Self-organization systems are rapidly emerging as a powerful paradigm for tacking complexity, improving reliability and optimizing performance in several literatures and are widely applied in a number of domains. Obviously, to develop such complex systems need specified technologies as well as systematic approaches, and they should be developed in an engineering way. We argue software engineering for self-organization systems should consider the specific complexity properties of self-organization and should seek effective approaches to model, design, and dep.oy such systems. In this paper, a relay selection policy is proposed that fully exploits the flexibility offered by the buffering ability of the relay nodes in order to maximize the achieved diversity gain. The suggested scheme incorporates the instantaneous strength of the wireless links as well as the status of the finite relay buffers and the relay selection decision is based on the strongest available link. Hence the switching occurs dynamically between relay reception and transmission. We show that the proposed relay selection scheme significantly outperforms conventional relay selection policies for all cases and ensures a diversity gain equal to two times the number of relays for large buffer sizes.

This paper aims at developing grey relational clustering for FPGA placement. The proposed GRAP (Grey Relational Clustering Apply to Placement) algorithm was combined with grey relational clustering and CAPRI algorithm to successfully solve FPGA placement design problem. Experimental results demonstrate that the GRAP compares the Hilbert, Z and Snake with BB cost function in space filling curve. The GRAP improved BB cost by 0.753%, 0.324% and 0.096% for the Hilbert, Z and Snake, respectively.
