the article describes a mathematical model for studying the elastic properties of a plate on its amplitude-frequency characteristics under the influence of an external disturbance. The methods of nonlinear mechanics were used to build the mathematical model. Based on the obtained equations, graphical dependences of amplitude-frequency characteristics for soft, linear, and rigid systems are constructed. The obtained results can be used in future studies of oscillatory processes in resonators. © 2023 IEEE.

The methods of primary processing, modeling, visualization of data of large-capacity production of polymeric films of a wide range are described. The methods are implemented in the product quality control system. Industrial data is characterized by a big volume, high accumulation rate, a variety of sources, incompleteness, encoded values, unstructured nature. Therefore, their primary processing consists in converting them into real values, filtering, structuring by types of production parameters. The lack of measurement of a number of important quality indices of the polymeric material at the production stages, including the quality indices of the extrudate, causes incompleteness of data about the control object. This incompleteness led to the creation of a library of adjustable mathematical models for calculating quality indices depending on the control actions measured in production, with different configurations of aggregates and types of films. Complete arrays of measured and calculated parameter values are stored in a database for subsequent analysis, processing (by methods of mathematical statistics and machine learning) and visualization. The data are visualized in the form of parameter trends and histograms for distributions of the specific number of defects of various types across the film rolls. Visualization allows you to study the influence of control actions and technological additives (for example, stabilizers) on the quality of the film to select a rational recipe and production mode of the film. The proposed methods are implemented in the form of a flexible software package. It is adjusted to the range of films produced, configurations of production lines and is designed to support decision-making on the control of consumer characteristics of polymeric films. This paper introduces a modified approach for representing text as semantic vectors, building upon the Bag of Weighted Concepts (BoWC) method developed in previous research. The limitations of the BoWC method are addressed, and a proposed solution is presented. Instead of using unigrams, the authors propose extracting key phrases that best represent each document to generate high-quality concepts and reduce concept overlap. These unique key phrases are then used to construct the concept dictionary. Document vectors are created by mapping document key phrases to the concept dictionary using a modified concept weighting function that considers the weight of the key phrase within the document. To evaluate the effectiveness of the resulting vectors, they were employed in a clustering task and compared against robust baselines. Experimental studies demonstrate that the proposed modifications enhance the quality of document vector representation, as evidenced by a minimum 4% increase in clustering accuracy based on the V1 metric. © 2024, The Author(s), under exclusive license to Springer Nature Switzerland AG.

The paper examines the feasibility of utilizing Ateb-functions to analyze oscillatory processes. The transformation of Ateb-functions to ordinary trigonometric functions with changes in the nonlinearity parameter is presented. This allows for their application in novel sets of partial differential equations in the study of oscillatory processes and motion in computer networks. © 2023 IEEE.

An intelligent system is described for the formation of advice to managerial production staff on quality control of polymeric films of a wide range in a routine mode and in case of emergency situations that are associated with defective films. The system is designed to control extrusion calendering production of films. The production is distinguished by its multi-stage nature, flexibility of the hardware design of the stages, the presence of a recycle for returning waste for processing, a large number and complexity of connections between the parameters of raw materials, equipment, technological mode and product quality indicators, the lack of quality control of the intermediate (extrudate) from which the film is made. Production data is characterized by a large volume, high generation velocity and a variety of sources. The complexity of the control object has required the creation of algorithms for processing its big data to predict product quality based on machine learning methods and the construction of multivariate models for describing an industrial facility. Regression analysis, artificial neural networks and boosting decision trees are used to build predictive models. The choice of method depends on the type of distribution law of production data, their volume and requirements for accuracy and processing speed. The models for describing an industrial facility are deterministic mathematical models of technological processes at the production stages for calculating unmonitored quality indicators of extrudate and film, a base of expert knowledge about emergency situations, their reasons and recommendations for elimination for forming advice to operators, as well as a data bank of film types, production line configurations, monitored and calculated production parameters for adjusting the system to hardware and technological design of production and the range of its products. The models for reliability analysis of duplicated wired channels with tripled protective reinforcement are formed. Models take into account the structure and the parameters of common, combined, and separate protective reinforcement. Reliability block diagrams and dynamic fault trees are used for problem formalization. Reliability characteristics are calculated based on Markov models.
