Understanding human behavior and monitoring mental health are essential to maintaining the community and society's safety. As there has been an increase in mental health problems during the COVID-19 pandemic due to uncontrolled mental health, early detection of mental issues is crucial. Nowadays, the usage of Intelligent Virtual Personal Assistants (IVA) has increased worldwide. Individuals use their voices to control these devices to fulfill requests and acquire different services. This paper proposes a novel deep learning model based on the gated recurrent neural network and convolution neural network to understand human emotion from speech to improve their IVA services and monitor their mental health. This study presents a dipper-throated-based ant colony optimization (DTACO) with the Seasonal Auto-Regressive Integrated Moving Average with eXogenous factor (SARIMAX) model (DTACO+SARIMAX) to forecast monkeypox cases. The work optimizes the SARIMAX model using grid search cross-validation and fine-tunes its hyperparameters using DTACO to improve prediction accuracy. The suggested model's consistency and accuracy are considerable compared to previous studies. Comparisons with state-of-the-art models validate the proposed model's predictions. DTACO+SARIMAX can be used to control disease and monitor monkeypox. Healthcare organizations and governments can better manage and track the pandemic's course by offering accurate predictions, reducing public panic, and enabling effective pandemic planning. The Analysis of Variance (ANOVA) and Wilcoxon signed-rank tests are conducted on the proposed DTACO-SARIMAX model and compared models.

The current industry has to adapt to rapidly changing customers' needs. Reconfigurable manufacturing, therefore, provides capacity and functionality on demand which is essential for competitiveness in fast-changing markets. Furthermore, Industry 4.0 or even more so, Industry 5.0 emphasizes human-centred production with collaborative robots, Cobots, to create human-robot interactions. In such scenarios, safety and security are difficult to address due to the intrinsic features of reconfigurable manufacturing, like exposure to numerous requirements changes in a short period. As safety and security can conflict in different phases of the system life-cycle, one of the earliest activities to avoid conflicts is requirements engineering which can significantly diminish the cost and time of fixing issues compared to later phases like operation. This paper proposes a methodology for safety and security requirements interaction management, including conflict detection and resolution, and shows its applicability through a reconfigurable collaborative human-robot use case. Based on the proposed methodology, we detected and resolved two safety and security requirement conflicts.

The sharing of information through unsecured networks like the internet has increased fast recently. This information could be text, audio, image, or video. The security of data transmission is an essential issue. Encryption is one of the most effective techniques to assure safe data transmission. Videos and Images size are very large and have a high correlation between neighboring pixels, so the classical encryption techniques such as RSA, DES, AES, etc., cannot be utilized for image encryption while chaotic image encryption schemes, which use a high level of unpredictability in key generation, can solve this problem. The chaos encryption main properties are pseudorandom number, sensitivity to initial conditions, and large key size. The goal of this study was to find the best chaotic map for picture encryption, this research looks into the use of chaos maps for image encryption, such as the Tent map, Logistic map, Sine map, and others. Arnold's Cat map, and also presents a comparison for their performance. © 2021 IEEE.

Due to the increasing amount of industrial data worldwide, deep learning solutions have become extensively popular for preventive maintenance programs. Preventive maintenance reduces the costs of equipment failures, thus crafting detailed preventive maintenance programs are very effective. Neural networks are intelligent computing techniques inspired by biological neurons. Neural networks are one of the most common and practical machine learning algorithms that are utilized in many industrial applications. In this research, a fully connected neural network is developed to predict the systems reliability indices, i.e. the number of failures occurring in feeders and the amount of energy not served (ENS) in electricity distribution feeders. As a result, a data-driven improvement is provided for the preventive maintenance program.

OFDM (Orthogonal Frequency Division Multiplexing) Next-generation wireless communication networks rely heavily on the OFDM system to transmit digital information in a more effective method as well as other traditional methods. Using mobile devices, digital document data such as videos, images, and texts can be easily shared and copied without the owner's permission. In this case, information security is a primary consideration. There are several advantages to using chaotic systems, such as their randomness, which makes them far more secure than traditional encryption methods, such as RSA (AES, DES). An efficient method for transmitting secure images across an AWGN channel has been developed because of this research. The dual-sided encryption and scrambling method for an OFDM system proposed in this paper is described in detail. Here, MATLAB is used to design an OFDM system that employs high-efficiency scrambling and a chaotic map for encryption to achieve high-security image transfer. Signal to noise ratio as well as bit error rate measurements are utilized to gauge the clear of image transmission. Using entropy, histogram analysis, NPCR, and UACI for testing encryption quality.

Cyber threats have grown increasingly sophisticated, surpassing the capabilities of traditional security measures. Blockchain technology, with its decentralized and immutable structure, offers a potential solution to these challenges. This study examines the role of blockchain tools such as smart contracts, decentralized identity management, and secure data sharing in enhancing cybersecurity. A review of key literature and analysis of survey data from cybersecurity professionals demonstrate blockchain's effectiveness in improving data integrity, access control, and secure communications. The results show significant correlations between the adoption of blockchain technologies and the mitigation of threats like data breaches and unauthorized access. While blockchain presents promising advancements, scalability, regulatory barriers, and energy consumption remain challenges. The study provides valuable insights for researchers, practitioners, and policymakers on how blockchain can be integrated into modern cybersecurity strategies to create more secure digital environments.

We apply the chaos supremacy of laser chaos system to the high stabilization of THz waves. Stability was demonstrated by down converting the optical beats between laser longitudinal modes in the THz domain to the radio frequency domain and comparing a conventional free running CW laser diode to a chaotically oscillating laser diode. Because of their exceptional stability, chaotically oscillating lasers are attractive options for optical pump sources in terahertz time-domain spectroscopy systems. © 2023 IEEE.

This paper presents the results of several machine learning experiments, conducted with a dataset of YouTube comments in Arabic. The experiments aim at studying the impact of various text preprocessing, feature-extraction and feature-selection techniques on the accuracy of a document classifier for detection of offensive language in online communication in Arabic. Regarding data pre-processing, our experiments focus on filtering out noisy characters and normalising inconsistencies present in casual online writing in Arabic. The combined effect of these data preprocessing techniques and a few feature-extraction and feature-selection methods is then evaluated by training document classifiers. Our results give evidence that it is possible to train a classifier for the detection of offensive language on Arabic social media with reasonable overall accuracy of 0.84, and precision, recall and F1-score of 0.89, 0.76 and 0.81, respectively. © 2021 IEEE.

This work is focused on the controller chip design/implementation of serial-parallel-switched-capacitor coupled-inductor (SPSCCI) inverter applied to high-gain boost DC-AC conversion. The controlled plant is its power part made up of SPSCCI booster and DC-link inverter to perform a practical DC-AC conversion from 12V to 110VRMS, 60Hz. Here, for achieving this goal, the controller is its control part constructed by sinusoidal pulse-width-modulation (SPWM) compensator plus phase generator, and then is implemented under Cadence full-custom design through pre-layout simulation (PRE-SIM) and post-layout simulation (POST-SIM) on a fabricated chip of integrated circuit: no. D35-105B-E0008, TSMC $0.35\mu \mathrm{m}$ 2P4M, $1500\times 1500\mu \mathrm{m}^{2}$, 5.0V, 2.68mW, max frequency 200kHz. Finally, with the help of this controller chip, a closed-loop prototype circuit of this SPSCCI can be realized and verified experimentally for some test cases of DC-AC to validate the feasibility of this inverter. © 2020 IEEE.
