Hypergraphs provide a superior modeling frame-work for representing complex multidimensional relationships in the context of real-world interactions that often occur in groups, overcoming the limitations of traditional homogeneous graphs. However, there have been few studies on hypergraph-based contrastive learning, and existing graph-based contrastive learning methods have not been able to fully exploit the high-order correlation information in hypergraphs. Here, we propose a Hypergraph Fine-grained contrastive learning (HyFi) method designed to exploit the complex high-dimensional information inherent in hypergraphs. While avoiding traditional graph augmentation methods that corrupt the hypergraph topology, the proposed method provides a simple and efficient learning augmentation function by adding noise to node features. Furthermore, we expands beyond the traditional dichotomous relationship between positive and negative samples in contrastive learning by introducing a new relationship of weak positives. It demonstrates the importance of fine-graining positive samples in contrastive learning. Therefore, HyFi is able to produce high-quality embeddings, and outperforms both supervised and unsupervised baselines in average rank on node classification across 10 datasets. Our approach effectively exploits high-dimensional hypergraph information, shows significant improvement over existing graph-based contrastive learning methods, and is efficient in terms of training speed and GPU memory cost. Background:Although previous studies indicate that perceived social support might be associated with adolescent psychological problems,the specific mechanism has not been thoroughly *** on theoretical and empirical research on problematic Internet use(PIU)and sleep quality,this study explored whether they play a mediating role between perceived social support and symptoms of depression and anxiety among ***,we investigated whether these relationships varied by place of ***:A sample of 2115 Chinese adolescents was included,and analyzed data related to perceived social support,PIU,sleep quality,symptoms of depression and anxiety,and sociodemographic *** analysis,mediation,and moderation analysis were mainly ***:Perceived social support was negatively correlated with depressive symptoms(r=−0.22,p<0.001)and anxiety symptoms(r=−0.20,p<0.001)among *** and sleep quality played a chain mediating role in the relationship between perceived social support and symptoms of depression and anxiety in ***,the place of residence moderated the relationships between perceived social support and PIU and symptoms of depression and *** social support was a significant negative predictor of PIU and symptoms of depression and anxiety among adolescents in urban areas but not in rural ***:The findings suggest that low levels of perceived social support may lead to more PIU and poorer sleep quality,which may further increase the risk of symptoms of depression and anxiety in adolescents,especially in urban areas.

Simultaneous localization and mapping (SLAM) algorithm is widely used in unmanned and robotic applications. SLAM usually uses sensor data, which are from the LiDAR, the inertial measurement unit (IMU) and the wheeled odometry, to build maps of the surrounding environment. However, the motion distortion of LiDAR data and the error accumulation of wheeled odometry can affect the accuracy of the front-end odometry of the SLAM algorithm, which can lead to serious errors in the maps created. Therefore, in order to solve the problem of poor map construction results of SLAM algorithm due to various types of sensor errors. we propose the traceless Kalman filtering based (UKF-based) multi-sensor data processing algorithm. Firstly, the proposed algorithm uses the UKF to fuse IMU and wheeled odometry data to reduce the cumulative error of wheeled odometry. And then the algorithm uses IMU and corrected wheeled odometry data and combines with the motion states of the robot to solve the motion distortion problem of LiDAR data. Finally, we verified the effectiveness of the proposed algorithm for wheeled odometry data correction in Gazebo simulation environment and real environment experiments, and compared the mapping effectiveness of SLAM by using the original data and the data processed by our algorithm. The experimental results show that the map construction effect of SLAM algorithm is significantly improved when using the sensor data processed by the algorithm. Experimental validation on the robot shows that the proposed algorithm has universal applicability and good compatibility. © 2023 IEEE.

The Genetic Algorithm (GA) has been successfully applied to the Capacitated Vehicle Routing Problem (CVRP), a classic NP-hard combinatorial optimization problem. The complexity of CVRP renders exact methods nearly infeasible, necessitating heuristic and metaheuristic approaches. GA is a widely used metaheuristic approach for obtaining near-optimal solutions, with the crossover operator playing a critical role in the algorithm’s optimization effectiveness and efficiency. Although the Sequential Constructive Crossover (SCX) is one of the most effective crossover operators, it has the drawback of easily getting trapped in local optima. Given the limited research on improvements to SCX, this paper addresses this gap by proposing a Staged Crossover Strategy that Staged Sequential Constructive Crossover (SSCX) from a new perspective. This strategy introduces new individuals to enhance diversity, aiming to overcome the limitations of SCX. Extensive experiments on VRP instances of varying scales demonstrate that the improved algorithm significantly enhances optimization performance for large-scale CVRP instances, achieving an average improvement of approximately 5-18%.

Time-varying noises are one of the reasons that make it difficult for quantum systems to complete control tasks. How to quantify the influence of time-varying noises on control results and how to design a control law that can resist time-varying noises are two important problems. In this paper, the adversarial learning is introduced into quantum control and the loss function under the worst-case noise is used as a way to quantify the impact of time-varying noises on control performance. We utilize the Gradient Ascent Pulse engineering (GRAPE) technique to search the worst-case noise and meanwhile offer a strategy to improve the robustness of the control law. Simulation experiments on a two-qubit system and a four-qubit system show that the found noises indeed can act as worst-case noises. Furthermore, the optimized control laws demonstrate good robustness to time-varying noises in state preparation tasks.

During the unlocking process of the rotating-bolt locking special machinery head, there is a significant resistance. The aim is to select a motor for unmanned aerial combat vehicle (UACV) mounted external power special machinery drives, taking the special machinery unlocking force as the research subject. Adaptive analysis is conducted on the patented structure of the special machinery unlocking force measurement device previously designed. A virtual prototype model is established using the dynamic simulation software ADAMS to apply driving, constraints, and simulation parameters based on the model's principles. Addressing the phenomenon of the detachment of the guide rod slider from the tested bolt carrier during the operation of the special machinery unlocking force measurement device, it is hypothesized that the detachment time is related to the stiffness of the spring and the velocity of the lead screw slider. Through multiple comparative simulations, the correctness of the hypothesis is proven. It is demonstrated that increasing the velocity of the lead screw slider can completely eliminate the detachment time, whereas increasing the stiffness of the spring, although reducing the detachment time, still results in secondary detachment. Consequently, the conclusion is drawn that increasing the velocity of the lead screw slider is the way to resolve the detachment issue of the guide rod slider from the tested bolt carrier in the experiment. © 2024 SPIE.

Using the plasma wave characteristics and remote sensing technology, the k-vector direction of plasma waves can provide important information for understanding the global features of space plasma. In this study, we proposed a Bayesian k-vector estimation method in magnetized cold plasma based on the wave distribution function method. The proposed method can be applied to various types of sensors with easy visualization and calculation of the estimation accuracy. We verified the effectiveness of the proposed method through simulations.

With the growing demand for renewable-energy-powered hydrogen generation and the corresponding increase in plant capacity, individually controlling many electrolyzer stacks will be critical for increasing the plant's lifetime and efficiency. This paper introduces a rule-based controller framework targeting electrolyzer degradation to explore the opportunity space in multi-stack hydrogen plant control. A novel control-oriented degradation model is also presented in this work, which quantifies the impact of steady power input, fluctuating power input, and the number of startup/shutdown cycles on electrolyzer degradation. Using a wind power input signal, 13 controller configurations are tested on 5 MW hydrogen plants consisting of 2, 5, 10, and 25 stacks. These configurations are evaluated on their capability to mitigate electrolyzer degradation and efficiently produce hydrogen from the time-varying input power. The results show that multi-stack control for degradation can extend the plant's lifetime by more than a factor of 3 with minimal impact on instantaneous hydrogen production. © 2023 IEEE.
