computer vision algorithms can quickly analyze numerous images and identify useful information with high accuracy. Recently, computer vision has been used to identify 2D materials in microscope images. 2D materials have important fundamental properties allowing for their use in many potential applications, including many in quantum information science and engineering. In order to use these materials for research and product development, single-layer 2D crystallites must be prepared through an exfoliation procedure and then identified using reflected light optical microscopy. Performing these searches manually is a time-consuming and tedious task. Deploying deep learning-based computer vision algorithms for 2D material search can automate the flake detection task with minimal need for human intervention. In this work, we have implemented a new deep learning pipeline to classify crystallites of 2D materials based on coarse thickness classifications in reflected-light optical micrographs. We have used DetectorRS as the object detector and trained it on 177 images containing hexagonal boron nitride (hBN) flakes of varying thickness. The trained model achieved a high detection accuracy for the rare category of thin flakes ( © 2023 SPIE.

Dear Editor,Pyruvate dehydrogenase complex(PDHc) is a large multienzyme assembly(Mr = 4–10 million Daltons) consisting of three essential components: pyruvate dehydrogenase(E1p), dihydrolipoyl transacetylase(E2p), and dihydrolipoyl dehydrogenase(E3). These three enzymes perform distinct functions sequentially to catalyze the oxidative decarboxylation of pyruvate with formation of nicotinamide adenine dinucleotide(NADH) and acetyl-coenzyme A(Patel and Roche, 1990).

In order to reduce Polyethylene Terephthalate (PET) bottle plastic waste, Universitas Brawijaya (UB) provided reverse osmosis drinking water in some buildings. Water monitoring is needed to keep the water quality. Therefore, a water monitoring system based on Total Dissolved Solids (TDS), pH, and water flow was proposed. Since the UB buildings have good internet connection (WiFi), Internet of Things (IoT) was employed to the system to support real time monitoring. So, data of TDS, pH, and water flow can be periodically sent to cloud and displayed to a specific website. The system worked very well and the data can be summarized and used by operator as indicators of performance of the reverse osmosis machine. When water quality and performance decrease, operator must check filters membrane or water pump for further maintenance to support long life use. Although the sensors have been calibrated properly, some measurement errors occur. The measurement error percentages of TDS and pH are 0.62% and 0.94%, respectively. © 2022 IEEE.

The rapid rise in usage of mobile devices have not shown any signs of flattening or slowing down. Some efforts in the standardization bodies are underway to define new ways to boost data rate, network capacity and lower the latency by enhancing existing 4G technologies and by incorporating new technologies in 5G. Since lower spectrum has fewer resources, the LTE of unlicensed spectrum LTE-U is being proposed to extend LTE to unlicensed spectrum. Streaming data traffic for licensed spectrum on LTE-U can improve the performance of the system significantly. In this paper LTE-U deployment by the LAA is implemented using the LBT mechanism on a flexible SDR testbed. © 2022 International Foundation for Telemetering. All rights reserved.

Indoor positioning systems (IPS) are gaining higher attention recently due to the increased demand for indoor location aware services. Visible light communication (VLC) is a promising technology to use for IPS. In particular, received signal strength (RSS) based visible light positioning (VLP) systems are gaining high attention due to their low complexity and cost, in addition to higher positioning accuracy compared to their radio frequency (RF) counterparts. One of the main challenges in RSS based VLP systems is encountered when the receiver (the target) is tilted and not placed in parallel with the transmitters (the anchors). RSS based trilateration techniques require a computationally expensive and time-consuming process to solve the nonlinear problem of tilted receivers. Fingerprint based systems generally provide high positioning accuracy with short positioning time, and maybe used to circumvent the need to deal with the high complexity associated with tilted receivers. However, the design of a fingerprinting VLP system for tilted receiver has not been explored yet as far as receivers with a single photodetector (PD) are concerned. In this work, a fingerprint based VLP system for tilted receivers using artificial neural networks (ANN) is proposed, where different types of input features for training the positioning algorithm are studied. We show that using the components of the normal vector to the PD's surface in addition to RSS values provides an excellent positioning accuracy with an average positioning error of 25.41 cm and a remarkably low average positioning time less than $\mathbf{5} \boldsymbol{\mu} \boldsymbol{s}$ . In addition, important research directions for future work are discussed.

Task oriented chatbots are a sub-topic related to chatbots, where chatbots will perform certain tasks with specific goals. One part of creating a task-oriented chatbot is doing intent classification. Intent classification is a task of text classification. As in general text classification, the required dataset requires a label to carry out the classification process. To speed up and help the utterance analysis process, there is already a method, namely clustering, and Density-based clustering is a part of clustering that can determine cluster patterns based on arbitrary data, with DBScan as one of its algorithms. This research used 10000 client utterance data of awhatsapp based e-commerce conversation. SentenceBert also used as a state of art sentence embedding. This research yield silhouette score of 0.327 as the best result from eps of 0.1 and MinPts of 95. However, based on the cluster result, sentences labelled as noise can be further clustered. Text Preprocessing, text augmentation and sentence embedding techniques can be explored to increase the cluster performance.

In general, public or private organizations or companies have used information-based technology as a support to improve business performance to be more effective and efficient in order to achieve a company’s business goals. Given the large contribution of information technology in the application of hotel applications as a supporting information system, it is a vital system that must avoid risks that can hinder and cause harm to the hotel management business processes. Therefore, it is necessary to carry out risk management using the COBIT 5 framework to manage possible risks that may occur based on the APO12 (Manage Risk) domain. From the evaluation results of the data obtained through observation and interviews as well as the calculation of the results of the questionnaire based on 6 APO12 subdomains, the results of the risk management level capability assessment in hotel applications are still at level 3 or have reached the level of established process with the target to be achieved at level 4 resulting in a gap of 1 level. Based on the results obtained, it is necessary to propose recommendations that can be used by hotels in improving the application of information technology risk management so that in the future it can achieve the expected target level so that the APO12 level of capability can increase and become more optimal.

This paper proposes an alternative detection frame-work for multiple sclerosis (MS) and idiopathic acute transverse myelitis (ATM) within the 6G-enabled Internet of Medical Things (IoMT) environment. The developed framework relies on the implementation of a deep learning technique known as Dense Convolutional Networks (DenseNets) in the 6G-enabled IoMT to enhance prediction performance. To validate the performance of DenseNets, we compared it with other deep learning techniques, including Convolutional Neural Networks (CNN) and MobileNet, using real-world datasets. The experimental results show the high performance of DenseNets in predicting MS and ATM compared to other methods, achieving an accuracy of nearly 90 %.

In this article we consider the estimation of static parameters for partially observed diffusion process with discrete-time observations over a fixed time interval. In particular, we assume that one must time-discretize the partially observed diffusion process and work with the model with bias and consider maximizing the resulting log-likelihood. Using a novel double randomization scheme, based upon Markovian stochastic approximation we develop a new method to unbiasedly estimate the static parameters, that is, to obtain the maximum likelihood estimator with no time discretization bias.
