In this article, a review of existing methods for developing a model for the prevention of cardiovascular diseases was carried out, their advantages and disadvantages were identified. Mortality and morbidity from heart disease has been leading in recent decades throughout the world. The use of various machine learning algorithms, including deep learning algorithms, significantly improves the accuracy of predicting cardiovascular risks of trained models. Using the data obtained, we created a model with which we can identify a group of people who are more at risk of heart disease. © 2023 IEEE.

The article deals with an important scientific task of developing and researching models and methods of deep learning for the purpose of detecting and recognizing objects in environmental images in agricultural intelligent transport systems. The direction and obstacles are determined based on the processing of video information generated by the cameras of the onboard system, taking into account the operations performed, such as plowing, harrowing, weeding and fertilizing. Electric power poles, trees, rocks, bird nests, animals, people and field roads are considered as obstacles. The relevance of the introduction of intelligent transport systems considered in the article is determined by the processes of digital transformation of the economy in this industry. The latter are defined by the concept of 'Smart Agriculture', one of the directions of which is 'Smart Field'. Digital technologies are being actively developed in this area. The system considered in this paper refers to Advanced Driver Assistance systems (ADAS). Existing technologies for detecting and recognizing objects in images can be divided into methods based on classical machine learning and methods based on deep learning. At the same time, the choice of an approach for specific application conditions is an independent scientific task that needs to be solved, especially in the case of creating new systems and considering new objects. © 2022 IEEE.

To solve the problem of energy efficiency of modern enterprise it is necessary to reduce energy *** of the possible ways is proposed in this research.A multi-level hierarchical system for energy efficiency management of the enterprise is designed,it is based on the modular principle providing rapid *** novelty of the work is the development of new and improvement of the existing methods and models,in particular:1)models for dynamic analysis of IT tools for data acquisition and processing(DAAP)in multilevel energy management systems,which are based on Petri nets;2)method of synthesis of DAAP tools in energy efficiency management information systems(EEMIS)of the enterprise which provides a reduction in hardware and time costs from 10%to 40%;3)method of conflict-free data exchange determining the minimum memory speed for the synthesis of realtime exchanges,it reduces the cost and energy consumption;4)method of calculating the signal of postsynaptic excitation of neural elements decreases the processing time of technological data two or more *** proposed methods,models and tools have been tested while implementing the EEMIS of the intelligent mini-greenhouse,as a result,energy efficiency has increased by 12%-25%(depending on season and peculiarities of growing plants).

The paper deals with complementary changes in scientific research and real economy (exemplified by the farming industry) taking place when using the holistic approach to the industry's digital transformation resulting in the appearance of precise agrarian technologies that require a comprehensive, system-based combination of research and production resources that are able to ensure increased productivity in the industry. We demonstrate that among these new technologies, the artificial intelligence methods have a special significance. They have to, however, go through integration transformations to become standards for the proposed common digital farming management platform. © 2024 IEEE.

For the classical representation of a numerical model of transient thermal conductivity the algorithmic stability has already been proved for most applications, but in this study we consider the problem of parametric adaptation of the transient thermal conductivity equation to the heated substance, which is represented as a solution of related variational problem. Particularly, we propose an approach, which is based on the substitution of the thermophysical parameters of the model under consideration by adjustable parameters and their tuning by the stochastic gradient method. In order to avoid being stuck inside the regions of instability in the course of such 'training', constraints for the mentioned adjustable parameters need to be introduced. In this paper such constraints are obtained on the basis of proved stability conditions of the classical fininte-difference model of transient thermal conductivity. Numerical experiments have shown that the proposed constraints allow, on average, to increase the number of stable initial conditions by 14% and the number of stable training trajectories by 61%. © 2023 IEEE.

On Approximate Opacity of Stochastic control systems

This paper investigates an important class of information-flow security property called opacity for stochastic control systems. Opacity captures whether a system's secret behavior (a subset of the system's behavior that is considered to be critical) can be kept from outside observers. Existing works on opacity for control systems only provide a binary characterization of the system's security level by determining whether the system is opaque or not. In this work, we introduce a quantifiable measure of opacity that considers the likelihood of satisfying opacity for stochastic control systems modeled as general Markov decision processes (gMDPs). We also propose verification methods tailored to the new notions of opacity for finite gMDPs by using value iteration techniques. Then, a new notion called approximate opacity-preserving stochastic simulation relation is proposed, which captures the distance between two systems' behaviors in terms of preserving opacity. Based on this new system relation, we show that one can verify opacity for stochastic control systems using their abstractions (modeled as finite gMDPs). We also discuss how to construct such abstractions for a class of gMDPs under certain stability conditions. © 1963-2012 IEEE.

A comparative analysis of measuring devices for the recording data process automation from the multichannel electrical signals system in reception and emission modes is carried out. The process of developing a general circuit for switching channels based on the multiplexor circuit is described. The process of developing a circuit for switching channels in a multichannel system and the choice of the emission and reception modes are described. The process of developing a circuit for switching channels with additional power amplification and control system signals amplification modules is described. The process of developing a switching circuit for an electrical signals multichannel system based on eight-channel relay modules is described. The implementation of the selected circuit based on eight-channel relay boards is presented. The choice of the most optimal switching scheme of a multichannel system of electrical signals in the emission and reception modes for use with the L-Card E-502 measuring module has been carried out. An example of using the developed switching scheme for a multichannel system of electrical signals based on eight-channel relay modules is presented. © 2021 IEEE.

The development of computer vision systems stimulates the development of various applications in the field of image recognition. Methods and algorithms for image recognition in document processing systems play a crucial role. There is a lot of research in this direction, and one of the most difficult problems is handwritten text recognition. This includes the tasks of signature identification, which the authors of the paper consider. The article considers the main stages of signature analysis to establish authorship. They are the preprocessing of the signature, representation in a form convenient for applying author identification. A dataset containing sample signatures of various people is used. The described tools became means to develop software for preprocessing images of signatures, extracting characteristics and identifying the author of the signature.

Within the framework of the situational center, a knowledge management subsystem is identified and considered, which solves the following tasks: identification and accounting for the uncertainty of the initial information, automated selection of mathematical methods for describing systems, assessment and modeling of the situation, taking into account information about the structure of the control object and its functioning at a particular point in time, provides interaction with experts and extracts knowledge from the Internet. The solution of these problems is achieved using separate interconnected modules, which makes it possible to use the situational center in various subject areas, manage complex hierarchical systems, and also make an automated choice of mathematical methods for processing information. © 2022 IEEE.

A method of cryptographic data protection using neural-like networks based on the model of geometric transformations is proposed. Algorithms for non-iterative training of neural-like structures based on a model of geometric transformations and for nonlinear data encryption based on neural-like structures with nonlinear synaptic connections are implemented in C language on a Raspberry Pi microcomputer. The formation of data, necessary for designing neural-like structures of a given architecture for nonlinear encryption and decryption, with the subsequent possibility of their use in hardware implementation on FPGA, is carried out. An example of training a neural-like structure and nonlinear neural-like cryptographic data protection by this structure is considered. © 2024 IEEE.
