for accurate data interpretation. Special attention was given to the unique challenges faced by Taiwan, including its high population density and major transit destination for international travelers. We underscored the far-reaching implications of genomic surveillance data for public health policy, particularly in influencing decisions regarding travel restrictions, vaccine administration, and public health decision-making. Studies were examined to demonstrate the effectiveness of using genomic data to implement public health measures. Future research should prioritize the integration of methodologies and technologies in evolutionary data science, particularly focusing on phylodynamic analytics. This integration is crucial to enhance the precision and applicability of genomic data. Overall, we have provided an overview of the significance of genomic surveillance in tracking SARS-CoV-2 variants globally and the pivotal role of data science methodologies in interpreting these data for effective public health interventions.

Autonomous systems are able to make decisions and potentially take actions without direct human intervention, which requires some knowledge about the system and its environment as well as goal-oriented reasoning. In computer systems, one can derive such behavior from the concept of a rational agent with autonomy (“control over its own actions”), reactivity (“react to events from the environment”), proactivity (“act on its own initiative”), and sociality (“interact with other agents”) as fundamental properties \n[1]\n. Autonomous systems will undoubtedly pervade into our everyday lives, and we will find them in a variety of domains and applications including robotics, transportation, health care, communications, and entertainment to name a few. \nThe articles in this month’s special issue cover concepts and fundamentals, architectures and techniques, and applications and case studies in the exciting area of self-awareness in autonomous systems.

Left ventricular hypertrophy (LVH) indicates subclinical organ damage, associating with the incidence of cardiovascular diseases. From the medical perspective, electrocardiogram (ECG) is a low-cost, non-invasive, and easily reproducible tool that is often used as a preliminary diagnosis for the detection of heart disease. Nowadays, there are many criteria for assessing LVH by ECG. These criteria usually include that voltage combination of RS peaks in multi-lead ECG must be greater than one or more thresholds for diagnosis. We developed a system for detecting LVH using ECG signals by two steps: firstly, the R-peak and S-valley amplitudes of the 12-lead ECG were extracted to automatically obtain a total of 24 features and ECG beats of each case (LVH or non-LVH) were segmented; secondly, a back propagation neural network (BPN) was trained using a dataset with these features. Echocardiography (ECHO) was used as the gold standard for diagnosing LVH. The number of LVH cases (of a Taiwanese population) identified was 173. As each ECG sequence generally included 8 to 13 cycles (heartbeats) due to differences in heart rate, etc., we identified 1466 ECG cycles of LVH patients after beat segmentation. Results showed that our BPN model for detecting LVH reached the testing accuracy, precision, sensitivity, and specificity of 0.961, 0.958, 0.966 and 0.956, respectively. Detection performances of our BPN model, on the whole, outperform 7 methods using ECG criteria and many ECG-based artificial intelligence (AI) models reported previously for detecting LVH.

Nowadays, computer networks are widely used to exchange valuable and confidential data information between servers to computers or cellular devices. Access to user control and use of software or hardware as a firewall often experience security problems. Unauthorized access to information through computer networks continues to occur and tends to increase. This study examines the attack detection mechanism by using three data mining algorithms based on particle swarm optimization (PSO), namely PSO-K Nearest Neighbor, PSO-Random Forest, and PSO-Decision Tree in the Canadian Institute for Cybersecurity Dataset (CICIDS2017). The initial experiment showed that the approach using the PSO-RF method was able to produce the highest accuracy of attack detection. Accuracy values generated using the PSO-RF algorithm with a combination of the number of trees and maximal depth = 20 in the CICIDS2017 dataset are intact higher than other proposed algorithms. The highest accuracy of attack detection in the CICIDS2017 dataset is intact, which is 99.76%. In the CICIDS2017 dataset 50% Benign and 50% Attack it turns out that the PSO-RF algorithm with a combination of the number of trees and maximal depth = 20 also gets the highest accuracy value of 99.67%.

The Brimob Corps is a special police force, just like the special military detachments held by the TNI such as Paskhas and so on. At present brigade corps police national is busy being discussed in the real world and cyberspace, especially on social media twitter. Many opinions about the brigade corps police national so there are positive and negative opinions. Social media twitter is now one places to spread information about brigade corps police national. This study cases uses text mining techniques with support vector machine (SVM) method which aims to classify public sentiments towards brigade corps police national on twitter. The dataset used is tweet in Indonesian with keyword 'Brimob' with a total dataset of 1000 tweets. Text mining, transform, tokenize, stemming, and classification, etc. techniques are useful for building classification and analysis of sentiment. RapidMiner and Gataframework are also used to help create sentiment analysis to measure classification values. Accuracy values obtained with support vector machine (SVM) approach 86,96%, with precision values of 86,96%, and recall values of 86,96%.

After every U.S. national census, a state legislature is required to redraw the boundaries of congressional districts in order to account for changes in population. At the moment this is done in a highly partisan way, with districting done in order to maximize the benefits to the party in power. This is a threat to U.S’s *** idea we have is to treat every possible redistricting as a state in a Markov Chain: every state is obtained by its former state in random way. With some technical conditions, we will get a near uniform member of the states after running sufficiently long time (the mixing time). Then we can say the uniform member is an impartial *** have been proposals to take the re-‐districting out of the hands of political parties and give to an "independent" commission. Independence is hard to come by and in this thesis we want to explore the possibility of computer generated districts that as far as possible to avoid partisan "gerrymandering".Based on the geographical and statistical data of Pennsylvania, I have achieved the Markov Chain algorithm with several constraints, done optimization experiments and a web interface is going to be made to show the results.
