This study aims to discuss the effects of individual emotion and corporative environment on technology transfer, and explores corporative environment moderating effects between emotion and technology transfer. Corporative environment includes interpersonal relationship and social relationship; technology transfer includes explorative organizational learning and knowledge sharing. To predict individual- and company-level simultaneously on technology transfer, hierarchical liner model (HLM) is performed. This study investigates 194 workers and 43 technology companies. The result shows emotion and social relationship were significantly related to technology transfer, and interpersonal relationship was positive moderating effect in the relation between emotion and technology transfer, but social relationship was not. The major limitations of this study included that workers in technology companies have heavy workload, so they do not have enough time to response the questionnaire, and obtaining questionnaires was not easy, so self-selection may be generated. The limitations hope to be solved in future studies.

The primary purpose of this study was to determine the importance of existing organizational learning mechanisms and establish the size and magnitude of the relationship among the organizational learning mechanisms. Of great import also was to determine whether statistically significant relationships existed among the organizational learning mechanisms. An exploratory correlational research design was utilized to survey 498 employees from seven small‐size business enterprises located in the Southern and Mid‐Western United States. Mean scores indicated that respondents perceived leadership and evaluative inquiry as the prevalent learning mechanisms within the organizations studied. According to the findings, certain types of small‐size business enterprises exhibit organizational learning characteristics more so than do others involved in the study. The results of the correlation analysis showed that the learning mechanisms leadership and culture had the highest level of association, followed by culture and systems and structures.

This study examines the effects of e-learning system service quality and users' acceptance on organizational learning. The sample was drawn from 15 companies certified by the E-Learning Quality Certification Center of Taiwan. The authors used UTAUT, SERVQUAL, and SLAM scales to collect data, and the structural equation model (SEM) to examine the hypothesized model. The results show that (1) e-learning system service quality has a positive effect on acceptance and use of e-learning technology, (2) the latter has a positive effect on organizational learning effectiveness, and (3) acceptance and use of e-learning technology plays a full mediating role in the relationship between e-learning system service quality and organizational learning effectiveness. Although e-learning system service quality has no direct effect on organizational learning effectiveness, the result has practical implications for institutions in that e-learning system service quality can strengthen organizational learning effectiveness via well-structured e-learning technology. When implementing e-learning, institutions should manage both e-learning technology and the quality of e-learning service. The more users are satisfied with e-learning service, the more organizational learning will be enhanced. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

Space weathering is an important surface process that occurs on the Moon and other airless bodies, especially those that have no magnetic field. The optical effects of the Moon's space weathering have largely been investigated in the laboratory for lunar samples and lunar analogues. However, duplication of pristine regolith on Earth is not possible. Here we report on space weathering from the unique perspective of the "Yutu" rover, which was part of the Chang'e-3(CE-3) mission, building on our previous *** of the visually undisturbed uppermost regolith as well as locations that have been affected by rocket exhaust from the spacecraft by the Visible-Near Infrared Spectrometer(VNIS) revealed that the returned samples provide biased information about the pristine lunar regolith. The uppermost surficial regolith is much more weathered than the regolith immediately below, and the finest fraction is rich in space weathered products. These materials are very dark and attenuated throughout the visible and near-infrared(VNIR) wavelengths, hence reducing the reflectance and masking the absorption features. The effects on the spectral slope caused by space weathering are wavelength-dependent: the visible and near-infrared continuum slope(VNCS) increases while the visible slope(VS) decreases. In the visible wavelengths, the optical effects of space weathering and Ti O_2 are identical: both reduce albedo and blue the spectra. This suggests that a new Ti O_2 abundance algorithm is needed. Optical maturity indices are related to composition and hence only locally meaningful. Since optical remote sensing can only sense the uppermost few microns of regolith and since this surface tends to be very weathered, the interpretation of surface composition using optical remote sensing data needs to be carefully evaluated. Sampling the uppermost surface is suggested.
