Berkah Mart is one of the new minimarkets in Pekanbaru city which began to develop as a retail business to meet the needs of the community. In his operation, Berkah Mart still uses the traditional store management perception that the placement of product layout on sale shelves has not been through sales analysis. Existing products have not been reviewed from the consumer's point of view, whereas the marketing economics concept provides a variety of product and consumer management methods for business management in Berkah Mart, including market bucket analysis techniques and various itemset search algorithms. In this research, Market Basket Basket Analysis with FP-Growth algorithm is proposed to determine the layout and planning of goods availability. The application of FP-Growth algorithm proved to be useful in generating many and informative association rules to find out the consumer spending pattern at Berkah Mart in Pekanbaru. Moreover, from the rules of the customer association can be segmented separately to meet the specific needs of customers with cost-effective by using some special promotions for the general group. The experimental results show that FP-Growth algorithm can analyze quickly and efficiently informing consumer shopping pattern at Berkah Mart and can increase Berkah Mart revenue.

The decline of development delived from natural resources in several regions in Indonesia requires local governments to make a breakthrough in increasing revenues beyond natural resources, including through increased revenue in the field of information technology. The purpose of this study is to analyze the impact of the regional government development (APBD) on information and communication development in Indonesia. By using correlational research, it is known that all of APBD sub variables have a high correlation in increasing Gross Regional Domestic Product (GRDP) of Information and communication in Indonesia, only sub-variable of surplus/deficit development, unexpected development sub-variable, subvariable of development aid to province/regency/city and village government, and sub-variable of development special allocations that have not a significant correlation to increase of GRDP of Information and communication in Indonesia. There is 86,7% of APBD variable influence the increase of GRDP of Information and communication, while the increase of 15,3% of Information and communication GRDP influenced by other factors aside from APBD. It shows the strong impact of APBD on increasing GRDP of Information and communication

The expectation of artificial intelligence is happened to realize in such a way that it essentially and most peculiarly supports the sustainable enhancement of fore coming smart environment surrounding the cities. The contribution towards the different developing fields of artificial intelligence have been made in determining the transformation towards traditional cities with conventional facilities into fully built smart environmental cities. The knowledge of producing better standards of living by rebuilding technology into daily activities of human is the primary requirements of the smart city emergence with esteemed technologies. In this proposed study, the concepts are enlightened towards few enhanced and developed technologies and identification of solutions to different problems that has been faced by people due to absence of digital environment. It illustrates certain problems that has been related to the smart city infrastructure, security, public safety, which lends suitable solutions for the denoted problems. It not only creates the emphasis on the technique of artificial intelligence but also on the Internet of Things (IoT) applications, pattern recognitions, deep and machine learning, analytics of big data and infrastructures associated with cloud computing in establishing the development as a completely equipped smart city.

The main objective of this research is to produce a mathematical model that allows decreasing the electrical power consumption of centrifugation process based on attenuation measurements. The centrifugation time for desired separation efficiency may be measured to determine the power consumed of laboratory centrifuge device. The power consumption is one of several parameters that affect the system reliability and productivity. Attenuation measurements of wave propagated through blood sample during centrifugation process were used indirectly to measure the power consumption of device. A mathematical model for power consumption was derived and used to modify the speed profile of centrifuge controller. The power consumption model derived based on attenuation measurements has successfully save the power consumption of centrifugation process keeping high separation efficiency. 18kW.h monthly for 100 daily time device operation had been saved using the proposed model.

Along with the development of times, there is a growing need for internet among the society. This is not limited to the world of education, somehow. In the world of education, especially higher education, if a lecturer wants to increase his/her rank, he/she needs some publications either in the form of journals, books, or seminar proceedings. One of publications a lecturer commonly does is a seminar both national and international seminars. In conducting the seminar registration, it requires an information system that can accommodate the registrant's data. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to design a web-based conference information system (eConf). This information system was developed using SDLC (system Development Life Cycle) method.

K-Means Clustering (KMC) is a technique used in performing data groupings. The data classification procedure is based on the degree of membership of each member. The purpose of this study is to group the existing Provinces in Indonesia based on Population Density, School Participation Rate, Human Development Index, and Open Unemployment Rate using K-Means Clustering. The result reveals 5 large clusters in each center in South Sumatra, Lampung, DKI Jakarta, Central Java, and West Kalimantan.

Fifth generation (5G) mobile communication systems have entered the stage of commercial development, providing users with new services and improved user experiences as well as offering a host of novel opportunities to various industries. However, 5G still faces many challenges. To address these challenges, international industrial, academic, and standards organizations have commenced research on sixth generation (6G) wireless communication systems. A series of white papers and survey papers have been published, which aim to define 6G in terms of requirements, application scenarios, key technologies, etc. Although ITU-R has been working on the 6G vision and it is expected to reach a consensus on what 6G will be by mid-2023, the related global discussions are still wide open and the existing literature has identified numerous open issues. This paper first provides a comprehensive portrayal of the 6G vision, technical requirements, and application scenarios, covering the current common understanding of 6G. Then, a critical appraisal of the 6G network architecture and key technologies is presented. Furthermore, existing testbeds and advanced 6G verification platforms are detailed for the first time. In addition, future research directions and open challenges are identified for stimulating the on-going global debate. Finally, lessons learned to date concerning 6G networks are discussed. © 2023, CC BY.

Multi-objective discrete strength pareto evolutionary algorithm II for multiple-product partial U-shaped disassembly line balancing problem

In disassembly industry, the disassembly efficiency closely depends on a reasonable disassembly mode and an efficient disassembly line. In the current manufacturing, the profit of multi-product partial U-shaped disassembly-line-balancing (MPUD) is relatively low and the energy consumption is high. According to the characteristics of the MPUD problem, a mathematical model for maximizing profit and minimizing energy consumption of human-robot disassembly is established. To solve the MPUD problem, a multi-objective strength Pareto evolutionary algorithm II is developed and crossover and mutation operators are improved to promote the convergence and feasibility of the algorithm. We perform the experiments on a ballpoint pen and a washing machine to simulate the disassembly process and compare the proposed algorithm with the nondominated sorting genetic algorithm II and the multi-objective evolutionary algorithm based on decomposition. Experimental results show that the proposed algorithm has obvious advantages in the most important metrics.

A wideband wearable antenna using DGS method with bending and wet performance analysis at sub-6 GHz 5G band

In this paper, it introduces a compact (44mm x 50mm) wearable antenna made of fabric that operates within the sub-6 GHz range for 5G New Radio technology. The concept of Defected Ground Structure (DGS) was implemented to achieve wider bandwidth. The antenna relies on a felt textile base with a relative permittivity of 1.45 and a thickness of 3 millimeters. This base is then sandwiched between two layers of a special electrically conductive fabric called “Super shield it” for the ground and radiating planes. This new antenna design offers several advantages over similar wearable antennas for sub-6 GHz 5G. Unlike previous designs, this antenna maintains high performance even when bent or wet, making it more durable for real-world use. Moreover, the simulated bandwidth obtained was 140 MHz (3.42 to 3.56 GHz) at frees space flat condition and measured bandwidth was 1700 MHz which covers n77 and n78 band of the sub-6 GHz. The proposed antenna obtained an overall simulated gain of 2.67 dBi and directivity of 7.15 dBi when placed on the four-layer human phantom. The proposed wearable antenna covered the desired frequency range when subjected to bending, partially wet and fully wet. Lastly, the obtained Specific Absorption Rate (SAR) is 0.106 W/Kg which makes the proposed antenna safe to be used for body- centric communication.
