The necessity for adaptation and creativity in the manufacturing sector demonstrates the importance of sustainable manufacturing by the merging of advanced technologies. To encourage sustainability, a global view on the integration of smart manufacturing procedures is important. Artificial intelligence (or AI) has appeared as a crucial factor in achieving environmentally conscious manufacturing, with methods like the use of machine learning (ML) getting popularity. This study carefully studies the scientific papers related to the usage of AI and ML in business. The emergence of Industry 4.0 as a whole has positioned machine learning (ML) and artificial intelligence (AI) as drivers for the smart industry change. COVID-19 is one of the threats that came out of nowhere and literally shook the entire world. Various prediction techniques have been invented in a very short time. This study also develops a Deep Learning (DL) model which can predict the presence of COVID-19 and pneumonia by analyzing the X-ray images of human lungs. From Kaggle, a collection of X-ray images of the lungs is collected. Then, this dataset is preprocessed using two alternative methods. Some of the techniques include image enhancement and picture resizing. The two deep-learning models are then trained using the preprocessed dataset. A few more examples of DL algorithms include MobileNet and Inception-V3. The best model is then selected by validating the learned deep-learning models. As the epochs count increases during training and validation, the accuracy value for both models increases. The value of the loss increases as the number of epochs decreases. During the fourteenth validation period, the model generates a loss value of 0.32 for the MobileNet technique. During the first few training epochs, accuracy is lower, and by the fifteenth, it is close to 0.9. The Inception-V3 method produces a loss value of 0.1452 at the eleventh validation epoch, which is the lowest value. The greatest accuracy value of 0.9697 is obtained after the twelfth cycle of validation. The model that performs better and has lower loss values is then put through one last test. Inception-V3 is therefore selected as the top method for COVID-19 detection. The Inception-V3 system properly predicted each of the normal images and the COVID-19 images in the final test. Regarding pneumonia, it correctly predicted just one image out of 20 that are so small as to be disregarded. When a patient cannot afford to find a doctor for consultation, the DL model created in this work can be utilized as a preliminary test for COVID-19. Nowadays, digital reviews and ratings of E-commerce platforms provide a better way for consumers to buy the products. E-commerce giants like Amazon, Flipkart, etc provide customers with a forum to share their experience and provide potential consumers with true evidence of the product's outcomes. To obtain useful insights from a broad collection of reviews, it is important to separate reviews into positive and negative feelings. In the proposed work, Sentiment Analysis is to be done on the consumer review data and categorize into positive and negative feelings. Naïve Bayes Classification, LSTM and Support Vector Machine (SVM) were employed for the classification of reviews from the various classification models. Many of the current SA techniques for these customer online product review text data have low accuracy and often takes longer time in the course of training. In this research work, BERT Base Uncased model which is a powerful Deep Learning Model is presented to elucidate the issue of Sentiment Analysis. The BERT model gave an improved performance with good prediction and high accuracy compared to the other methods of Machine Learning in the experimental evaluation. © 2021 The Author(s)

Medical and transportation systems are only two examples of the many domains in which the IoT has found success. To meet the growing demand for continuous health surveillance that is affordable, noninvasive, and long-term, smart healthcare platforms have emerged as the most efficient and useful alternatives. To improve the reliability of IoT devices in smart cities, this study first establishes a cloud-assisted dependability evaluation approach, as reliability examination for IoT gadgets is a crucial part of data source authentication. In addition, a non-interactive zero-knowledge argument-based anonymous verification and key agreement system is developed to address the issue of user privacy being compromised during the process of verification. The proposed method may safeguard sensitive information collected by Internet of Things gadgets in smart cities. The experimental modeling shows that the proposed method outperforms competing approaches by a significant margin. Lastly, the suggested strategy is demonstrated to be more practical and secure than the previous schemes by comparison of effectiveness. © 2023 IEEE.

The Internet of Things, or IoT, is a relatively new Internet revolution that is being successfully adopted by the corporate, industrial, healthcare, and economic sectors as well as other areas of the modern information society. Specifically, IoT with artificial intelligence (AI) support improves a great deal the performance in a wide range of daily applications with a focus on automation systems, robotics, transportation, and business. Smart automation in the manufacturing sector is now possible thanks to the development of Industry 4.0. The BRDT algorithm is used in this work to track how much energy appliances and machinery use, forecast behaviour, and identifies unusual conduct. When the suggested system's efficiency is compared to current approaches, it provides an efficiency of 85%. The application of this technology raises a number of standardisation, security, resource planning, legal, and paradigm-shifting business challenge problems. The whole supply chain and all of its actors, from producers to end users, are crucial to the success or failure of Industry 4.0 deployment. © 2024 IEEE.

Software key loggers are the leading type of keylogging. Both cheap and consumer-specific and specially created keylogging programs are easily accessible online. These key loggers should be revised to each target operating system to guarantee the appropriate handing of I/O devices. Therefore, system differences inevitably initiate operating system-based devices of software key loggers: keyboard state tables, system routine hooks, and the adoption of kernel-mode layered drivers. It is analyzed that software key logger has high execution time and resource utilization. In this research work, the PSO technique is applied which will optimize the software key loggers. The proposed model is implemented in MATLAB and results are analyzed in terms of execution time, resource utilization.

Facial-Recognition technology is gaining a widespread adoption in the service sector present across the world with its ability to secure the user information in an efficient manner. The considerable increase in the occurrence of cyber-crime incidents over the recent years increases the need to strengthen the protection mechanisms for ensuring the security of clients' information by the organizations in different sectors including service sector to gain trust from consumers. The proposed research study concentrates on analyzing the implementation of facial recognition and its impact on the service sector. Hospitality or healthcare service sectors need to handle a wide range of information from their clients as well as employees every day. Due to this, it often becomes highly difficult for them to monitor security of all the information and prevent unauthorized access. As a result, it has become critical for organizations in this sector to focus on implementing facial-recognition technology. With the reduced chances of encountering security concerns, this technology automates different functions for achieving an increased efficiency. The proposed study investigates the relevant research literature linked with this context to create the best possible discussion. Especially, during this pandemic, when everyone is concerned regarding their security and safety, automating the check-in, check-out or employee attendance procedures can aid in regaining the trust of consumers and employees in various service sectors. This develops significant research opportunities for achieving a huge competitive advantage for organizations. However, the security issues associated with this technology can cause organizations to face legal obligations.
