A CBjT high-speed operational amplifier (op-amp) has been developed and studied, which differs from known in its modified input stage (IS), as well as the architecture of the intermediate 'folded' cascode (FC). The proposed circuits IS and FC circuits solve the problem of increasing the maximum slew rate of the output voltage (SR) in large-signal mode by more than 10 times. In the LTspice environment, computer simulation of an op-amp on complementary bipolar transistors was performed, which shows that the use of the developed transient correction circuits makes it possible to increase SR from 103 V/μs to 1408 V/μs. The logarithmic amplitude-frequency characteristics of the op-amp under study are given for different options for its inclusion - with and without general negative feedback. The leading and trailing edges of the op-amp transient process were studied with an input rectangular pulse signal with an amplitude of 5V at different values of the capacitance of the additional correction capacitor Ck1. The simulation results are presented in the form of a table that establishes the relationship between the numerical values of the maximum rate of rise of the output voltage of the op-amp and the capacitance Ck1. The considered op-amp is recommended for use in various automation devices and communication systems, for example, discrete-analog filters on switched capacitors, high-speed ADC drivers, etc. © 2024 IEEE.

In the context of data imbalance probably the most investigated problem is imbalance of classes, as learning from the data with this characteristic makes detection of existing patterns for all classes more difficult. However, other problems related to imbalance also exists and the paper addresses such cases where classes are balanced, but there is in-class imbalance. Such imbalance can be caused by uneven representation of sub-concepts. When there is a noticeable difference between the numbers of samples belonging to sub-concepts, this can turn the under-represented sub-concepts into disjuncts. Data irregularities of this type can hinder recognition, therefore actions are typically taken to restore balance. In the investigations described, the issue was studied in the stylometric domain and various classifiers were applied to the data that was balanced, then imbalanced, and finally with restored balance. The experiments show that the specifics of the domain of application can put its own mark on the data which is difficult to overcome by standard processing such as under- or oversampling. Observed dependence on a learner and dataset makes the issue even more complex and layered, and shows the need for deeper studies. © 2024 The Authors.

Laplacian dynamics on signed digraphs have a richer behavior than those on nonnegative digraphs. In particular, for the so-called 'repelling' signed Laplacians, the marginal stability property (needed to achieve consensus) is not guaranteed a priori and, even when it holds, it does not automatically lead to consensus, as these signed Laplacians may lose rank even in strongly connected digraphs. Furthermore, in the time-varying case, instability can occur even when switching in a family of systems each of which corresponds to a marginally stable signed Laplacian with the correct corank. In this article, we present novel conditions for achieving consensus on signed digraphs based on the property of eventual positivity, a Perron-Frobenius (PF) type of property for signed matrices. The conditions we develop cover both time-invariant and time-varying cases. A particularly simple sufficient condition, valid in both cases, is that the Laplacians are normal matrices. Such condition can be relaxed in several ways. For instance, in the time-invariant case it is enough that the Laplacian has this PF property on the right side, but not on the left side (i.e., on the transpose). For the time-varying case, convergence to consensus can be guaranteed by the existence of a common Lyapunov function for all the signed Laplacians. All conditions can be easily extended to bipartite consensus. © 1963-2012 IEEE.

The research work presents a original solution for increasing the efficiency on management Supplied-Customer Services (SCS), based on a causal graph configuration. This approach expresses the connection, interaction, and collaboration between the two main actors, suppliers and consumers of goods and products. The causal graph model is intended for management of supply resources, production capacities, transport activities and customer demands. Initial configuration of this a priori generated graph includes the suppliers and consumers distributed in nodes and the interconnections expressed by the arches of the graph. A causal operator is introduced, which offer the efficient decisions propagation for the estimated solution of the supplier-customer services (SCS) problem. The customers can be served by the corresponding suppliers, or the suppliers must satisfy the services of the consumers, respectively. The road traffic is chosen for transport activities at a specific model to traffic network and appropriate control to avoid congestion and increase the real-time traffic performances for (SCS) management. The effectiveness of the proposed approach is visible on large structures of the supply-customer networks in different industrial and economic fields. © 2022 The Author(s).

This paper presents LiFT, a lightweight, fully quantized 3D object detection algorithm for LiDAR data, optimized for real-time inference on FPGA platforms. Through an in-depth analysis of FPGA-specific limitations, we identify a set of FPGA-induced constraints that shape the algorithm’s design. These include a computational complexity limit of 30 GMACs (billion multiply-accumulate operations), INT8 quantization for weights and activations, 2D cell-based processing instead of 3D voxels, and minimal use of skip connections. To meet these constraints while maximizing performance, LiFT combines novel mechanisms with state-of-the-art techniques such as reparameterizable convolutions and fully sparse architecture. Key innovations include the Dual-bound Pillar Feature Net, which boosts performance without increasing complexity, and an efficient scheme for INT8 quantization of input features. With a computational cost of just 20.73 GMACs, LiFT stands out as one of the few algorithms targeting minimal-complexity 3D object detection. Among comparable methods, LiFT ranks first, achieving an mAP of 51.84% and an NDS of 61.01% on the challenging NuScenes validation dataset. To solve the problem of dynamic and sequential air combat intention recognition in complex battlefield environment, a target tactical intention recognition method based on the extended multi-entities Bayesian network (EMEBN) is proposed in this paper. First the dynamic series Bayesian network (DSBN) model is established to describe the process of intention representation and reasoning, the deficiency of the multi-entities Bayesian network (MEBN) in expressing the probability inference knowledge of the planning process is analyzed. Then the probability transfer MEBN fragments (PT-MFrags) and the series relation MEBN fragments (SR-MFrags) are introduced to depict the probability transfer and series relationship of rule knowledge. Finally, the feasibility and effectiveness of this method is verified by an experimental example. © 2023 IEEE.

To solve the power imbalance problem caused by the difference between the equivalent impedance of the inverter and the line impedance, and the power quality problem caused by the disturbance of load mutation, unbalanced load and nonlinear load, this paper proposes a closed-loop feedback dynamic compensation strategy based on the equivalent virtual impedance of the residual generator. Firstly, based on the parallel topology of inverters, a quasi-steady-state model is established on the dq axis. Based on the model, the power imbalance caused by the difference of output impedance and line impedance of different inverters and the power quality problems caused by load switching, unbalanced load, nonlinear load and other disturbances in parallel inverters are ***, a residual generator is established based on the inverter model. A virtual impedance equivalent controller Qvir(S) based on the residual generator is designed by the Luenberger observer principle. The disturbance information is fed back in real time through the feedback structure, and then the virtual impedance is adjusted to realize the power sharing of the inverter parallel system. Then, based on Euler parameterization and coprime factorization theory, a dynamic compensation architecture based on residual generator is designed. The transfer function of the dynamic compensation controller Qcom (S) is obtained by model matching to realize the steady-state operation of parallel inverters and the improvement of system power quality. Finally, the effectiveness of the proposed architecture is verified on the experimental platform. © 2023 IEEE.

A graph with m vertices in each of its d sections is a d-partite graph. In sections of a d-partite graph, the vertices are not connected by any edges. Each pair of vertices from different sections is always connected by an edge. If in a d-partite graph each section has m vertices, then such a graph can be divided into m d-vertex cliques if it has all edges between each pair of vertices from different sections. If in a graph with m vertices in each section there are no edges between each pair of vertices from different sections of the graph, then such a graph cannot be divided into m cliques. Such a graph can be easily divided into cliques, but their number does not have to be the maximum number of cliques into which such a graph can be divided. So this article deals with the problem of how to divide such a graph into cliques so that their number is the maximum number of cliques. For this purpose ant algorithms without and with two different dynamic desire function were used. Postural monitoring in wheelchair users is a topic of growing interest. The detection of changes in the sitting patterns of these patients may serve to detect changes in their functional status and be able to adapt rehabilitation early. For this reason, this paper presents a methodology for the detection of specific postural anomalies that, unlike previous works, adopts unsupervised learning. The proposed methodology involves data dimensionality reduction using Principal Component Analysis, and the application of K-means clustering to group different normal posture states. The anomalies are detected using a threshold approach, where data points that fall outside a certain threshold are considered as anomalies. The results show that the methodology is effective in identifying anomalies with a high degree of accuracy (around 90%). © 2023 IEEE.
