Optimization in ad hoc networks is a highly specialized task because the structure of the network is loosely formed, and each node is independently responsible for its operation. In order to obtain a better result from this solely formed networks this report offer extensive Dynamic Topology Management (DTM) method. Dynamic routing protocols lager lines, dividend balancing, Life-saving administration, guarantee of reliability, cross-layer design, security aspects and the on-time monitoring and discovery of topology changes are the main objectives and steps to be accomplished. Real-time Location monitoring and forest structure discovery are made possible by employing adaptive routing protocols, namely Dynamic Source Routing(DSR) and Ad-Hoc On-Demand Distance Vector(AODV). Also, the algorithms are capable of making advance adjustments to routing routes and resource allocations drawn from the mobility patterns forecasting which is vital. Load balancing methods, which distribute traffic in a network evenly, enable the system to run efficiently and avoid problems caused by overloading. Algorithms that are energy-efficient and make the best use of energy resources having their topology's optimized are introduced to the streamlined energy distribution systems. These algorithms are focused on the node's energy level. Through fault tolerance techniques which recognize and handle failures in nodes and partitioned networks, connectedness activity is a continuous one. Through QoS perception, the network topology might automatically be tailored to conform to the given quality criteria, thus not restricting the choice for differing applications. The proposed could have defenses against adversary nodes and their potential DDoS attacks which will enhance network protection. Yet another advantage of an architectural style that promotes cross-layer collaboration is enhanced topology management which is the goal around which the functions of various levels of the protocol stack revolve

Coal mine belt conveyors are commonly used equipment in coal mining enterprises which transport coal from the coal faces using belts. Currently, video image monitoring serves as the predominant approach to identify foreign objects within the transported coal, such as large gangue and rock bolts. In recent years, the utilization of Convolutional Neural Networks has become prevalent in automatically recognizing foreign objects within images. Nevertheless, existing models suffer from issues including low recognition accuracy and slow speed. In response to the aforementioned problems, this paper proposes an improved coal foreign object recognition model based on MobileNetV3. Firstly, the Coordinate Attention mechanism is introduced into MobileNetV3 to fully consider both channel and spatial features. Secondly, the ReLU6 activation function in MobileNetV3 is replaced with the ELU activation function to augment the model's capacity to express information within the negative value range. Finally, superfluous network layers are removed to reduce computational complexity and improve recognition speed. Experimental results demonstrate that the proposed improved MobileNetV3 model achieves an accuracy of 90.8% in recognizing foreign object images, which is 2.5 to 4.0 percentage points higher compared to commonly used neural networks including AlexNet and EfficientNet. Moreover, compared with MobileNetV3, the proposed model reduces the number of parameters and computational complexity by 40.3% and 12.0% respectively. These results indicate that the proposed model reaches higher recognition accuracy while reducing network size and computational load. As a result, it provides a feasible approach for enhancing safety in coal mining enterprises. © 2023 IEEE.

Road sign detection and recognition play a critical role in improving driver safety and awareness in the modern traffic era. This paper describes the development and evaluation of a Road Sign Detection and Recognition System (RSDRS). Our system leverages computer vision techniques and mobile application technology to provide drivers with real-Time visual and auditory feedback based on detected traffic signs. The implementation of RSDRS involves two basic phases: developing a robust recognition model and creating an Android application. The model, trained with the German Traffic Sign Recognition Benchmark (GTSRB) dataset and the YOLOv5s object detection algorithm, serves as the core component for accurate traffic sign recognition. The Android application captures live video frames, integrates seamlessly with the recognition model, and provides intuitive feedback to the driver. The performance evaluation reveals the exceptional capabilities of our system, with an average accuracy of 99.3% and a fast response time of 0.73 milliseconds. Metrics such as recall, precision, and F1 score highlight the model's ability to maintain accuracy while minimizing false positives. Real-world applicability is paramount, and our system excels in a variety of environments and lighting conditions, as evidenced by rigorous testing. © 2023 IEEE.

This paper designs an epidemic prevention and control mask wearing detection system based on STM32, which is used to monitor the situation of people wearing masks. Tiny-YOLO detection algorithm is adopted in the system, combined with image recognition technology, and two kinds of image data with and without masks are used for network training. Then, the trained model can be used to carry out real-time automatic supervision on the wearing of masks in the surveillance video. When the wrong wearing or not wearing masks are detected, the buzzer will send an alarm, so as to effectively monitor the wearing of masks and remind relevant personnel to wear masks correctly. © The Author(s), under exclusive license to Springer Nature Singapore Pte Ltd 2024.

As Internet of Things (IoT) is evolving very rapidly which is producing massive amount of data and normally all this data is shifted towards the cloud for further execution which puts burden on the cloud and doesn't fulfill QoS requirements. In order to overcome this problem computing facility were extended towards the edge of the network and the concept is known as Fog computing. Due to heterogeneity of fog nodes and dynamic user requirements, task scheduling in fog computing has become the big challenge. This paper covers the literature review which classify the task scheduling algorithm in terms of approaches, it highlights the parameters mostly used, it also covers the analysis among the available simulation tools and highlight the open issues and challenges which will help the researchers for their problem formulation. © 2023 IEEE.

Image processing enhances digital images by extracting valuable information and improving clarity through edge recognition, color modification, and filtering techniques. These methods facilitate the creation of training images that enhance the robustness and generalization of neural networks, improving diagnostic efficiency and accuracy. The similar symptoms of chickenpox and monkeypox make early clinical diagnosis difficult, necessitating rapid and precise diagnostic techniques. This study uses deep learning models to tackle the problem of correctly diagnosing chickenpox and monkeypox, facilitating early diagnosis and quick medical intervention for improving public health and epidemic management. Models such as DenseNetl21, DenseNetl69, DenseNet201, InceptionResNetV2, InceptionV3, MobileNet, MobileNetV2, ResNet50, ResNetlOl, VGG16, VGG19, and Xception have been used to classify and distinguish conditions. Advanced image processing techniques, including object detection and data normalization, improve model generalization and resilience. Among the others, MobileNet and DenseNetl21 achieved highest accuracy rates which is 0.9943 and 0.9914 respectively, while MobileNet offered superior speed. The DenseNetl69 model has highest precision and recall which is 0.9958 and fl-score is 0.9956 with an accuracy of 0.9857. The study also demonstrates that DL models are critical in developing robust and effective systems for detecting infectious diseases, aiding in precise and efficient healthcare solutions. © The Institution of engineering & Technology 2025.

This paper investigates the potential effects that user gender information has on online sexism detection, in terms of both binary and multi class detection. Social media has recently developed into a center for sexist posts that target especially women. Since most sexist comments are made especially against people of a particular gender, whether the gender information of the users could be effective or not for sexism detection, is still an important question. Here we try to address this issue using Natural Language Processing (NLP) and machine learning models. Experiments showed that combining user gender information with textual features improved classification performance both in terms of binary classification and multi class classification. The effectiveness of the proposed strategy is demonstrated by the experimental results reported in this research. © 2023 IEEE.

Federated learning has been used extensively in business inno-vation scenarios in various *** research adopts the federated learning approach for the first time to address the issue of bank-enterprise information asymmetry in the credit assessment ***,this research designs a credit risk assessment model based on federated learning and feature selection for micro and small enterprises(MSEs)using multi-dimensional enterprise data and multi-perspective enterprise *** proposed model includes four main processes:namely encrypted entity alignment,hybrid feature selection,secure multi-party computation,and global model ***,a two-step feature selection algorithm based on wrapper and filter is designed to construct the optimal feature set in multi-source heterogeneous data,which can provide excellent accuracy and *** addition,a local update screening strategy is proposed to select trustworthy model parameters for aggregation each time to ensure the quality of the global *** results of the study show that the model error rate is reduced by 6.22%and the recall rate is improved by 11.03%compared to the algorithms commonly used in credit risk research,significantly improving the ability to identify ***,the business operations of commercial banks are used to confirm the potential of the proposed model for real-world implementation.

IoT data trading has greatly benefited the popularization of both the Internet of Things (IoT) and Artificial Intelligence of Things (AIoT). Current solutions mainly treat the dataset owned by each device as a commodity and focus on maintaining a data market. Meanwhile, inspired by recent achievements in distributed machine learning and federated learning, AIoT can actually realize its services by retaining the data locally on devices and only exchanging model parameters. However, existing IoT data trading methods fail to meet this secure and efficient process. Therefore, this article proposes a novel framework for data trading over AIoT. It allows the service provider to trade on deep learning model training instead of purchasing the full datasets. Key factors for the security issues and data pricing are addressed for the framework, including the design of the learning parameters and the comprehensive privacy concerns. Then a novel data trading strategy is proposed for the service provider to jointly maintain the model performance and the budget consumption. Evaluation results reveal the improvements on the model performance. Finally, some open problems in the design of data trading in AIoTs are discussed. © 2018 IEEE.

In recent years,the growing popularity of social media platforms has led to several interesting natural language processing(NLP)***,these social media-based NLP applications are subject to different types of adversarial attacks due to the vulnerabilities of machine learning(ML)and NLP *** work presents a new low-level adversarial attack recipe inspired by textual variations in online social media *** variations are generated to convey the message using out-of-vocabulary words based on visual and phonetic similarities of characters and words in the shortest possible *** intuition of the proposed scheme is to generate adversarial examples influenced by human cognition in text generation on social media platforms while preserving human robustness in text understanding with the fewest possible *** intentional textual variations introduced by users in online communication motivate us to replicate such trends in attacking text to see the effects of such widely used textual variations on the deep learning *** this work,the four most commonly used textual variations are chosen to generate adversarial ***,this article introduced a word importance ranking-based beam search algorithm as a searching method for the best possible perturbation *** effectiveness of the proposed adversarial attacks has been demonstrated on four benchmark datasets in an extensive experimental setup.
