With the growing pursuit of leisure and health in life, the goods and services of the traditional beauty industry produce a great impact due to the aromatherapy has different levels of approach to cosmetology and health protection. In response to the typical industrial styles of aesthetic economy and experience economy times, Spa industry not only requires high-quality service system, but also relies on the aromatherapist to provide the skills of cure for body and soul. The professional performance of aromatherapist is the core competence for establishing the brand image. It is different from the traditional beauty industry which is performanc-eoriented for job performance. aromatherapist must bear a high degree of physical and mental labor. In addition to providing technical services, they also have to meet the customers' demands for the knowledge of commodities in a consultative way. Behind these reasons, the higher work threshold, adaptation and movement of persons have become the major problems for the Spa industry. This research discusses the diversity of organizational commitment of aromatherapist with different background, and analyses the relationships among their organizational commitment and job performance. The presented result may serve as a reference for aromatherapy organization in developing humanresource management and development. The population of research is the Spa aromatherapist in Taipei city. Of the 300 questionnaires the researcher took out 198 responded which is with the response rate of 66%. All the data for this research was analyzed by using the methods of t-test, product-moment correlation, and multiple regression analyses. The results indicate that there is a significant relationship between the aspects of organizational commitment and job performance for aromatherapist. This study explores the influence of Green humanresource Management Strategy (GHRMS) on supply chain environmental sustainability in manufacturing SMEs, emphasising the mediating role of green dynamic capability and the moderating effect of institutional networking capability. Quantitative data was gathered from 263 owners and managers in Ghana's manufacturing sector. The Covariant-Based Structural Equation Modelling (CB-SEM) approach within Amos (v.23) was employed to test the proposed hypotheses. The findings revealed that GHRMS significantly enhances supply chain environmental sustainability by fostering eco-conscious HR practices. Green dynamic capability partially mediates this relationship, enabling firms to develop and adapt sustainable competencies. Additionally, institutional networking capability strengthens the indirect effect of GHRMS on supply chain sustainability, demonstrating the crucial role of external networks in achieving environmental goals. These findings underscore the importance of both internal organisational capabilities and external collaborations in driving sustainable supply chain practices in emerging economies. This study provides strategic insights for firms aiming to integrate GHRMS into their environmental sustainability initiatives, fostering a greener and more resilient supply chain ecosystem.

In the pressure control of a pneumatic drive system, there is a possibility that leads to hazard (accident) based on the ejection of high pressure air, the rupture of the vessel, etc. Many of these accidents are caused by the hazard side error by the control, or caused by the hazard side failure of the various components in the system. To cope with these problems, the interlock system proposed by the authors in 2013 can eliminate the hazard side failure in the pneumatic drive system. This interlock system is constructed according to the principles of the safety (confirmation). But, a shutdown at an interlock operation is an inevitable state. At the same time, unnecessary shutdowns should be avoided. Therefore, in accordance with the principles of safety (confirmation), the control strategy is demanded strongly for creating the safety conditions to give the interlock system the operation permission. In this study, our considerations devoted into the pressure control of the pneumatic drive system. First of all, the shutdown structure was defined by using our interlock system. Next, the regulating safety control was designed to create a safe condition. Finally, as a condition of safety control, the purpose control of pneumatic drive system was examined. Here, the safety control strategy consisting of three of the purpose control, the regulating safety control, and the interlocks discussed.
