The article describes the features of the functioning of decision support systems (DSS) in situational centers. A methodology for the synthesis of DSS for solving problems of a different class from heterogeneous subject areas is considered. The description of the algorithm on the basis of the analysis and synthesis of the relationship between the factors that characterize the problem and the desired state of the control object, conclusions are made about the applicability of such a system for management and decision tasks.

Currently computer vision-based controlsystems are widely used. In such systems, procedures for detecting specified objects in images, calculating their characteristics and generating information for decision making are implemented. Mostly, in practice, the detected objects have the property of radial symmetry. For example, round markers are used as such objects, providing precise positioning in robotic systems. For their detection various methods of processing and analyzing images can be used. In this paper, we consider an approach based on the fast radial symmetry transform. As its application example, an algorithm for detecting centers of radially symmetric objects is considered. It is shown that this algorithm allows detecting the centers of radially symmetric objects in the conditions of noise that interfere with scene analysis in real conditions of the controlsystems operation. Besides, it shows how the algorithm is used in combination with the circles-detecting Hough method. The Hough method has a number of parameters, the setting of which is a time-consuming process as they are very sensitive to the size and location of the circles. The application of the algorithm for the circles' centers detecting makes it possible to refine the found circle by the degree of proximity of the center, obtained using the Hough method, to one of the centers obtained by fast radial symmetry transform.

The article deals with the problem of managing an autonomous photovoltaic power station, which is a complex technical system characterized by high uncertainty of the initial information and control objectives. The paper defines the basic properties of an autonomous energy complex with renewable energy sources, as a complex control object, justifies the choice of the mathematical apparatus of fuzzy logic for its management. A method and control algorithm is proposed, which is based on the clustering algorithm for fuzzy c-means and on the algorithm for outputting a control action over a fuzzy situational network. The structure of the software module for evaluation the effectiveness of fuzzy situational control methods based on simulation modeling of the management of an autonomous energy complex with renewable energy sources is proposed.

The article discusses the most important issues for industrial quality assurance systems, such as calculation of capability and performance indices. Techniques being currently used at most enterprises, their advantages and disadvantages are assessed. Modern methods for calculating capability indices are proposed and a conclusion is made about the need to streamline the concepts of capability and performance. The paper presents the results of research on technical sulphur and sulphur-containing wastes as one of the effective binders in concrete production, allowing to create materials with high indicators of physical and mechanical properties and chemical resistance in saline and acid solutions. Mycelial mushrooms were used in experiments as microorganisms and various combinations of citric acid and hydrogen peroxide as pure chemicals, possible bio-corrosion agents. The result revealed that sulphur composites are fungus-resistant materials, but they are confirmed to be bio corrosive in the presence of external contaminants. Dependences of changes in materials resistance on the concentration of substances included in the aqueous solutions of metabolic products have been determined. Studies aimed at increasing the bio-corrosion resistance of sulphur composites have been carried out. The additives that impart fungicidal properties to sulphur composites have been identified: M-dinitrobenzene, biphenyl and tetrabromocresol. Tests have shown that sulphur composite compositions with basic copper carbonate and dimorpholine sulphide additives can be used in some buildings where the building structures do not have contaminants that serve as nutrient media.

One of the effective ways to increase the durability of building products and structures operating under the influence of aggressive media is using sulfur binders to manufacture concretes. It is shown that the chemical resistance of sulfur concretes to a greater extent depends on the chemical resistance of the matrix composition. It was found that the introduction of modified additives increases their chemical resistance. With the optimal content of additives, the water resistance of the composites increases from 2.3 to 3.2 times in comparison with the composition without additives. The highest chemical resistance in alkaline media and solvents and oils is characteristic of compositions filled with pyrite cinders. Formulations filled with quartz powder showed increased chemical resistance in acid solutions.
