The methods of primary processing, modeling, visualization of data of large-capacity production of polymeric films of a wide range are described. The methods are implemented in the product quality control system. Industrial data is characterized by a big volume, high accumulation rate, a variety of sources, incompleteness, encoded values, unstructured nature. Therefore, their primary processing consists in converting them into real values, filtering, structuring by types of production parameters. The lack of measurement of a number of important quality indices of the polymeric material at the production stages, including the quality indices of the extrudate, causes incompleteness of data about the control object. This incompleteness led to the creation of a library of adjustable mathematical models for calculating quality indices depending on the control actions measured in production, with different configurations of aggregates and types of films. Complete arrays of measured and calculated parameter values are stored in a database for subsequent analysis, processing (by methods of mathematical statistics and machine learning) and visualization. The data are visualized in the form of parameter trends and histograms for distributions of the specific number of defects of various types across the film rolls. Visualization allows you to study the influence of control actions and technological additives (for example, stabilizers) on the quality of the film to select a rational recipe and production mode of the film. The proposed methods are implemented in the form of a flexible software package. It is adjusted to the range of films produced, configurations of production lines and is designed to support decision-making on the control of consumer characteristics of polymeric films. A mathematical model is built to study the resonator's amplitude-frequency characteristics of the micro-beam. Nonlinear mechanics methods are used for their construction. The resulting mathematical model considers the effect of changing the elastic characteristics of the resonator micro-beam material on its amplitude and frequency of oscillations. Voigt's and Bolotin's laws determine the internal processes occurring in the micro-beam material. Based on mathematical modeling, it is established that the growth of the elastic component of the material of the resonator beam leads to an increase in the amplitude of vibrations of the beam and a decrease in the frequency of its oscillations.

In this work, software is developed for modeling the drying process of hygroscopic materials using cellular automata. The modeling process using cellular automata is described, and the developed transition rules that consider heat and mass transfer not only within the material but also between stacks are provided. The developed software uses a modern multi-tier client-server architecture, including a database for handling large volumes of computational data. Additionally, the results of the modeling, including their validation based on existing experimental data, are presented and analyzed.

Mathematical models and data processing methods used for the digitalization of high-tech production of polymeric films, characterized by flexibility, large-capacity, multi-assortment, returnable waste, have been developed. The models describe the physical processes at the main stages of production (preparation of the extrudate, forming the extrudate, fixing the film structure), take into account the variability of equipment configurations, and make it possible to calculate the quality indices of the extrudate and film that are not monitored in production. Machine learning methods are used to process production data with large volume, high accumulation rate, variety of sources, and predict the quality of films. Mathematical models and methods have been implemented in the form of a software package that is adjusted for various types of films and configurations of production systems. It helps to solve the tasks of controlling the consumer characteristics of films (thickness difference, number of surface defects of various types, shrinkage, color, telescoping). Testing according to the extrusion-calender production of pharmaceutical and food packaging films at factories in Russia and Germany has confirmed the adequacy of the models and the operability of the software package. Their use contributes to improving the production efficiency by increasing the yield of high-quality film with the same amount of raw materials and the possibility of increasing film price for customers due to a significant improvement in the consumer characteristics.

The growth of consumer electronic products is encouraged by innovations and has stimulated the persistent development of earphones for high-quality sound reproduction. Earbud earphone is located in the concha of the human ear facing an ear-canal. The placement of earphones in the concha plays a remarkable role in the sound pressure level response of an earphone. In this study, ten earphones were tested for frequency response and total harmonic distortion using head and torso simulator in an anechoic chamber. Three positions and two orientations of earphones in the concha were identified for measurement. Based on the responses of all earphones at all orientations and positions, it is concluded that there is a variation in the frequency response and total harmonic distortion. Even though the variation is small in magnitude, its effect on sound perception, sound exposure, and the hearing threshold is phenomenal. Based on the proposition presented in this work and the safe daily sound exposure, it has been determined that the variation in the frequency response affects the perceived loudness of sound and can cause signif-icant differences in the daily sound exposure limit for a human being. © 2020, Canadian Acoustical Association. Acetylcholinesterase(AChE) plays an important role in Alzheimer's disease(AD). The excessive activity of AChE causes various neuronal problems, particularly dementia and neuronal cell deaths. Generally, antiAChE drugs induce some serious neuronal side effects in humans. Therefore, this study sought to identify alternative drug molecules from natural products with fewer side effects than those of conventional drugs for treating AD. To achieve this, we developed computational methods for predicting drug and target binding affinities using the Schrodinger suite. The target and ligand molecules were retrieved from established databases. The target enzyme has 539 amino acid residues in its sequence alignment. Ligand molecules of 20 bioactive molecules were obtained from different kinds of plants, after which we performed critical analyses such as molecular docking; molecular dynamic(MD) simulations; and absorption, distribution, metabolism, and excretion(ADME) analysis. In the docking studies, the natural compound rutin showed a superior docking score of à 12.335 with a good binding energy value ofà73.313 kcal/mol. Based on these findings, rutin and the target complex was used to perform MD simulations to analyze rutin stability at 30 ns. In conclusion, our study demonstrates that rutin is a superior drug candidate for AD. Therefore, we propose that this molecule is worth further investigation using in vitro studies.

The article describes the process of maintenance and repair of office equipment at the enterprise, which is carried out by service personnel. The article views the process of developing the software of predictive maintenance and repair of office equipment at the enterprise. Also, it is reviewed about the existing methods for monitoring networked office equipment that can be used by engineers at their workplace, and a review of existing analogs in the market. There are descriptions of the given selected methods with the help of which the solution of the main task will be achieved, the rationale for the selection of specific methods is argued. Algorithms were developed for finding networked office equipment, monitoring and forming maintenance cycles, including algorithms for recording office equipment and cartridges coming in for repair. The main diagrams are constructed showing the relationship between classes and the movement of data within the software. The general conclusions about the effectiveness of the developed algorithms and the methods chosen are given. © 2019 IEEE.

This work addresses the coordination problem of multiple robots with the goal of finding specific hazardous targets in an unknown area and dealing with them cooperatively. The desired behaviour for the robotic system entails multiple requirements, which may also be conflicting. The paper presents the problem as a constrained bi-objective optimization problem in which mobile robots must perform two specific tasks of exploration and at same time cooperation and coordination for disarming the hazardous targets. These objectives are opposed goals, in which one may be favored, but only at the expense of the other. Therefore, a good trade-off must be found. For this purpose, a nature-inspired approach and an analytical mathematical model to solve this problem considering a single equivalent weighted objective function are presented. The results of proposed coordination model, simulated in a two dimensional terrain, are showed in order to assess the behaviour of the proposed solution to tackle this problem. We have analyzed the performance of the approach and the influence of the weights of the objective function under different conditions: static and dynamic. In this latter situation, the robots may fail under the stringent limited budget of energy or for hazardous events. The purpose of this research is to demonstrate the disambiguation of the phase measurements based on the identification of the similarity between the paths received during phase and amplitude measurements of the two coordinates of the radio-emitting spacecraft: azimuth and elevation. The measurements are carried out by the multiposition direction finder. The implementation of the suggested approach is then considered in the case of the correlation-phase direction finder operating in the additional correlation-amplitude direction finding mode. © 2019 IEEE.
