作者: MURRAY, AJ The Author is a senior analyst in the Major Programs Group at TITAN Systems Inc. Vienna Virginia. His background and experience in both the private and public sectors covers ten years of systems engineering and management for tactical and strategic C3 weapons systems and information processing systems. Recently Mr. Murray developed a preliminary C3architecture to support strategic air defense and participated in the development of a C3architecture for PACOM. Mr. Murray holds a B.S.E.E. degree from Lehigh University and an M.E.A. degree from George Washington University where he is currently a doctoral candidate specializing in the field of artificial intelligence.
