The construction industry is a complex, multifaceted sector that is characterized by a high level of claims. Several studies have aimed to examine claims in the construction industry and the associated cases. However, the existing studies in this domain have been employed conventional statistical analysis. The research described in this paper exploited data mining techniques to accurately predict and rank the causes of construction claims. Data based on the studies of Zaneldin 2006 and 2018 studies were used to predict the ability of feature selection techniques to rank the causes of claims. Various feature selection techniques were applied, and the overlap in the ranked causes was compared with those identified in the previous studies.

Recently, industrial wireless communication had many developments in upgrading transmission to conquer Electromagnetic interference "EMI" in an industrial environment. Many industrial monitoring systems available in the market work on real-time communication by nodes for data logging that has restrictions on the number of nodes that is can support dep.nds on system's processor potential. This research focuses on a distinct approach to design a wireless industrial monitoring system using LabVIEW, which is not limited to the number of nodes, with real-time data logging at nodes and data transmission with environment EMI consideration. In addition, a wireless monitoring system where delay in system update is acceptable until real-time logged data is been archived.

The primary manifestations of Parkinson Disease (PD) concern abnormalities of movement associated with the constant deterioration of motor skills. Such motor impairment affects patients' movement accuracy and coordination, disrupting their daily life. Taking into account recent studies stating that computer-based physical therapy games can be used as a PD rehabilitation option, we propose a novel Exergame, the iPrognosis Warming up Game (http://***/), as a user-friendly tool that could both serve as a computer-based physical therapy game, as well as a means of accurately and automatically identifying the severity of PD motor symptoms. To this regard, we propose a novel deep learning methodology for motor impairment stage prediction that relies solely on human body motion data extracted from the recorded game sessions. Experimental results using a dataset of both early and advanced PD patients reveal a good classification performance of the proposed methodology, predicting the motor impairment stage of PD patients and paving the way for additional research in the field.
