Abstract-The article presents the history of the development of sports programming as a sport in Russia. The main stages of the formation of the legislative basis for this sport are given. The rationale and description of the process of training athletes in higher education institutions are given - possible traj ectories in the disciplines of “algorithmic programming” and “product programming”, the influence of the development of sports programming on improving the quality of IT education. As an example, the organization of training students in the discipline of “algorithmic programming” at the Lipetsk State Technical University is given. The activities of the Lipetsk regional branch of the All- Russian Sports Federation to popularize this sport including among students are also described.

Here a real life optimal control problem under fuzzy time period using variational principle is formulated and Solved. The unit production cost is a function of production rate and also dependent on raw material cost, development cost due to durability and wear-tear cost. The holding cost is assumed to be non-linear, dependent on time. The profit function which consists of revenue, production cost and holding cost is formulated as a Fuzzy-Final Time and Fixed State System optimal control problem with fuzzy time period. Here production rate is unknown and considered as a control variable and stock level is taken as a state variable. It is formulated to optimize the production rate so that total profit is maximum. Connectivity index of m-polar fuzzy graph with application

This paper brings in connectivity index of a m-polar fuzzy graph (mPFG) with its boundedness. We investigate how the connectivity index of a mPFG changes when a vertex or an edge is deleted. Some special types of vertices include m-polar fuzzy connectivity enhancing node(mPFCEN), m-polar fuzzy connectivity neutral node (mPFCNN), m-polar fuzzy connectivity reducing node (mPFCRN) with their properties are discussed. © 2021, CC BY.

An investigation on m-polar fuzzy saturation graph and its application

The saturation graph is a well-defined topic. But, saturation in a fuzzy graph was defined recently and investigated many properties. In a fuzzy saturation graph, only one saturation is considered for every vertex. In a m-polar fuzzy graph (mPFG), each vertex and edge has a m number of membership values. So, defining saturation for mPFG is not easy and needs some new ideas. By considering m saturation for each component out of m components of membership values of a vertex, we defined saturation in mPFG. α-saturation as well as β-saturation in mPFG is introduced here. Many interesting properties of it are also presented. α-vertex count and β-vertex count in mPFG are also studied and the upper bound on some well known mPFG is also found here. The paper formulates an algorithm for searching the optimal temperature regime of the catalytic process in an ideal mixing reactor. The problem of optimal control of the catalytic process is formulated in a general form. To find its numerical solution, an algorithm based on the method of differential evolution is described. The algorithm allows to obtain an approximate solution of the optimization problem in a time acceptable from the practical point of view. A computational experiment for the dimerization process of alphamethylstyrene is carried out. The optimal temperature profile for achieving the maximum yield of reaction products – linear dimers – is obtained.

The quadripartitioned neutrosophic set is the partition of indeterminacy function of the neutrosophic set into contradiction part and ignorance part. In this work, the concept of quadripartitioned neutrosophic graph structures and its properties are invented. The strong, tree, Φ − permutation and Φ − complement of quadripartitioned neutrosophic graph structure are investigated. In recent decades, global climate change has become one of the most critical environmental issues, leading to increased environmental and social concerns about the sustainability of logistics networks. This study proposes a novel multi-objective, multi-facility location–allocation model for a two-stage solid logistics network that supports green practices. To account for uncertainty in real-world problems, some parameters of the model are represented as triangular type-2 neutrosophic numbers to deal with hesitant situations. The fuzzy model is then converted into a deterministic one using a new ranking approach. Three conflicting objective functions – minimizing total financial costs, maximizing customers’ satisfaction levels, and ensuring sustainable and effective conveyances – are simultaneously optimized using the ϵ-constraint approach. The proposed model and solution approach are tested with two numerical examples. A comparative study is also presented, comparing the proposed approach with other Pareto-based multi-objective approaches, such as the global criterion approach, multi-objective fuzzy programming, and weighted Chebychev programming. Finally, the paper concludes with some remarks. © 2023

Numerical solution of fractional Fredholm integro-differential equations by spectral method with fractional basis functions

This paper presents an efficient spectral method for solving the fractional Fredholm integro-differential equations. The non-smoothness of the solutions to such problems leads to the performance of spectral methods based on the classical polynomials such as Chebyshev, Legendre, Laguerre, etc, with a low order of convergence. For this reason, the development of classic numerical methods to solve such problems becomes a challenging issue. Since the non-smooth solutions have the same asymptotic behavior with polynomials of fractional powers, therefore, fractional basis functions are the best candidate to overcome the drawbacks of the accuracy of the spectral methods. On the other hand, the fractional integration of the fractional polynomials functions is in the class of fractional polynomials and this is one of the main advantages of using the fractional basis functions. In this paper, an implicit spectral collocation method based on the fractional Chelyshkov basis functions is introduced. The framework of the method is to reduce the problem into a nonlinear system of equations utilizing the spectral collocation method along with the fractional operational integration matrix. The obtained algebraic system is solved using Newton’s iterative method. Convergence analysis of the method is studied. In the era of the knowledge-based economy, the active branch of information technology plays a crucial role. The enterprise administration covers efficient changes, and it has been entered in the age of reasonable management argument. The standard enterprise financial review evaluation centers on the importance of bondholders. The investor takes operational data as an issue and pays surveillance to the study of material attraction and the result. Otherwise, it is not intelligent to adjust in a modern marketplace period. Therefore, enterprise financial directing the interests of shareholders and business policies that are taking into account stakeholders' needs is continually investigated in the future lively competition. In that view, accumulating data is an essential research tool to draw the researchers' recent attention during the knowledge investigation. In this research, multiple attribute decision-making (MADM) approach has been proposed for the enterprise financial performance evaluation. To this view, financial performance evaluation has been done with intuitionistic fuzzy arguments. We apply new Dombi hybrid operators such as the intuitionistic fuzzy Dombi hybrid average (IFDHWA) operator and intuitionistic fuzzy Dombi hybrid geometric (IFDHWG) operator. These operators have a good advantage of adaptability in the working parameter. Finally, a realistic instance for enterprise financial performance is reported following comment on the benefit or utility of the recommended output. © 2021 Chiranjibe Jana et al.
