The Mongolian Plateau(MP),situated in the transitional zone between the Siberian taiga and the arid grasslands of Central Asia,plays a significant role as an Ecological Barrier(EB)with crucial implications for ecological and resource security in Northeast *** is a vast concept and a complex issue related to many aspects such as water,land,air,vegetation,animals,and people,et *** is very difficult to understand the whole of EB without a comprehensive perspective,that traditional diverse studies cannot *** data and artificial intelligence(AI)have enabled a shift in the research *** with these requirements,this study identified issues in the construction of EB on MP from a big data *** includes the issues,progress,and future recommendations for EB construction-related studies using big data and *** issues cover the status of theoretical studies,technical bottlenecks,and insufficient synergistic analyses related to EB *** progress introduces advances in scientific research driven by big data in three key areas of MP:natural resources,the ecological environment,and sustainable *** the future development of EB construction on MP,it is recommended to utilize big data and intelligent computing technologies,integrate extensive regional data resources,develop precise algorithms and automated tools,and construct a big data collaborative innovation plat*** study aims to call for more attention to big data and AI applications in EB studies,thereby supporting the achievement of sustainable development goals in the MP and enhancing the research paradigm transforming in the fields of resources and the environment.

The Mongolian Plateau,a vital ecological barrier in northern China,is of great importance for studying vegetation dynamics in Mongolia against the background of climate *** studies can enhance our understanding of regional vegetation responses to global warming and contribute to the establishment of a stronger ecological barrier in northern ***,we analyzed the spatial and temporal characteristics of the NDVI(normalized difference vegetation index)in Mongolia using 8 km resolution GIMMS NDVI3g data from 1990 to 2022,along with temperature,precipitation,and elevation *** analysis and correlation methods were used to examine the relationships between the NDVI and temperature,as well as *** results showed four important aspects of these relationships.(1)The NDVI in Mongolia increased significantly from 1990 to 2022 at a rate of 0.0015 yr^(-1)(P<0.05).(2)Mongolia’s NDVI increased from 1990 to 2022 in 60.73%of the *** this total,the area with a significant increase accounted for 31.67%and was concentrated on the eastern and western *** area experiencing a significant decrease accounted for 15.67%and was mainly located on the southwestern edges.(3)The NDVI analysis revealed significant increasing trends in all regions except for those at elevations of 1500-2000 *** greatest rate of increase was observed between 500 and 1000 m,and the increasing trend weakened as elevation continued to increase before gradually becoming significant ***,the NDVI increased significantly across different slopes,and the rate of increase decreased as the slope increased.(4)From 1990 to 2022,Mongolia’s NDVI was mostly negatively correlated with *** occurred over 66.75%of the total land area,with 17.21%of the region exhibiting a significant negative correlation,mainly in the ***,the NDVI demonstrated a positive correlation with precipitation,encompassing 86.71%of the total land *** 4

Forest age structures have been substantially affected by natural disturbances and anthropogenic activities worldwide. Their changes can significantly influence local and nonlocal climate through both the biogeochemical and biophysical processes. However, numerous studies have focused on the biogeochemical effect of forest age changes whereas the biophysical effect has received far less attention. Here we investigated how forest age changes influence land surface temperature (LST) by comparing older forests and adjacent younger forests pixels and unraveled underlying biophysical mechanisms using satellite observations over China during 2003–2012. Our study showed that older forests had a substantial annual cooling benefit than adjacent medium-aged and young forests. Attribution analysis indicated that the cooling effect of latent heat flux counteracted the albedo-induced warming effect, leading to the net cooling effect of older evergreen needle-leaved forest or evergreen broadleaved forest. Furthermore, the cooling effect of sensible heat flux is greater than the albedo-driven warming effect, contributing to the net cooling effect of older deciduous broadleaved forest. Our work is a step forward to underscore the potential of preserving mature forests as a local climate adaptation strategy and provides important parameterization foundation for earth system models without incorporation of forest age modules. © 2025 Elsevier B.V.

城市热辐射方向性限制了遥感地表温度反演精度,阻碍了对全球城市气候(如城市地表能量通量估算和城市热环境评估)的准确理解.然而,全球不同气候背景城市热辐射方向性时空特征及其造成的城市地表能量通量和热岛强度遥感估算偏差仍不清楚,在全球尺度是否存在与城市热辐射方向性密切相关且易获取的地表和气候参量尚不明晰.本研究结合多角度卫星观测地表温度和遥感云平台,分析了全球5500多个城市的热辐射方向性特征,量化了其造成的全球城市地表能量通量和热岛强度遥感估算偏差,厘清了全球尺度城市热辐射方向性与关键地表和气候参量的关系.研究发现全球城市平均热辐射方向性强度在夏季白天下午高达5.4 K.在极端情况下,当地表温度观测天顶角位于±60°时,热辐射方向性使得全球城市地表显热通量和热岛强度分别低估45.4%和43.0%.研究进一步发现全球城市热辐射方向性与地表不透水面百分比和空气温度具有良好的统计关系,这为卫星遥感城市地表温度角度纠正提供了新思路.

Integrating generative artificial intelligence tools can allow one to manage and develop novel business methods efficiently. With the introduction of self-learning generative artificial intelligence (GAI) tools, the corporate world is trying to figure out the applications and their business implications. Major technology companies like Microsoft, Google, Facebook, etc., have shown enormous interest in investing in ventures developing generative AI tools/models. These tools/models can be experimented with, and their business use is being explored. The study aims to explore the potential uses of generative AI (GAI) in academics through its current capabilities and applications. The study also highlights the potential challenges and concerns arising from using generative AI in academics. The study has used descriptive and quantitative methods to answer the research questions. The study has used a questionnaire based on the Likert scale to measure the significance of indirect variables, viz. perceived ease of use (PEOU) and perceived trust (PT) on direct variable adoption of generative artificial intelligence (AGAI) in academics. The sample size consists of 100 students and 100 university professors. The study Mentions that perceived ease of use (PEOU) positively influences GAI (AGAI) adoption. Also, perceived trust (PT) has a predictive ability of AGIA when controlling for PEOU. The use of generative AI in a few years will become imperative in most human lives, which makes it mandatory to explore the possible ways of its adoption in the mainstream rather than avoiding or restricting its usage in academics.

Sarcasm is often considered as a prevalent linguistic element in online content that conveys strongly held subjectivity and viewpoints. The detection of sarcasm is a significant consideration over the dominant NLP appliances as sentiment analysis, which is utilizing for advertising and opinion mining is a precious tool for figuring out the people sentiments and attitudes. The proposed approach describes automatic detection of sarcasm as an ease classification of text challenges. This paper aims to develop a sarcasm detection model that categorizes words into either sarcastic or non-sarcastic expressions. Initially, the text input involves processing, here the stop word removal and tokenization process are carried out. Subsequently, various features like information gain, chisquare, mutual information, and symmetrical uncertaintybased features are extracted from the preprocessed data. The curse of dimensionality is a crucial issue, thereby the selection of optimal features is conducted by employing hybrid optimization model called Clan Updated Grey Wolf Optimization (CU-GWO). The optimal features are utilized for sarcasm detection by using ensemble technique. The ensemble techniques involve the classifiers such as NN, SVM, RF and DCNN. The final output of DCNN indicates whether the sarcasm is present. The effectiveness of the proposed approach demonstrated through diverse metrices.

Jakarta bay is a water with high input load due to activities from the surrounding river estuaries comes from Jabodetabek regions. This activity impacts the availability of Total Suspended Matter (TSM) in Jakarta Bay. The problem comes when the concentration of TSM exceeds the carrying capacity of the water thus encouraging plankton to grow and breed rapidly which has caused eutrophication. This research has three objectives: (1) Analyzing the relationship of TSM and Chlorophyll-a Case 2 (CHL2), (2) Analyzing impacts between sea current with CHL2 distribution, and (3) Analyzing correlation CHL2 distribution with fish catch data. Data collection was conducted on January 2018 until December 2018. Monthly TSM and CHL2 data were obtained through GlobColour data, monthly data on sea currents were obtained through Marine Copernicus data. TSM and CHL2 data were processed using the GIS and time series method to determine distribution area. Furthermore, a regression analysis is used to determine the relationship of TSM and CHL2. The result: Relationship of TSM and CHL2 obtained R = 0,8508 so that there is a strong association between TSM and CHL2;the current pattern in the Jakarta bay strongly affected by monsoon wind, the highest distribution occurs in the NWM, evenly distribution occurs in the transition 1, and SEM, the lowest distribution occurs in the transition 2;the demersal and pelagic fish catch period occurs in the end of transition 2 period where high CHL2 concentration and low sea current velocity make it easier for fishermen to catch the fish. © Published under licence by IOP Publishing Ltd.

While a plethora of studies has been conducted to examine stress and its impact on mental health in western countries,research is scarce investigating the relationship between student challenge stress and health illness in the context of Chinese *** studies examined the moderating effect of self-efficacy on the relationship between challenge stress and health *** study attempted to investigate the relationships between these three variables among Chinese college ***,this study focused on examining whether self-efficacy moderated the effect of perceived challenge stress on students’mental ***,the differences were tested between male and female students in terms of these three variables.A sample of 578 Chinese college students was recruited over an approximately 12-week period from 7 Chinese *** online survey link was dis-tributed through *** SPSS version 26 software was used to analyze the *** showed that there is no significant difference between genders in terms of perceived challenge stress,self-efficacy,and students’mental *** addition,challenge stress was positively related to the students’mental health(β=0.35,p<0.01)while there was a negative association between self-efficacy and mental health(β=-0.41,p<0.01).Furthermore,self-efficacy plays a moderating role in the relationship between challenge stress and mental health(β=-0.11,p=0.02).Students with low self-efficacy tend to experience more mental health *** is suggested that Chinese colleges and universities pay more attention to students with low self-efficacy,either through faculty/staff interven-tions or peer *** consider reducing students’academic stress to improve their mental health.

Enterprises must use human resource management to create the difference in the fierce competition of today’s business environment. Employees are an enterprise’s most important assets, and it is important for administrators to grasp the psychology of their staff. Modern technology provided by mobile instant messaging (IM) has created a communication revolution, creating a culture of "texting rather than talking" through the use of smart phone mobile applications, such as WhatsApp, Line, and WeChat. Therefore, it is important for researchers to consider the influence of IM on work relationships and communication. This study explores the relationships between organizational trust, organizational justice, and organizational spirituality in the context of IM communication. Structural equation modeling was used to analyze questionnaire data, showing that organizational spirituality predicted organizational trust and organizational justice. The findings suggested that organizations should utilize the benefits of IM, create an organizational justice strategy, offer better human resource management, and create an environment in which employees’ organizational spirituality can be enhanced. © 2019, ICST Institute for Computer Sciences, Social Informatics and Telecommunications Engineering.

The long-term adaptation of a multi-input multi-output (MIMO) antenna enabling 5 th generation (5G) wireless networks is proposed in this study using artificial intelligence (AI). The monopole-antenna combined with the swappable design mechanism is described in this study. The long-term development-centered MIMO antenna is configured with 4 antennas and is proficient in offering 4 simultaneous datasets, quadrupling the conceptual optimum data throughput, and enabling the ground station to transfer 4 main signals via 4 distinct transmission antennas for specific user hardware. When utilized in conjunction with 5G wireless communication networks, the long-term development of MIMO is intended to employ multi-trial streaming to deliver improvements in signal efficiency, throughput, and spectrum effectiveness. Consequently, the research suggests a long-term development of MIMO 4 transmission antennae having 4 different signal transmitting capacities that operate at a 3.501 Gigahertz frequency. To determine the capability of passive transportation of the numerous antennas employing the varied collection of trends, the laid-out architecture is assessed utilizing a MIMO signal analyzer. The results were found to allow the AI antenna of a wireless communication network to decide which antenna should be implemented in different situations to increase throughput, signal efficiency, and data transmission rate.
