Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) refers to a neuro-disorder wherean individual has long-lasting effects on communication and interaction *** information technologywhich employs artificial intelligence(AI) model has assisted in early identify ASD by using pattern *** advances of AI models assist in the automated identification andclassification of ASD, which helps to reduce the severity of the *** study introduces an automated ASD classification using owl searchalgorithm with machine learning (ASDC-OSAML) model. The proposedASDC-OSAML model majorly focuses on the identification and classificationof ASD. To attain this, the presentedASDC-OSAML model follows minmaxnormalization approach as a pre-processing stage. Next, the owl searchalgorithm (OSA)-based feature selection (OSA-FS) model is used to derivefeature subsets. Then, beetle swarm antenna search (BSAS) algorithm withIterative Dichotomiser 3 (ID3) classification method was implied for ASDdetection and classification. The design of BSAS algorithm helps to determinethe parameter values of the ID3 classifier. The performance analysis of theASDC-OSAML model is performed using benchmark dataset. An extensivecomparison study highlighted the supremacy of the ASDC-OSAML modelover recent state of art approaches.

Reinforcement learning based energy efficient robot relay for unmanned aerial vehicles against smart jamming

Unmanned aerial vehicles(UAVs) with limited energy resources, severe path loss, and shadowing to the ground base stations are vulnerable to smart jammers that aim to degrade the UAV communication performance and exhaust the UAV energy. The UAV anti-jamming communication performance, such as the outage probability, degrades if the robot relay is not aware of the jamming policies and the UAV network topology. In this paper, we propose a robot relay scheme for UAVs against smart jamming, which combines reinforcement learning with a function approximation approach named tile coding, to jointly optimize the robot moving distance and relay power with the unknown jamming channel states and locations. The robot mobility and relay policy are chosen based on the received jamming power, the robot received signal quality,location and energy consumption, and the bit error rate of the UAV messages. We also present a deep reinforcement learning version for the robot with sufficient computing resources. It uses three deep neural networks to choose the robot mobility and relay policy with reduced sample complexity, so as to avoid exploring dangerous policies that lead to the high outage probability of the UAV messages. The network architecture of the three networks is designed with fully connected layers instead of convolutional layers to reduce the computational complexity, which is analyzed by theoretical analyses. We provide the performance bound of the proposed schemes in terms of the bit error rate, robot energy consumption and utility based on a game-theoretic study. Simulation results show that the performance of our proposed relay schemes,including the bit error rate, the outage probability, and the robot energy consumption outperforms the existing schemes.

Sentiment analysis can be used to identify if a text’s sentiment is neutral, positive, or negative. One type of natural language processing is sentiment analysis. An interdisciplinary field encompassing linguistics, computer science, and artificial intelligence called “natural language processing” studies how computers and human language interact, with a focus on how to teach computers to process and analyze vast volumes of natural language data. Sentiment analysis, sometimes referred to as opinion mining or emotion artificial intelligence, is the methodical identification, extraction, quantification, and study of affective states and subjective data using natural language processing, text analysis, computational linguistics, and biometrics. Sentiment analysis is frequently used in online and social media platforms, voice of the customer materials (such as reviews and survey replies), and healthcare materials for marketing, customer service, and clinical medicine purposes. MA-MFIF: When misaligned multi-focus Image fusion meets deep homography estimation

Multi-focus image fusion is a technique that combines multiple out-of-focus images to enhance the overall image quality. It has gained significant attention in recent years, thanks to the advancements in deep learning. However, one of the persistent challenges in this field is the processing of misaligned data, which can negatively impact the fusion results. To overcome this problem, a novel fusion framework with pre-registration is proposed for the fusion of misaligned multi-focus images. For pre-registration, content-aware deep homography estimation is used, which performs transfer learning on a real multi-focus image dataset to adapt to registration under defocused conditions. For fusion, a fusion module with dual-branch feature interaction is utilized to avoid invalid feature fusion and trained on real light field dataset to achieve better fusion performance. Qualitative and quantitative experimental results show that the proposed method has a 2-3 percentage point improvement in multiple evaluation metrics compared to existing advanced registration and fusion methods, and a maximum improvement of 4.83 percentage points in fusion performance when tested independently on the Lytro dataset. Additionally, We find that the value of the Qcv metric is greatly influenced by the alignment status of the input images, leading to its inability to reflect the fusion quality of aligned images. © The Author(s), under exclusive licence to Springer science+Business Media, LLC, part of Springer Nature 2024.

Sentiment analysis is the process of algorithmically identifying whether the opinion/emotion in social media posts, movie reviews as positive, negative, or neutral classes. It is becoming an important in making decision for business owners because they want to know the feedback of their products. It classifies the sentiment polarities into different classes in the user's review. This proposed paper aims to predict the sentiment polarity of the user comment review from YouTube channels that are written in Myanmar language by combining BiLSTM (Bidirectional LSTM) and attention mechanism. Although there are many research works of NLP tasks using Myanmar language in machine translation and question answering systems, there are few researches on sentiment analysis tasks. The paper uses the hyperparameter tuning approach that is used to find the optimal parameters in training the neural sentiment model. The AttenSentNet also solves the vanishing gradient problem, which is a long-standing issue in the training the deep learning model. The attention mechanism pays attention to the important sentiment words in the given review. Experiments are tested on the phone product review in Youtube written by Myanmar language. Finally, the experimental results show with the accuracy of AttenSentNet model. To the best of our knowledge, this is the first work for sentiment analysis task on Myanmar language using BiLSTM neural network with attention. © 2024 IEEE.

In recent years, the COVID-19 outbreak has affected humanity across the globe. The frequent symptoms of COVID-19 are identical to the normal flu, such as fever and cough. COVID-19 disseminates rapidly, and it has become a prominent cause of mortality. Nowadays, the new wave of COVID-19 has created significant impacts in China. This virus can have detrimental effects on people of all ages, particularly the elderly, due to their weak immune systems. The real-time polymerase chain reaction (RT-PCR) examination is typically performed for the identification of coronavirus. RT-PCR is an expensive and time requiring method, accompanied by a significant rate of false negative detections. Therefore, it is mandatory to develop an inexpensive, fast, and reliable method to detect COVID-19. X-ray images are generally utilized to detect diverse respiratory conditions like pulmonary infections, breathlessness syndrome, lung cancer, air collection in spaces of the lungs, etc. This study has also utilized a chest X-ray dataset to identify COVID-19 and pneumonia. In this research work, we proposed a novel deep learning model CP_DeepNet, which is based on a pre-trained deep learning model such as SqueezeNet, and further added three blocks of convolutional layers to it for assessing the classification efficacy. Furthermore, we employed a data augmentation method for generating more images to overcome the problem of model overfitting. We utilized COVID-19 radiograph dataset for evaluating the performance of the proposed model. To elaborate further, we obtained significant results with accuracy of 99.32%, a precision of 100%, a recall of 99%, a specificity of 99.2%, an area under the curve of 99.78%, and an F1-score of 99.49% on CP_DeepNet for the binary classification of COVID-19 and normal class. We also employed CP_DeepNet for the multiclass classification of COVID-19, pneumonia, and normal person, in which CP_DeepNet achieved accuracy, precision, recall, specificity, area under curve

Nowadays, devices are connected across all areas, from intelligent buildings and smart cities to Industry 4.0 andsmart healthcare. With the exponential growth of Internet of Things usage in our world, IoT security is still thebiggest challenge for its deployment. The main goal of IoT security is to ensure the accessibility of services providedby an IoT environment, protect privacy, and confidentiality, and guarantee the safety of IoT users, infrastructures,data, and devices. Authentication, as the first line of defense against security threats, becomes the priority ofeveryone. It can either grant or deny users access to resources according to their legitimacy. As a result, studyingand researching authentication issues within IoT is extremely important. As a result, studying and researchingauthentication issues within IoT is extremely important. This article presents a comparative study of recent researchin IoT security;it provides an analysis of recent authentication protocols from2019 to 2023 that cover several areaswithin IoT (such as smart cities, healthcare, and industry). This survey sought to provide an IoT security researchsummary, the biggest susceptibilities, and attacks, the appropriate technologies, and the most used simulators. Itillustrates that the resistance of protocols against attacks, and their computational and communication cost arelinked directly to the cryptography technique used to build it. Furthermore, it discusses the gaps in recent schemesand provides some future research directions.
